In detail: ariston cde 129 DIY repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.
The machine has a faulty drying valve. When you turn on any program, the water filling valve (drying) is turned on. Further inspection showed that the valve turns on as soon as the UBL closes, and it works constantly. I changed the module, flashed it with different firmware, there are no changes. I can't find the root of the problem.
Tell me who had this problem.
Comrades, who has such a device. Observe how it behaves, how the drying works. Well, the car needs to be repaired.
And what is the connection between filling and drying when you turn on any program?
There are three valves. Maybe the wires are entangled. Wait for drying and look at which valve the voltage is supplied. It was such that the valve itself was poisoned.
And what kind of UBL is there, not with a mikrik? look at the pump too. In general, everything is described vaguely.
UBL usual - three-wire. I will repeat about the problem, the valve that is intended for drying (and of three in total) turns on after the UBL closes, regardless of the program. Different firmware does not help, I installed different modules (new ones). I tracked from which leg of the processor the signal is being sent, everything is normal there, the signal to open the valve is given only when the “drying” program is turned on, and then not permanently, but at certain intervals. I suspect that there is some kind of flaw or a defect on the board. The triac UBL and drying are located next to each other, I think that from the triac UBL somehow breaks through the triac of drying and it opens. By the way, the module number is 254298, you can have a look if anyone has one. I also noticed that between the terminals (gate) of the UBL and drying there is some resistance of the order of 1 kOhm, there may be a snag.

Hello.
The story is like this. Washing machine Ariston CDE 129 (serial number: 602138162 * 80325700905) falls into an error.
Starts the washing mode: the drum turns, takes the powder from the tray with water, pours water. Washes for about 10 minutes. Without completing the wash, it starts to constantly drain water (you can hear the drain motor running), but does not spin the drum. The two bottom buttons and the machine's power-on indicator are blinking (blinking quickly). Then the machine after four minutes turns off the drain pump and continues to blink (as described above).
Summoned the master. The master took the module away and re-soldered something there. They said that there was a short circuit and soldered a new track. The master said that if this starts again, then this is a tacho sensor. And you need to change the motor, because on this electric motor it does not change separately.
Putting on the board, the machine worked as expected.
But the next day, the same song again.
I read on the Internet that if you look at the error code (), then the error is F-03. And this is a temperature sensor.
The question is what to do?
Is it correct that this is error F-03 and this is a temperature sensor?
Could it be a tacho sensor?
I hope for your first aid.
With respect, Roman.
In our time, household appliances, especially washing machines, are becoming more and more popular. They have become almost an integral part of the life of a modern person. Manufacturers, in turn, are improving their cars more and more. However, sometimes repair is still required for the Ariston CDE 129 washing machine.
- The water does not flow into the machine. Have you turned on the water tap? Sometimes the problem lies in valve breakage. A rare cause is a malfunction of the control unit. In such a situation, it is worth calling the repairman of the washing machine Ariston CDE 129;
- The water does not heat up. The most popular reason is a breakdown of a heating element (heating element). It is better to replace it at a service center;
- The washer drains the water instantly.Often the reason lies in self-draining, namely in the wrong connection to the sewer. If this problem is eliminated, and the water still does not drain, then the CDE 129 washing machine needs a professional repair;
- The machine knocks. Here are the main reasons: bearings are out of order (in this case, it is better to repair it in a workshop), incorrect installation of the machine, an object falling into the tank, uneven distribution of things;
- The washer does not turn on. Check if it is connected to the network? If so, then the trouble lies in the control unit. The Ariston CDE 129 washing machine needs specialist repair.
This question comes up quite often. It is possible to repair the Ariston CDE 129 washing machine with your own hands only if you have knowledge in this area, you can disassemble the machine completely, you understand the structure diagrams of the various parts of the machine. If you do not have the necessary knowledge, entrust the repair to a professional.
Repair of the Ariston CDE 129 washing machine is in great demand. Quite a few companies are ready to provide you with it. If the washing machine is under warranty, then it is quite possible to make a repair for free. Of course, we recommend reading the technical data sheet.
Finally, I would like to write that a good attitude towards your home assistant will save you money and time spent on repairing Ariston CDE 129 washing machines in the future.
Models of Hotpoint and Margarita washing machines from the Italian manufacturer Ariston are rightfully considered one of the most reliable, ergonomic and high-quality among numerous competitors. However, even with them, unforeseen failures sometimes occur, which can be easily eliminated by hand.Before you start repairing the machine, you first need to figure out which malfunctions most often lead to a malfunction of the unit and determine the code of possible malfunctions.
