Enter the length, width, height of the tunnel. And how much the boat's size has increased.
Take new members to your ranks. A childhood dream came true and last week my friend and I became the happy owners of Crimea. Now we want to have time to bring it to an acceptable state before starting navigation, the budget, as always, is limited.
The corps itself, although "alive", requires our participation. The previous owner did not care much about the boat and "somewhat" bent the keel with the bottom inward (apparently hit something), there are also a number of "battle marks" on the rest of the hull.
We do not yet have experience and understanding of straightening work in Crimea, we will be grateful for any constructive suggestions, and we will not refuse the services of a specialist. Remained native seats and a sofa, we plan to restore and operate them further, in this part and in general, we also ask you to share your experience.
As a result of the painstaking work of the Lodka 44 specialists, the owners of the Krym motor boat now have the opportunity to purchase and install glass edged from a new profile. A distinctive feature of the design is the presence of a rubber seal, as well as a unique design that excludes any contact of the glazing elements with the profile and fasteners. The main reason for the damage to the glazing of the original frame on the "Crimea" boat was the elements of attachment to the profile, in contact with organic glass and eventually led to cracks. This glazing option is available for ordering in the corresponding sections of the catalog of our website.
The repair of this boat was carried out in two stages. In the summer, the customer, with the help of our company's specialists, installed glass, a tank, electrics, reinforced the transom, and equipped the boat with a transport awning. In January 2014, the work was continued, after which the boat acquired a completely different look. The hull was painted, the passenger compartment seats were upholstered (covers for the factory seats of the “Crimea” boat can always be ordered in the corresponding section of our website).

The factory design of the arches has a number of disadvantages.Too low design allows you to use the awning only when sleeping or parking. As well as the large gap between the arcs and the small radius of the arcs lead to the accumulation of water.
The arches produced by the Lodka44 company are designed taking into account the shortcomings of the factory design and the wishes of customers. A higher structure is provided, allowing you to comfortably sit in the boat during movement and parking.
The awning is attached to the windshields of the boat, so the shape and size of the awning are directly dependent on the windshield. When replacing glasses, replacement of the awning is also required.
Plan ahead. If you feel that your windshields will need to be replaced in the near future, we recommend that you do it now with the purchase of an awning.
Complete with every awning produced by "Boat44" there is a detailed instruction for installing the awning, arches and glasses. Over the years, we have analyzed all the typical mistakes and difficulties faced by our clients, so we described in detail in the instructions each step of installing the awning with photographs.

Old factory glasses were made in serial production of the USSR. They were made with high quality, but over time everything tends to deteriorate and age, so many factory windshields are damaged or not preserved at all.
Our design department is constantly modernizing and improving glass and glazing frames for all serial domestic boats. Glass produced by "Lodka44" is divided into "Standard" and "Premium".
Glazing "Standard" is as close as possible in terms of technological features to the factory glass, in height it fully corresponds to the factory analogue. The side of the glass is extended. The set includes a glazing frame, polished stainless steel hinges, thrust posts. The glazing is made of 3 mm monolithic polycarbonate.
Windscreens "Premium" are the own development of the design department of the company "Lodka44". For several years, we have identified gaps and conducted surveys of our clients. We managed to combine modern technological developments, strong durable materials and the experience of automotive designers. The result of painstaking work is the "Premium" glass.
The main difference between "Premium" glasses from the "Standard" set is a new high-strength aluminum profile of the glass edging and new organic ("Premium-A") and tempered ("Premium-K") glasses with a thickness of 5 and 4 mm, respectively. Unlike "Standard" sets, in which glasses are made of polycarbonate, "Premium" sets are more durable, more resistant to mechanical stress, as well as more transparent and look more aesthetically pleasing.
Glass sizes ... For each model of the serial boat, we have selected the optimal glass sizes for their comfortable and durable use. They are different from the factory ones. They are larger and more comfortable to use the boat.
Glass edging made of high quality aluminum profile. You don't have to worry about scratches and minor damage. It is much stronger and more durable than the factory one, highly resistant to mechanical stress.
Installation ... Thanks to the technological design of the glass edging, you do not have to spend several hours installing it. We have prepared it so that your efforts are minimal. And of course, for each set of glasses in the kit, detailed instructions for installing windshields are attached.
Appearance ... Everyone who has seen the new Premium glasses has no doubt chosen them. They are both externally and in terms of technical characteristics similar to automobiles. They are also easy to paint, so you can give your boat a stunning look.
A wicket door on the boat's glazing is necessary for a quick exit to the stern. Often times on the water there are situations when you need to quickly fix something or pick it up from the bow of the boat. Moving sideways through the windshield is not always safe, since the boat has a roll structure.
Important: when ordering glasses with a wicket, provide in the awning the option "valve in the roof" for easy exit from the boat through the wicket.
Complete with Lodka44 windshields, we attach detailed instructions for installing new glasses. Over the years, we have analyzed all the typical mistakes and difficulties faced by our clients, so we described in detail in the instructions each step of glass installation with photographs.

