I hope my article helped you. The most important thing is to know what to do for what and how. With this information, you can probably do everything that I did in my videos. Of course, to me, as a master, it all seems simple, maybe it’s so, but I also didn’t know how to disassemble the vacuum cleaner, and if you also take into account the fact that about such information that is given to you in this article, at that time, when I started and there was no question, now it will be much easier for you than for me once. The only thing I want to add is that be careful and follow safety precautions, otherwise it beats a lot
There are not many of them. As a rule, they are quite trivial, but when they occur, disassembly of the vacuum cleaner is required. You cannot do without it when diagnosing faults. The main reasons for the breakdown of the vacuum cleaner are the following:
Along with the above, there may be other deviations in the work, but they, as they say, lie on the surface. For example, a fuse has blown. In this case, it is enough to replace it with a new one, and the vacuum cleaner will work again.
Before proceeding with the repair, it is necessary to prepare everything for this. First of all, you need a toolkit. Nothing unusual is included in it: a set of screwdrivers, pliers, a set of heads, an awl, a small hammer - that will be enough. Additionally, you need to have WD-40 fluid, EP-2 or Litol-24 grease, a soldering iron and a clean rag. To ring out electrical circuits, you will need an ordinary tester.
For those who are engaged in disassembly for the first time, it is advisable to have a camera with them - to record the disassembly sequence.
Disassembling a vacuum cleaner is not so difficult as it might seem at first glance. First you need to unscrew the mounting bolts from the case.
After that, it will be possible to remove the cover. Having disconnected the wires from the electronic board, we carefully separate the case from the controls. On this, the main part of the disassembly work can be considered completed. Next, we carefully take out the engine and carefully remove it from the plastic case in which it is placed.
All work must be carried out without the use of brute force in order not to break fragile plastic parts.
Since most of the malfunctions of a vacuum cleaner arise from the engine, it often has to be disassembled for repair.
This process is not difficult and looks as follows. Using a thin screwdriver, carefully remove the impeller cover. As a result, access to the nut of its fastening is opened. By unscrewing this nut, you need to remove the motor brushes and loosen the body tightening screws. It remains to carefully remove the anchor, and you can start removing the bearings. As a result of the work done at the workplace, you should get something like the following picture (pictured).
A readily available tool is usually sufficient to remove bearings, but sometimes a special puller is required. After disassembly, all parts are thoroughly cleaned of dust and dirt. Particular attention is paid to the bearing seating surfaces and the engine manifold.
The impeller nut has a left-hand thread. There are exceptions, but very rare.
Sometimes it happens that the vacuum cleaner suddenly stops performing its main function. Everything seems to work, and the dust is not sucked in. In this case, first of all, you need to get and inspect the filters. If the filters are clogged with dust, they must be cleaned. If cleaning does not work, the filters must be replaced. Before replacing, you need to turn on the vacuum cleaner without filters and make sure that the suction power is at the proper level. If it is still small, you will have to inspect the impeller. It may happen that it is completely clogged with small debris.
At the same time, check the condition of the brushes and the engine manifold. Worn brushes must be replaced and the collector cleaned. The tightness of the hoses may also be affected, especially in the places where they are attached to the nozzles. You also need to pay attention to this.
Advice. The collector can be very carefully cleaned with fine sanding paper # 0 or # 00.
The fuse has already been mentioned, but to check the rest of the faults, you will need an ordinary tester. With its help, you can easily ring the wires and locate the breakage point. Then a soldering iron is connected to the case and the malfunction is eliminated.
Before starting to search for wire breaks, you need to make sure that the temperature sensor in the vacuum cleaner has not worked and that the motor has not been forcibly de-energized.
This happens when the vacuum cleaner has been in operation for a long time. No repairs are required here. After cooling down, the performance of the vacuum cleaner will be restored automatically.
During inspection, it is necessary to check the performance of the pressure roller. Vacuum cleaners of any brand are not immune from such a malfunction, when the engine speed is no longer regulated. In this case, the problem needs to be looked for in the electronic control unit ... It is simply not recommended to repair it yourself.
The process of disassembling and repairing a Samsung vacuum cleaner is not very difficult. It can be done independently with minimal knowledge of electrical engineering and the ability to handle locksmith tools.

For any, even a small malfunction, it becomes necessary to disassemble the vacuum cleaner. Repairing a Samsung device is not difficult if you know how to use a special tool correctly. Do-it-yourself repairs are less expensive than professional help. A prerequisite for the operation of a Samsung vacuum cleaner is the use of multiple filters. One of them is designed to remove large pieces of debris and dust, the other collects microparticles not exceeding 0.3 microns, which protects the engine from dust. If the vacuum cleaner breaks down for the first time, you need to have a camera or mobile phone at hand in order to capture the sequence of disassembly for the subsequent correct assembly of the equipment. For the prevention of malfunctions, it is necessary to clean the filters in a timely manner.