The stability of the Ariston machines, first of all, depends on correct operation... If there are certain problems, then you can try to fix them on your own, without resorting to the help of a specialist. But for this you need to figure out what can most often cause malfunctions.
Perhaps one of the most common reasons causing problems in the operation of the machine is blockages that impede the passage of water during the process of draining it, which, in turn, leads to the inability of the washing machine to readjust to the rinsing mode. Typical signs of this problem are idle operation, loud noise and the inability to pass water through the hose (or very poor water permeability). As for the places of blockage, then they can be concentrated:
- in the drain hose itself, and in most cases blockages occur if it is incorrectly installed;
- often blockages form in the drain filter itself;
- blockages may occur in the branch pipe, which is located between the drain filter and the tank;
- and also in a pump, although this is an extremely rare practice.
In order to correct the situation and eliminate the malfunction, it is enough to clean the machine from blockages in accessible places (pump, hose, drain pump or branch pipe).
The second problem that can be encountered in the operation of Ariston machines is lack of water heating during erasing... Often, in such a situation, the washer can be shocked due to dysfunction of the insulation of the heating element.
The main reason that is the provocateur of such a malfunction is extremely hard water, as a result of which scale forms. The repair consists in replacing the damaged electric heater (heating element). To do this, unscrew the rear panel of the machine, since it is behind it that the fastener of the broken electric heater is located. First, you should disconnect all contacts and unscrew the fastening screw, then carefully pull out the broken heating element and replace the part with a new one. That's it, the malfunction has been eliminated, and the machine should heat the water as before.
The most difficult problem is the breakage or partial wear of the bearing or oil seal at Ariston. Fortunately, in practice, it is extremely rare.
To understand that machine malfunctions are bearing failure result, it is enough to pay attention to the following signs:
- during the operation of the unit, all moving elements of the washer begin to emit characteristic sounds during spinning;
- in this case, the shaft begins to come into contact with the sleeve;
- vibrations are possible.
It must be said right away that this problem should be eliminated promptly, since otherwise you can simply break the machine. The only difficulty is that the repair will require almost complete disassembly of the car. Therefore, if you are not confident in your actions, it is best to entrust this process to a professional.
In this case, most likely, there is a malfunction associated with socket or power cable... To check the operation of the outlet, it is enough to try turning on another electrical appliance. If everything is in order with the outlet, then you need to check the wire itself. To do this, you must disconnect it from the outlet and try to "ring" with a special tester.In the event that the electrical wire is normal, then, most likely, the problem is hidden directly in the power supply unit of the machine. This is a rather complex problem, so only an experienced professional can solve it.
It is interesting! How to open the washing machine yourself if it is locked
Another problem that can cause the machine to stop working is no drum rotation... There are several reasons that can cause such a situation: engine breakdown; wiring problems; collection in operation of the control panel or filter clogging. However, the most common cause is belt wear or excessive stretching. In this case, you need to replace it - there should not be any special problems with self-replacement.
If the reason is different, then it is best to call a professional to your home to identify the cause of the breakdown of the machine.
An equally common problem that users of Ariston Hotpoint or Margarita machines may encounter is a malfunction that occurs directly in the control unit... The main reason for this problem is the malfunction of our power grids, which is extremely problematic to deal with on our own.In this case, the problem is easier to prevent than to fix. Therefore, before starting to operate a washing machine, in particular, Ariston, it is best to put special protective equipment, which help to protect the washing machine from power surges and other similar failures. This approach will be much more efficient and economical than replacing an entire control unit.
Operational problems can also arise during loose or broken mechanical fastenerswith which the machine is equipped. Most often, this is expressed in the weakening of the machine's hatch fixation. The problem has the following symptoms: loud noise during the operation of the washing machine and characteristic vibrations. To get rid of this, it is enough to tighten or completely replace the fasteners with new ones.
It should be noted that such models of Ariston washing machines as Margarita 2000, Hotpoint, Avsl 109 and others have unique self-diagnosis function... The bottom line is that the system independently detects a malfunction and shows on the display or by flashing indicators, its specific code. Having an idea of which code number the unit shows, you can independently identify the problem and fix it.
It is interesting! Reasons that the washing machine does not draw water
Having an idea of what most often failures can occur in Ariston typewriters, you can try repair the unit yourself... However, you should start it only if you are confident in your actions. If there is no experience in such things, it is best to entrust the repair of the washing machine to a specialist.