I ask the Dear Community of Forum users to join our ranks!
Forum, I read for a long time and with constant frequency! Therefore, the majority of members of the forum are familiar in absentia. In the plans ; until the spring to make from the Crimea I acquired in the fall, not something like the Masters on this forum! I think the community will not refuse science, and will share the experience of restoration.
I started working on the corpus.
So far, this is all that has been done.
Re: I started building!
How problematic was the paint removal with a nozzle what is in the photo above? I also want to do this operation. ))
Re: I started building!
On the bottom, the most difficult thing was, the rest of the places were easily removed. It is better to take the cards in the form of a cup, I needed four pieces in the form of a cup and one attachment in the form of a plate.
Do not forget about safety precautions when performing work!

Alteration of the transom, well, there are hatches. I want to remake the hood, I will digest it on the hood (quintet 4mm), as I really like to jig on the hood, and it’s very unpleasant when he plays underfoot, well, of course, the hatch in the hood under the anchor and other belongings. Lobovik with a wicket and a step in the torpedo, for the convenience of getting to the bow.

The clamping flag stops the rope so that it does not go away from the boat and is mainly used when raising the anchor to relieve the load from the hands when intercepting or if tired when raising the anchor (to rest for a couple of seconds). When the rope is pulled from the current, the flag is weakened (at least I would do this) and the hull would be made in the form of a mooring cleat

The idea of the mechanism is simple, it will not require much work to perform such a thing to the point of disgrace. Although the possibilities for tuning are different for everyone.

Re: I started building!
And in my opinion a useless thing. After all, in order to release the anchor, every time you have to climb on the nose. To remove the stopper. This is just a video you need. Although as anyone.
Re: I started building!
Re: I started building!
Re: I started building!
Well, that's a completely different idea. The question is the convenience of lifting and lowering. As I understand it, the whole point of lifting the anchor from the cockpit of the boat. And about the colitis. I made it in my prog. But I never opened it in a season. All I climbed on board. Maybe in a wide boat it makes sense to do it, but in a small boat it’s no use, since when the front is wide by a meter, it is necessary to do it in the floor of the window.
Re: I started building!
In Crimea, the gate is much more convenient than on Prog, due to the lack of a side.
Re: I started building!
Guys about the anchor roller I “pulled” somewhere, now I don’t remember
... but I liked Pts! I apologize to the author of the craft
In short, here! Absolutely uncomplicated, for that it is reliable, practical and, in my opinion, convenient
Great job done
I had to alter the "Dnepr" because of the transom with a hatch. Comrade drowned in a wave near the shore, the hatch did not close :)). Served as an excuse and worked out fine.
We will still cook! and painting!
Good Crimea has taken place! For fishing just right. NHNCH!
good day! tell me what and how to cook aluminum
TIG welder model don't know this is my friend
I'll take a photo when I'm in the garages
good work, only aluminum targa had to be done.
targa left from naduvasa! just altered a little
Why make life so difficult for yourself? Surely, this is not entirely cheap, such a restructuring + wasted time? It is clear that what comes out of “Crimea” will be much better than its parent, wasn’t it easier to choose what’s ready? It would be interesting to know the restructuring budget.
not big about 400 $
I myself have no time to cook, I don’t know how to cook
Damn my dream :) I want to do my 5 years since the last renovation ... I still can't find a person with hands: (((can take :)))
Yes, I myself do not, there is no possibility! this is my friend doing
Rack at the stern for spinning rods. Targa is called. For trolling and installing lights. And maybe there will be a fish aerator from the chest.
Cool. And how does the Crimea behave on the water? I read that it is not very suitable for driving, it shakes on small ripples, etc. I want a saucepan for myself, here I monitor)
Please tell me the length of the native oars on the "Crimea"
Here is a photo with standard paddles: it starts from the end of the side glass, ends opposite the letter “s” in the title. I use the Pellovskys.