In order to fix the Samsung vacuum cleaner yourself, you should read the instructions for its operation. First you need to unplug the power cord from the outlet, pay attention to external signs to determine the location and nature of the breakdown.
In a modern vacuum cleaner, the motor is completely cooled with purified air. On the case, the detachable parts are connected by means of screw clamps with six self-tapping screws, two of which hold the front part of the fastening cover, and four are located on the opposite side. The handle is fixed from the bottom with two self-tapping screws, the same amount is held by the butt. The electronic board for controlling the motor is covered by the upper housing cover and secured with four plastic locks on latches (grooves with projections).
The Samsung vacuum cleaner repair technique is simple and easy to understand. You should first prepare the necessary tool:
1. Several different screwdrivers, pliers.
2. Different heads with an awl.
3. A small hammer, a soldering iron with a clean cloth.
4. Stock of WD-40 liquid, EP-2 or Litola-24 grease.
5. Tester, which is necessary to carry out continuity of electrical circuits.
6. Camera.
To disassemble the device, unscrew the bolts on the case, open and remove the cover. Then disconnect the wires that lead to the electronic motor control board, carefully peel off the sheathing. After that, you need to get out the plastic case in which the engine is located, and very carefully pull it out of there, so as not to destroy the plastic. The main malfunctions of the vacuum cleaner are associated with this particular part, so it should be disassembled. To remove the impeller cover you will need:
1. Pry off the cover with a thin screwdriver and remove the part.
2. Unscrew the nut (usually with left-hand thread, right-hand thread is very rare).
3. Remove the motor brushes.
4. Unscrew the body tightening screws, carefully pull out the armature.
5. Remove the bearings, remove the impeller.
Do-it-yourself removal of parts is done with the existing tool, but there are exceptional situations when you cannot do without a special puller. When the disassembly is completed, all parts must be thoroughly wiped, cleaned of dust, and dirt should also be removed from the bearing surfaces of the bearings and the engine manifold.
When working with a Samsung vacuum cleaner with clogged filters, dust is not sucked in. A few minutes after starting it (from 1 to 15), the power is automatically reduced. In this case, in the presence of protective automatics, the emergency thermostat will turn it off, and if it is absent, the device will burn out. Typical signs of clogged vacuum cleaner filters are poor draft, strong hum and heat. Before proceeding with the disassembly of the device, all filters should be checked, if necessary, replace them or clean (certain types need to be rinsed) and refilled.
If you cannot remove dirt, you need to remove these elements and turn on the vacuum cleaner without them to make sure that the suction power is normal. With a small amount, you will need to clean the impeller from accumulated fine debris, and then check the condition of the turbo brush and the engine manifold. Unsuitable brushes must be replaced and the manifold must be cleaned with fine N0 or N00 abrasive paper.
If the vacuum cleaner is used for a long time, the fuse may blow and the unit will not turn on. In this case, it should be inspected and replaced before starting the start. The next common breakdown is a break in the power cord. The vacuum cleaner will not work if it has a faulty switch. To detect this defect, you will need an ordinary wire continuity tester to determine the location of its break. First you need to make sure that the thermal sensor in the vacuum cleaner has not worked, which could forcibly de-energize the engine. You can eliminate such a malfunction with a soldering iron in a few minutes. The vacuum cleaner will cool down and turn on automatically.
If at the time of operation the device begins to vibrate, emit unpleasant cutting sounds, grinding, this means that the bearings should be lubricated or replaced with new ones. Such signs indicate wear of parts.
Also, the power cord may not be pulled in. This is due to a weakening of the spring in the winding drum or a tightening of the cord. To fix the problem, you need to remove the drum, inspect it and solve the problem by rewinding the cord. If the pinch roller does not work, you must contact a specialist. The vacuum cleaner is assembled in the reverse order.

Useful Tips and recommendations for every day
Useful repair tips on how to make a slightly faulty vacuum cleaner with your own hands. Consider the simplest malfunction of a Samsung vacuum cleaner, the repair of which does not take much time, skills and knowledge. The malfunction of the vacuum cleaner was a drop in the engine power (suction force), to a state where the vacuum cleaner does not work - tests were not carried out. Became the reason.
poor contact of the brushes with the collector. By cleaning these contacts with, for example, rubbing alcohol. you can return the vacuum cleaner motor to working condition. The sequence of repairing a vacuum cleaner, in this case, the Samsung brand, is shown in the photo.
and if after that it does not gain power evenly, maybe the reason is in the burnt brushes?