You can, of course, send it to a service center for repair, but in order to save money and with skillful hands and a smart head, you can independently repair an electromechanical household appliance.
Do-it-yourself repair of the Ariston washing machine is easy to do. Follow our instructions for restoring the washing machine, and your assistant will serve you for many years.
- In the Ariston electromechanical device, the main reason for the incorrect operation of the machine is blockages.
- In addition, the heating element becomes unusable due to the appearance of limescale on the heating element due to hard water.
- The pump can also be faulty due to its long operation.
- Sometimes the filler valve fails due to damage to the rubber gasket.
- In rare cases, bearings and seals have to be changed.
- Electronics almost never breaks down, but we will still touch on the issue of replacing the control unit a little.
It is easy to remove the blockage with your own hands. You need to check the drain filter, which is located on the lower right under the panel.
After cleaning the filter, you will eliminate the cause of the malfunction of the washing machine. Less commonly, the drain pipe is clogged because it is thick.
There may be a blockage in the pump, but rarely, because there is an additional filter in front of it.
The drain hose will only become clogged if you have not installed it correctly.
Check the drain, there may be a blockage in it too. Disassemble the unit, pull out the branch pipe by loosening the clamps, flush it. Pull out the pump by unscrewing the fasteners and disconnecting the sensors.
Signs of a pump breakdown:
- The drain pump hums, but the water does not drain.
- The machine may stop when the system is running.
- Water flows out slowly.
Repair of the pump of the Ariston washing machine must be done as follows:
If the filler valve is broken in Ariston, then water constantly flows into the washer, even when it is not working, it is disconnected from the network.
To check the filler valve, you need to unscrew the fasteners and remove the top cover. The valve is located where the drain hose connects to the body of the electromechanical unit.
Check the gaskets first. If they have not lost their performance, measure the resistance of the valve. Put the probes on the contacts of the filler valve and check the resistance, whether it is optimal (from 30 to 50 ohms).
If it is less or more than the set value, it means that the water intake valve is not working. To replace it, you need to unscrew the old valve from the body and screw in a new one. Be sure to connect the sensors.
If the heating element is faulty, then it is imperative to replace it. Its breakdown is indicated by the fact that the water does not heat up or washing in all programs takes place in cold water. Sometimes the machine gives an error and stops.
If the resistance is within the normal range, then there is no need to change the heating element - it is serviceable. To remove the heating element, you need to unscrew the screw in the middle and pull it towards you with swinging movements.
The water may not heat up also due to the fragile connection of the wires to the heating element, which arises from the strong vibration of the washing machine. Water heating may also be absent if the temperature sensor is faulty.
Take a tester or multimeter and check the resistance of the sensor when cold and hot. If the resistance is the same, then it is broken, requires replacement. The resistance should be different.
The high-quality and durable material from which the drum of household appliances is made also becomes unusable, because solid foreign objects get into it, which can damage the unit, forming cracks on it.
To remove the drum yourself, you need the following set of tools:
- a set of screwdrivers, especially a Phillips screwdriver and a slotted nozzle are needed;
- screwdriver;
- pliers;
- hammer;
- hexagons of different sizes.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the bolts from the back, front, and top walls, and then remove the panels themselves.
Dismantle the powder container. Use a slotted screwdriver to remove the module. It is not necessary to unscrew the control unit to the end, the main thing is that it does not interfere with the removal of the drum.
Remove the hatch cuff, pull out the lower bar by unscrewing the screws. It is necessary to dismantle electronics, shock absorbers and other parts from the loading tank.
Remove the drum from the device and disassemble it. Remove the screws holding the two sides of the drum. Pry the oil seals with a screwdriver and remove them.
The bearing in the drum can break and wear. It needs to be replaced. You only need to buy a bearing of the corresponding brand in a specialized store or order it on the official website of the Ariston washing machine, possibly purchase it in an equipment repair workshop.
Reassemble. If the malfunction is in the plastic rib, then you do not need to disassemble the tank. The washer door is removed. A metal rod is taken, the diameter of which is smaller than the holes in the plastic rib of the drum.
The rod is inserted into one of the holes on the rib, the latch is opened with it, the plastic part is removed. A new plastic rib is put in its place. Slide along the groove with the plastic rib until the latch enters the hole and closes.
The LED indicators on the control panel receive a signal from the faulty unit. An error code is reflected on the display, indicating a breakdown of some element.