... The native transom withstood two 30 vortices and I I think the rigidity is enough for him, but the board needs to be replaced. Who has experience, please respond, I am interested in which tree, how to process this tree and dimensions. I am planning a ritual drowning of the vortex in the spring, which I advise you too.
For the new transom, I took a larch plank. Withstood for a week in a liquid solution of drying oil (to make a bath of this length, four bars 50mm thick and a polyethylene film 2x1m, folded on the floor in the form of a trough, are needed). For 3 days on each side. Instead of removed native rivets, I used 6mm stainless steel bolts. The "native" board was completely rotten and was pressed through by the screws for fastening the motor to almost half of its thickness. The type of wood in the remaining intact pieces was pine in terms of strength. Nevertheless, this did not affect the work of Vortex25. But constantly driving along small rivers, the Whirlwind received numerous blows, including into stone spits, with 2 blades being beaten off at once, with tearing off one mounting bracket, etc. Add to this transportation on a trailer with a Whirlwind hanging on the transom on oh-oh-very uneven roads and regular bouncing of the motor when the gearbox feather touches the wavy road. So, with almost complete, one might say, absence of a board, the transom did not crack or bend anywhere. This I mean that the strength in the transom pipe is already laid down, and the board is more likely so that the pennies of the screws are better pressed into it. And pine planks that are not rotten are more than enough. The new larch board didn't really add anything to the ride.
And finally: you shouldn't be talking about the Whirlwind. I have two of them, so I can't travel for 10 years. WELL DO NOT BREAK! Trips regularly on weekends are usually 80km. Until I drive out, I will not buy the enemy. And it's not even worth talking about the Vikhrev screws on small rivers - they have no equal in stones and logs. Fully loaded “Krymka” with scuba gear, belongings, gas stove, 45L benzyl, 3hp motor-paddle on the transom with two guys of 100kg each, sooo smoothly going out under Vortex25 on the “worm” honestly goes 38 km / h on the navigator.
A friend has a Ya40 in the Crimea. In general, good. But full throttle - only in a straight line.
Please explain "Pellovskie" oars.

But my boat, though I never found a normal photo
The boat is used for hunting and fishing. departed on her season and to be honest I can not get enough of it. It keeps a wave up to a meter normally, massage of course is provided to the fifth point.
this year I plan to put a normal windshield and make a self-draining recess. If anyone knows the coordinates of the manufacturer of windshields in Moscow or St. Petersburg, I would be very grateful. I would like to find a reclining middle segment.

Hello to all Now in the garage I am making a glass frame for the "Crimea" with an opening window, from a black profile pipe, I spied on a friend. Photos from the phone, but in general terms it is clear, I'll post my own.
Someone pisads about the board on the transom, it is better to impregnate it with a mixture of drying oil and 5-7% spindle (spied on some water-engine forum) but soak when it is already fitted and the holes for the bolts are drilled.
And the question is who will tell what is the thread on the drain plug , otherwise I got a boat without traffic jams, and what is the best way to make it?
chink 13 Nov 2010
In our region, 15 years ago, there was a fashion to “knock out” the bottom of the “Crimea” in the aft third. There were even specialists who were only driven by boats. After this modification, the submarine for B-25 and 30 was literally on the “heel”. The maximum speed increased accordingly. Did anyone in the regions have such a fashion?
The same question, this problem began to bother me, tk. access to the glide and the boat itself does not suit me, the former owner of my Crimea apparently worked as an icebreaker on the Rybinsk reservoir, and the last meter of the bottom around the perimeter is simply bent inward, I am afraid to touch myself, there is not enough information on this process, I read somewhere that they say, on the wet sand, they knock out onto the cold, so that cracks do not arise. Can anyone come across, please describe the process.
And the question is who will tell what is the thread on the drain plug , otherwise I got a boat without traffic jams, and what is the best way to make it?
I made this one out of fluoroplastic. I don’t remember exactly, like I adjusted the thread in place with a triangular file.