Signs by which you can judge about the wear of the brushes: - increased sparking in the collector area; - significant loss of power of the vacuum cleaner.
If, after removing the brushes, you see obvious wear and tear, be sure to replace both brushes. When replacing brushes, we advise you to clean the collector from graphite dust and carbon deposits.
a week ago, my wife flooded the dust with water, stood by the battery for about 3-4 days. I turn it on, it starts to gain momentum and stalls. I disassemble both brushes jammed, the collector is black, I cleaned everything, I cleaned it. I put it back on, I turn it on, and the area where the brushes touch the collector is very bright sparks like from welding. what to do.
from the Author Briefly: 1. If you have already cleaned everything, then the cause of carbon deposits and graphite dust can be excluded. Check the condition of the brushes, their performance, clamping force, freedom of vertical movement. 2. Perhaps the electric motor of your vacuum cleaner has a short circuit in the armature winding; a break in the coil attached to the blackened plates. In this case, it is necessary to find a break (place of damage) and repair.
For any household appliances, sooner or later breakdowns are characteristic, the Samsung vacuum cleaner is no exception. To delay this moment for as long as possible, the Samsung sc 6570 vacuum cleaner needs proper care.
Although this will not give eternal performance to your unit, whether it is a Samsung vacuum cleaner or other brands, so you should prepare in advance for a vacuum cleaner breakdown, at least mentally. Often, such units require replacement of a Samsung vacuum cleaner brush, dust collector or bag.
If the equipment has broken, for example, a filter for a Samsung vacuum cleaner, the repair is fully justified. Or, for example, your vacuum cleaner is so dear to you that there is no desire to part with it, or the purchase of a new Samsung vacuum cleaner (including the Samsung robot vacuum cleaner) was not included in the family budget plans, then it is worth considering such a solution to the issue as a repair that you can conduct it yourself or contact the service center.
Some vacuum cleaners have too expensive spare parts, so sometimes it is easier to buy a new vacuum cleaner than to pay for the repair of an old one.
Modern repair centers can replace flask, electric motor, power regulator for sc 6570 vacuum cleaners. But a dust collector or a turbo brush, a hepa filter or a hose, as well as bags - everyone can easily buy and replace these parts on their own.
Before attempting to repair a Samsung vacuum cleaner or another company, you should understand its device. So, for example, each vacuum cleaner is equipped with an air suction unit, where air is drawn in. And in front of it there is a filter designed to clean the air (vacuum cleaners with a water filter work according to a slightly different principle).
Most often, the filter for a Samsung vacuum cleaner is made by Nera. The air is cleaned when it enters the Hepa filter, and then it goes to the engine, where it performs a cooling function.
The engine must be cooled to avoid overheating. If the cooling is carried out sufficiently, then the vacuum cleaner, or rather the motor of the Samsung vacuum cleaner, can work continuously for 120 minutes. The way a vacuum cleaner motor works is also significantly influenced by the filter for a Samsung vacuum cleaner.
It is preferable to use the hepa filter for Samsung vacuum cleaners (it is also installed on a cordless vacuum cleaner), especially for the Samsung sc 6570 model. It is recommended to keep the hepa filter clean at all times. to the menu ↑
In general, vacuum cleaners experience mechanical or electrical breakdowns:
Electrical breakdowns can be caused by a problem with the sc 6570's outlet or plug. If removed correctly, the problem may be in the cord, possibly cracking or kinking. If such problems are found, they need to be repaired.
In addition, electrical breakdowns are possible due to malfunctioning brushes or the motor itself burned out. You can make repairs or completely replace the electric motor of the vacuum cleaners.
For vacuum cleaners (sc 6570, etc.), mechanical breakdowns are also possible when a hose, motor or brush for a Samsung vacuum cleaner breaks down (a common problem with washing vacuum cleaners for laminate flooring). For example, if the sc 6570 vacuum cleaners hear a hacking hum during operation, the electric motor is working very loudly, and the air is not sucked in, then the hose is most likely clogged. To troubleshoot, it is recommended to remove the hose and clean it carefully. To do this, it is recommended to pass a heavy metal ball through the hose to locate the blockage. Then insert the squeegee handle into the hose and gently stir up the blockage. If the hose is accidentally damaged during cleaning, you will need to buy a new hose.
Sometimes poor absorption occurs when the power regulator is set to minimum parameters. If the settings are standard and the absorption is low, the power regulator itself may have broken. Replacing the power regulator is easy. It is difficult for a person who is not particularly versed in electrical engineering to repair the power regulator on his own. That is why it is easier to buy a new power regulator and insert it into the sc 6570 vacuum cleaner.
Often, poor suction is caused by a clogged dust container or waste bag. To fix this problem, you need to remove the dust container or bag. The dust container is thoroughly washed and replaced, and the bag should simply be thrown away and replaced with a new one.