In the Ariston Margarita 2000 washing machine, in case of a malfunction, the power button starts blinking and the handle of the command device is constantly turning. The flashing pattern is different depending on the fault. The codes can be found in the instructions for the machine.
The control unit may fail due to mechanical damage, water ingress on it. Do-it-yourself repair of the control module can be done on your own only when a small part has failed or you need to replace the board completely.
In other cases, contact the service. Professionals will help you repair, rewire complex electronic circuits.
It is necessary to unscrew the screws on the board or remove the plates with a wrench, depending on its brand. Remove the control unit by replacing it with a new one. Screw in the fasteners carefully so as not to damage any part.
The price of the repair depends on its complexity. If the device does not drain the water, then the cost of restoration work ranges from 1200 to 3000 rubles.
Repair of the control module costs more than 3,500 rubles. The rattle and clatter of a typewriter can be corrected at a service center in Moscow for a price of 3,000 to 5,000 rubles.
Today we have shared with you our knowledge on how to repair the Ariston washing machine with our own hands.
We hope that you will succeed and self-repair will cost you inexpensively, you will not have to pay for disassembling and assembling washing equipment, for restoration work with the help of specialists.

The machine simply does not turn on with the main power button.
I tried to look for similar problems from other users on the forums and found out that somehow the firmware “flies” in a magical way, the controller starts to cyclically read program fragments, poll buttons, and all this in an endless loop. At some one address in the firmware, an instruction appears to switch to another address, etc. to infinity. This is in general terms. In this case, the board is usually live, only software is not on it.
You can remove the “live” firmware from a similar machine or download it, but for some reason I have not met the owners of such a machine among the users of our forum, and there is nowhere to download it. Plus, you need a programmer. The algorithm of the machine's operation contains elements of fuzzy control (fuzzy, fuzzy logic), therefore, firmware is needed for this particular model.
cot, are there any other options for finding the firmware?

If you decide to repair the Ariston washing machine with your own hands, you definitely need to know how to disassemble it.
We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and also tell you what tools you need. There is nothing complicated in this repair, the main thing is the sequence of work and free space.
We do not give a 100% guarantee that you will get your washer repaired. We give advice on how to disassemble the machine.Therefore, if you are determined to replace a defective part or find the cause of the breakdown, start preparing.
- Screwdrivers of various configurations: slotted (flat), Phillips, hexagonal.
- Torx wrench set.
- Open-end wrenches for 8 mm and 10 mm.
- Hammer and chisel.
- Pliers.
- Nippers.
- Hacksaw and blade for metal.
The Ariston washing machine must be properly prepared for disassembly:
- Remove the plug from the socket by de-energizing the CMA.
- Close the water shut-off valve.
- Unscrew the inlet hose nut from the machine body. Since the back cover must be removed, it is better to move the hose to the side altogether.
The preparation of the washer also consists in draining the remaining water. Therefore, prepare the collection container in advance. Water may spill out of the inlet hose when unscrewed.
- Go to the front and find the drain filter. It is located at the bottom of the hull, behind the hatch. Open the hatch by releasing the latches. Unscrew the filter and drain the water. At the same time, clean the part from debris.
- Move the machine away from the wall so that it is convenient for you to move around and remove parts.
This completes the preparation. You can foresee in advance a container for collecting bolts and self-tapping screws, of which there will be many.
On the one hand, disassembling the Ariston washing machine is quite simple, since there is no need to remove the front panel. On the other hand, the manufacturer has provided parts and fasteners that are difficult to remove for a novice master.
Let's figure out all the issues in order.
First of all, the top panel is removed, which is fastened with two screws.
To remove the top cover of the Ariston washing machine, you need to unscrew them from the back wall with a Phillips or Hex screwdriver. Then push the cover in the opposite direction from you, lift it up and set it aside.
Proceed to the back panel. To remove it, unscrew the bolts around the perimeter, move the panel to the side. You have gained access to the drum motor and pulley.
It remains to remove the control panel. Sequence of work:
- Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Pressing the latch in the center, pull the tray towards you and out of the case.
- Unscrew the self-tapping screws located behind the tray and on the opposite side of the panel.
- Use a flat screwdriver to squeeze out the plastic clips. Take a picture of the location of the wires on the panel or mark them with a marker.
- The wiring can be disconnected and the panel removed to the side. Or you can hang it on a service hook, if you have one.
