The drum is not spinning
Ardo uses direct drive motors. The engine is equipped with a small pulley, and the tank is equipped with a large pulley. Together they are connected by a drive belt. When the motor starts, the small pulley rotates and transmits torque through the belt to the tank. Therefore, with a similar problem, inspect the belt:
Observe safety precautions: unplug the machine before starting work.
Turn off communications.
Remove the two top cover screws. They are located at the back.
Unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the rear wall.
Behind it you will see a belt. If he flew off the spot, restore his location. Put the part on the small pulley first, then, scrolling, on the large one. If worn, broken, stretched, replace the belt.
There is no water intake. Overflow in the tank
You started the program, but the water inlet did not start. Clear debris:
Inlet filter and hose. Substitute the container and disconnect the hose from the body. Rinse it under pressure from a faucet. Behind him is a filter mesh. Take it out with pliers, rinse with water. If heavily soiled, you can brush with citric acid.
Inlet valve. To inspect the part, remove the top panel. Loosen valve hose clamps, remove debris from them. For accurate diagnosis, you need a multimeter. When measuring the resistance on the coils, there should be an indicator of 2-4 kOhm. If the indicators are different, then a new valve is being installed. To do this, its contacts are disconnected, the mounting bolt is unscrewed.
The cause of a shortage or overflow of water can be a pressure switch. It is called a level (pressure) sensor. Its tube reacts to an increase in pressure in the tank when fluid is taken. Then the sensor sends a signal to the module that enough has been collected, and the bay stops.
Incorrect operation of the pressure switch, its breakdown leads to malfunctions in the intake system.
The part is located under the top cover near the side wall. Clean the sensor hose, connect a short tube in its place. Blow into it. If clicks are heard, the part is working.
The SM device provides for a drain system. At the end of the cycle, the board gives a signal to the pump to start water extraction. The liquid is drained through the pipe and goes into the sewer through the drain hose. For diagnostics:
Drain the water from the filter. Open the door under the loading hatch. Unscrew the filter counterclockwise, substitute the container.
Remove the back wall.
Tilt the body back, opening access to the bottom.
Disconnect pump wiring.
With a 10 head, unscrew the pump screws.
Loosen the hose and pipe clamps, remove them from their place.
Clean all components.
A common cause of popma failure is mechanical wear. Then the impeller clings to the housing and the element needs to be replaced.