"Crimeovody". Ay. Who knows how to "knock out" the bottom.
take a small piece of the block so that it is convenient to hold it in the place where you want to knock it out and hit it with a sledgehammer only without fanaticism it is very easy to correct it, for convenience it is better to put the Crimea on the side corners, and the bottom so that it hangs on weight. I propose to discuss the boat Crimea, Crimea, its pros and cons, fine-tuning (tyuneng) it for yourself. I see the following questions: Convenient bedding equipment. Competent awning (on family or new arches) Front seats (native, with shock absorbers, car, etc. Stationary tank. Payoli, miners, etc.
Here is a selection of photos to begin with [ [Links to union members only. ] There is something about the tank that would not be repeated here https://my.housecope.com/wp-content/uploads/ext/514/vb3/showthread.php?t=16864 By seats here https://my.housecope.com/wp-content/uploads/ext/514/vb3/showthread.php?t=17281
I completely agree for AMG either 3mm or "brutal" power set. duralumin 1.5mm in this regard would look more worthy. The beauty of the Crimea is not in its fortress, or rather even its rigidity, but in the absence of the need for care and the possibility of an indifferent attitude. Here recently Zhenya Slavutich very aptly said “The Crimea has a bottom like an accordion, all skewed under the onslaught of an overstated engine power, but all the same, the infection walks and does not flow. So the conclusion of the people is simple - a strong boat ”, approximately somewhere like that.
And the roller there was metal and rolled with a sharp edge.

Good afternoon everyone. Once upon a time, a long time ago, they gave me a hatch cover from a boat of 5m2 (if I am not mistaken) and a counterpart (I call her that) from a progess boat for 0.5. For today, I decided to make a hatch to the Crimea. The counterpart from the progress is larger than the hatch, besides this, I was already given it cut into four parts for shortening. It is visually visible that the dimensions of the “response” are different, two sides (opposite each other) 10mm each and two sides (opposite each other) 20mm each. Besides, I don’t know what they did with them, but there are no strict angles in the response. I tried to level, straighten, - all the same there is no corner, and all the four parts (sawn) have otvetki. It turned out that although not much, 5-8mm does not coincide in the corners with the radius of the lid and the “response”. And in general I do not like her, as the soul does not lie to the “answer”.
Now the question is: Help with advice, from what to make an answer. Maybe someone made for himself, maybe seen from a neighbor, maybe there are some links to making, a photo, something else. For myself, I see a 20mm-30mm corner, sawn at the corners and bent under the radius of the lid. Boil the cutting points with argon, and put a car seal on the top of the corner which will be under the lid. In theory, it should be airtight. I called on "tuning" "with theirs" answer "which is also from progress, behind their words, which, with their very, very diligent work, should come up. Well, it will be somewhere worth 400 UAH.
and then it will be seen. ... How much more it will cost "visible" is anyone's guess.
Thanks for answers. Any information will be grateful. Vitaly.

So my process has started.
Plywood marked and sawn off
The next stage is impregnation and painting of plywood, reinforcement with an aluminum corner of the set, and the layout of the dashboard. Hmm. The Americans have imposed a sanction on the correct orientation of photographs taken from Apple gadgets.

Do I need to somehow reinforce the winch attachment point?
Necessarily needed. The AMG alloy is soft - over time it will lead without reinforcement.

The long-awaited package has arrived from Moscow. While the days of waiting lasted, the cartridges were being prepared.
I went to receive a call from Energy. The load was shocked. According to the consignment note, the weight of the cargo is 2.2 kg, two pieces. Upon receipt, it turns out that the cargo was additionally packed. Package weight 15 kg. Each place is packed in a wooden coffin. The first package contained a hook.
Video (click to play).
In the second little thing Today the steering wheel, the captain's chair have been installed, the handles have been unscrewed (I will sandblast), the deep dent in the bow has been straightened, the door to the bow niche has been dismantled. Welding awaits the boat in the near future. Reinforcement of the transom and bow under the winch. As it turned out, the 13-foot cable turned out to be a little short for my tasks (a 14-foot cable would be too long), optimally 13.5. Without requests, 13 feet itself. Photo of how the cable got up next time.