You will also need to remove the clamp from the hatch cuff so that you can get the tank out. Pulling back the seal, pry the clamp with a screwdriver and remove. Fill the collar inside the tank.
So we're done with the panels. Moving on.
Return to the back wall of the CM. It is necessary to remove the drive belt by removing it from the pulley. To do this, pulling it towards you, turn the pulley.
- Pay attention to the motor of the Hotpoint Ariston washing machine. It is located at the bottom, under the tank.
- To remove the motor from the housing, disconnect the wiring leading to it.
- Remove the bolts that hold the motor in place. In machines of this brand, the part is usually held by four bolts.
It is not at all necessary to remove the heater from the seat. In this case, the sealing rubber of the element cannot be repaired. Therefore, it is enough to disconnect the terminals and wires leading to the heating element.
Time to remove the drain pump. If the engine could be reached through the rear opening, the pump cannot be removed that way. We'll have to turn the washer on its left side.
Note! If you find it inconvenient to remove the motor through the service hatch at the back, you can also do this through the bottom.
- Unscrew the screws that secure the bottom cover if your model has one.
- Unscrew the screws located in the area of the drain filter on the front panel.
- Push the filter, it should fall out with the pump.
- Use a pair of pliers to loosen the metal clamp on the drain connection.
- Disconnect the pipe from the pump.
- Remove the bolts securing the filter and pump.
Fine! The pump is now in your hands.We proceed to further disassembly of the Ariston washing machine.
Go to the top hole of the Ariston CMA, inspect all parts of the machine. What else is stopping you from pulling out the tank? That's right, a noise filter and a pressure switch.
- Unplug all connectors of the wires leading to the filter and pressure switch. Remove the pressure hose from the latter.
- Unscrew the self-tapping screws securing the parts to the body. Get them out of the car.
Also, disconnect the pressure switch hose from the tank body, otherwise it may break during dismantling. Manufacturers often attach the wiring to the tank with plastic clips. Bite them with wire cutters and move the wiring aside.
Before you completely disassemble the Ariston washing machine, you need to remove the counterweights. In other brands of cars, there are no difficulties with their removal. But the manufacturers of Ariston equipped the counterweights with special mounts. To remove them, you need a special key, as shown in the photo:
Attention! Do not try to rip off the fasteners with pliers or other tools. Doing so will damage the hardware that cannot be repaired.
If you managed to remove the counterweight, great! Start unscrewing the struts. Racks are mounted on plastic rods. They can only be pulled out by pressing down on the latches that hold them in place. For this:
- Arm yourself with a head, put it on the opposite side of the stem.
- using pliers, pull the stem towards you, pulling it out of the socket. Remove the other stem as well.
The tank is now only supported by hanging hooks. To remove the drum from the Ariston washing machine, lift it up, removing it from the hooks.
Another complication. If you need to get the drum out of the tank, you will have to saw it, since in these models it is not separable.
Before cutting, you need to take care of the further assembly of the tank. To do this, make holes around the perimeter, into which you then screw the bolts. Also prepare glue or sealant.
- Take a hacksaw or metal blade (whichever is more convenient for you). They are thinner for a neat cut.
- Place the tank on its edge. Start cutting from the side that is comfortable for you.
- After sawing the tank around the perimeter, remove the top.
- Flip the bottom half over. Hit the stem lightly with a hammer to knock out the drum.
You can replace the bearings if necessary.
Replace the drum to reassemble the parts of the tank. Cover the edges of the halves with glue or sealant. Which means is better to choose for sealing, we wrote in one of the articles.
It remains to fasten the two parts and tighten the screws. The assembly of the machine is carried out in the reverse order.
For those who are just going to disassemble the Ariston washing machine, we suggest watching a video on the topic:
Let's start our story with a standard warning. Remember that only a certified master of a specialized service center can guaranteed to repair the Ariston washing machine. Repairing yourself may make the problem worse.
Nevertheless, if you are determined to repair the Ariston washing machine with your own hands, it would be nice to study the instructions for disassembling it. This way you can avoid unnecessary mistakes, save time and money. Where to begin?
- It is necessary to disconnect the washing machine from the mains, from the tee tap, thanks to which cold water enters the machine and from the sewer.
Note! The waste water drain hose of the Ariston washing machine can be connected to both the sink siphon outlet and the sewer pipe outlet.And in fact, and in another case, it is easy to disable it.
- Further, without disconnecting the inlet and outlet hoses, we twist them somehow so that water does not pour out of them on the floor, but fix the ends on the body.
