It happens very often that the engine runs well at idle, but the chain speed increases very slowly when the accelerator lever is pressed, or the chainsaw simply stalls. First you need to unscrew the muffler. The piston must be set to its highest position so that it blocks the channel and excludes the possibility of soot entering the cylinder.
