It is also noted that boilers are protected from the influence of mains voltage drops by a special protective chip and the ability to operate at low (up to 4 mbar) pressure of the main gas and water. In other words, the manufacturer tried to make a product that is maximally adapted to the worst operating conditions.
The word Coaxial in the name of the boiler means the use of coaxial flues (pipe in pipe). Such a system is convenient in that only one pipe is used to supply air to the combustion chamber and exhaust the exhaust gases, which can be removed from the room to the street by the shortest route. In general, the boiler does not fundamentally differ from products of other brands. The principles of operation of modern gas boilers are practically the same for all manufacturers, the differences are only in the equipment configuration and the internal arrangement of the actuators. The Navien boiler works either to maintain the desired temperature in CO, when heated water from the first heat exchanger is pumped by a circulation pump in a large circle, or in the DHW preparation mode. The DHW mode has a priority, which means that, if water heating is required, a special three-way valve switches the circulation to the DHW plate heat exchanger, and the flow of the coolant along the heating circuit is shut off. The signal to switch the boiler to the DHW heating mode comes from the flow sensor located on the waterworks with a make-up valve.

Error 02 is caused by the heating circuit flow sensor located at the outlet of the main heat exchanger. If nothing interferes with the movement of water in the CO circuit, after turning on the pump, the sensor contacts are closed and the signal is registered by the control unit, otherwise, the control panel display error 02 .

This error is associated with the smoke exhaust system of the gas boiler. The combustion products must be removed without fail; for this, a fan is provided in the boilers. To control the operation of the fan and determine the presence of an admissible draft for the operation of the boiler, a differential relay is used, which is connected to the turbine with two plastic pipes.