- Using someone's help, we drag the washing machine to where it will be convenient to disassemble it. You will need to put something under the car so as not to flood the floor with water.
- We take out the powder receptacle from the car and put it aside.
- We unscrew the drain filter and drain the waste water remaining in the tank. At this stage, that's all for now.
Now we need to prepare a simple tool. You will need a hammer, pliers, a screwdriver and heads for 7, 8, 12, 14 mm, an open-end wrench for 8 and 10 mm, a special wrench for removing the counterweights of the Ariston washing machine, screwdrivers - cross, flat, hex, lubricant for washing machines, a wooden block , car puller, awl, colored markers, hacksaw for metal. Having collected all the tools, we return to work on disassembling the Ariston washing machine.
Well, we succeeded in disassembling the body of the Hotpoint Ariston brand washing machine, now we have access to parts that can be removed quite easily, so let's do it.
First, arm yourself with multi-colored markers and mark the wires going to the main modules, so that later you will not confuse anything and start working.
Let's remove the drive belt. To do this, we take with one hand a large metal wheel, which is called a drum pulley, and twist it, and with the other hand we take a belt and remove it.
Let's remove the motor. The fastening elements of the motor can be unscrewed through the opening of the service hatch, for this, in addition to the wrench, an 8 mm head is required. Having unscrewed 4 screws, we pull the engine off the seat. Let's take out the heating element. Unscrew the nut that stands between the contacts of the heating element, then push the nut until the heating element partially falls into the inside of the tank. We pry the ten with a flat screwdriver and begin to gently pull it towards ourselves until it comes out. By the way, the ten is also removed from the Zanussi washing machine.
Now it's the turn for the drain pump. We unscrew the screws with our own hands, which are located in the lower part of the front wall of the Ariston machine in the area of the garbage filter. The car lies on our left side, which means that after unscrewing the screws, the garbage filter together with the pump should fall out of the seat. Next, we remove the clamps from the drain pipe and drain hose with pliers and disconnect these elements from the pump and debris filter. Now all that remains is to unscrew the screws connecting the pump and the debris filter and disconnect these elements.
Clamps on the pipes and hoses of the Ariston washing machine are similar to clamps, they must be removed carefully so as not to damage. If this happens, then you can put the usual clamps.
We return to the space under the top cover of the Ariston washing machine. There you can easily remove the FPS - noise filter. We remove the wires from it and take out the part from the seat. As a result, we removed everything that is simply removed from the Ariston washer, only problematic elements remained, which it is better not to touch if they do not need to be repaired. But if you need to shoot them with your own hands and we have nowhere to go, well, we will shoot.
Disassembling a Hotpoint Ariston brand washing machine is generally not difficult, but these machines have two elements that in fact can create a problem for a novice craftsman. What are these elements? This is a drum assembly and counterweights. The tank and drum of the Ariston washing machine do not nominally disassemble, as the manufacturer of these machines intended, however, it is possible to disassemble them, and then assemble them with proper skill. But what's the problem with counterweights?
It would seem, what problem can such a simple part as a counterweight create, since it is just a weight bolted to the body of the machine? It was not there. The upper counterweight of the Hotpoint Ariston washing machine is screwed on with special spring-loaded screws, which do not look like screws, but rather special fasteners.These fasteners must be unscrewed with a special key, without it, you cannot remove the counterweights with ordinary household appliances.
Here's the rub. I would like to remove the tank, but this will not work until you pull off the upper counterweight, but how to remove it without a key? In this case, we do not see any other option, how to go to the workshop and ask them for the key for a while, or pay money to the master who will dismantle it. In no case unscrew the counterweight with pliers or other devices - you will break the fasteners, and then problems will surely arise.
If you took out the key and you managed to remove the upper counterweight, then you can proceed to dismantle the tank. To do this, unscrew the racks, call a friend for help and together, pulling the tank off the springs, pull it out through the upper part of the car body. Next, we will need to cut the tank, remove its halves and put it aside, and then pull the bearings and oil seals off the drum shaft. You can read about how to do this in the article Dismantling the Atlant washing machine, by the way, the tank of these machines is designed almost the same as that of Hotpoint Ariston brand washing machines.
So, the Ariston washing machine is completely disassembled. Now it can be repaired, or it can be used for spare parts for a new car - whoever likes what. We, of course, hope that you disassemble for the sake of repair and everything will work out for you. Best of luck!
