To be honest, everything is confusing and hard to make out.
And the search for a malfunction during repair is similar in all instances.

And if it is not there, then - we look at the blinking indicators of the front control panel!

F01 - the signal is lost between the control board and the motor.

Make sure the mains voltage is stable. Must be at least 210 volts.

The motor control circuit is a rather capricious component of the washing machine mechanism. It would be nice to check the contacts yourself for corrosion and moisture. It is advisable to check every connection from the control board to the motor. It is possible that a problem may arise even from a detached motor pad.

We measure the control voltages on the motor block with a tester.

The resistance of the contact group in a quiescent state should be about 70 ohms. Without removing the test leads from the coil lead terminals, rotate the motor shaft. Resistance, in this case, should change. If this happens, then the tachogenerator is working properly.

F03 - breakage of the temperature sensor (thermistor), short circuit of the wash heating element relay.

The sensor itself rarely fails. Usually there is no signal from the board (pins of the temperature sensor connector)

F05 - the drain pump or pressure switch (level sensor) does not work.

By 80 percent, a blockage (filter, drain hose) or a pump is to blame.

We clean the filter by removing the front panel with a flat screwdriver and screw it around:

If error F05 pops up again - the reason is in the electrics, namely why the pumping pump does not work?

We take the multimeter in our hands and, starting the drain program, measure the voltage at the pump terminals. It should be 220 volts.

His presence tells us about the replacement of the pump.

F06 - in Diagnostic models, indicates disabled buttons.

A rare mistake, and here everything is clear.

F07, F08 - the heating element is not in the water, does not work (burnt out or open).

Make sure there is water in the tank by looking into the drum. Further, after removing the back wall, check the heating element with a tester:

F04, F08 - pressure switch (water level switch).

- contacts-2-4 are closed - level "EMPTY TANK"
- contacts 2-3 are closed - level "FULL TANK"
- contacts 2-1 closed - “OVERFLOW” level (not less than half the glass level of the loading door.

Why is it needed?

For adjusting the water level in the tank: low, medium and high. Also provided with protection against overflow of the tank.

How to check?
Just blow into it. You should hear clicks. There may be three. Depends on the water levels provided by the program: economical, delicate, half load.

F09 the memory card of the electronic board is faulty.

F10 - the water intake time has been exceeded.

The filler pipe from the detergent drawer to the tank may be clogged, the water inlet valve is not working properly.

Also check the level sensor (see above).

F11 there is a problem with the drain pump.

The resistance of the pump winding should be about 170 ohms - measure it with a tester.

F12 - there is no signal between the control board and the program selector.

Carry out an external examination of the board for damage to the elements.

If no burned-out units were detected, diagnostics of the control module and its flashing are required.

F13, F14, F15 the drying element is faulty (washers with a drying function).

F16 - the breakdown is associated with blocking the drum (top loading machines).

F17 - hatch lock lock problem.

No power supply to the door lock - ring the contacts.

H20 - error no water supply.

It often happens that this is a clogged inlet filter, and there is no water permeability due to dirt.

We unscrew the inlet hose, clean the filter mesh at the inlet

Disconnect the power connectors and unscrew the engine from the tank.

Do not forget to clean the manifold between the motor sipes as well. They are covered with an abundant layer of graphite dust. It needs to be removed. The most convenient way to do this is with a vacuum cleaner. The engine manifold should be cleaned with the abrasive part of a dishwashing sponge and visually inspected for wear.

We put the engine in place, plug in the connectors, but do not put on the drive belt. It is necessary to perform the no-load lapping procedure for brushes. To do this, we start the spin mode at the minimum available speed, visually and audibly controlling the operation of the engine. It should be flat and free from excessive sparking. Then we put on the belt, and once again we start the spin at minimum speed with an empty drum.

• No water is supplied, the drum does not spin (the engine does not run):

The drainage system must be properly organized; the tip of the hose must be at a height of 60 to 100 cm.

In addition, a jet gap must be ensured when draining in order to avoid water being sucked back into the CM.

Note! Strictly speaking, these symptoms are superficial and they may indicate other problems (for example, with electronics), but this should give you the idea to check your pump first.

As we have already noted, bearing and oil seal failures are the most rare malfunctions of Ariston washing machines. However, if this happens, then urgent action is needed. It is not difficult to recognize such a breakdown. When the bearing is destroyed, the moving elements begin to emit unpleasant sounds, the shaft begins to rub against the bushing, which leads to a depletion. If you do not take any measures and continue washing, this can lead to the fact that the drum begins to play and damage the tank.
