Removing the casing, we see the wiring harness coming from the ignition switch. it has a thick yellow wire, and a plus appears on it when the ignition switch is turned on.

What happens if you have a short either in the splitter or in one of the connectors? I came across this a couple of times, once it came to the complete melting of the connector, thank God it did not come to a fire.