Low suction can occur when the filters are clogged. You should carefully read the instructions that each vacuum cleaner has. It indicates how many filters and where they are installed. Experts recommend putting your vacuum cleaner on hepa filters. Generally hepa produces universal spare parts for all vacuum cleaners. So, having studied the instructions, remove the filter that protects the electric motor from dust. Some filter models, for example, hepa, can simply be rinsed with warm water, but it must be dried before installing. If, according to the instructions, the filter cannot be washed, then buy a new hepa brand and install it yourself.
Sometimes the vacuum cleaner does not turn on at all, for example, when the electric motor burns out. The repairs and maintenance that the vacuum cleaner motor sometimes requires should only be carried out by specialists. The price of such a spare part as an engine is sometimes prohibitively high, but in some models it is economically justified to replace the motor.
Sometimes the vacuum cleaner sucks well, the power regulator is normal, the dust collector or bag is not clogged, the electric motor is running, and the vacuum cleaner does not collect dust well (a common problem with vacuum cleaners with an aquafilter). In such a situation, the Samsung vacuum cleaner brush is to blame. The turbo brush is equipped with a special roller if it is incorrectly adjusted. A similar breakdown can occur when the turbo brush is worn out.

If you have already established for sure that the vacuum cleaner does not work because it has a faulty engine, we can carry out the repair in two ways: on our own or in a service center. If you decide to adjust the vacuum cleaner motor yourself, you need to carefully disassemble it, then remove the motor and check the condition of its brushes.
If the motor does not function due to worn brushes, then they must be replaced.Frequently, the motor overheats and burns (a common cause of breakdowns with Philips vacuum cleaners), or the windings are damaged.
In this case, it is recommended to send the motor for repair to professionals. On average, it costs about 1,000 rubles to repair a motor (for Lentel vacuum cleaners, the price is slightly higher), as well as buying a new spare part, which is much more cost-effective than buying a new unit. to the menu ↑
In order for the vacuum cleaner to serve for a long time, and not to have to buy spare parts for it, it is recommended to take good care of it. It is necessary to change the bags in a timely manner, or wash the dust collector; a turbo brush requires regular cleaning.
In general, a turbo brush, like other spare parts, is available for sale in specialized stores. The turbo brush of a Samsung vacuum cleaner costs about 600-1000 rubles (there are cheaper brushes for Miele vacuum cleaners).
A turbo brush in a vacuum cleaner rarely needs to be replaced, since regular cleaning from debris accumulated on the pile is enough for it for a long service life. In general, Samsung vacuum cleaners have a long service life and, with proper care, are considered durable.
Regardless of the manufacturer and type of vacuum cleaner, the main difference lies in quality, power and design.
The most important thing in a vacuum cleaner is the electric motor, which creates a vacuum and, as a result, sucks dust and various particles through special filters through which only air passes. In different types of such devices, these filters are different, and flasks and just bags and cyclone-type vacuum cleaners.
But it is the engine and, occasionally, the electronic power (rpm) control circuit that requires the most attention in this whole device.
Do-it-yourself engine repair is not difficult to carry out if the breakdown is simple and the engine is still running but you can hear a heavy engine stroke (when turned off) or the engine starts to rattle or buzz strongly, it happens that the vacuum cleaner gets very hot in a short period of time.
The heart of the vacuum cleaner, as we have already figured out, is the engine and, as a rule, the collector. What is such an engine? The motor is housed in a housing where the fan impeller blades are hidden. It is of the tangential type, where air is drawn in at the center and exits through the periphery and already exits through the rear filter. The brushes in the engine are placed in special shafts made of brass, as a rule, this is ordinary carbon in the form of graphite. Over time, the brushes rub against the collector roller, their middle is ground down and they become slightly semicircular, due to which the contact area with the collector pads increases. The brushes in their shafts are pressed by springs, creating the necessary pressure of the graphite, in the process, the robots, to the collector. The brush will work until it wears off and the spring cannot properly contact the graphite with the manifold. It is necessary to monitor the cleanliness of the collector shaft itself, clean it from carbon deposits if necessary and remove the oxide layer to a copper sheen.
The shaft is attached to the stator by two bearings of different sizes, as a rule, this is done in order to make it easier to disassemble it. The front is usually large, and the back is smaller.
The shaft is carefully knocked out of the stator using any suitable tools. Then we look at the course of the bearings, because of the dusty robots they get clogged despite the presence of anthers. If necessary, the anthers are carefully removed with a thin screwdriver or an awl, washed with a jet of WD-pulleys, after which the balls must be lubricated, for example, with grease such as Litol-24 or EP-2, after which the boot is put in place and snaps into its grooves in the bearing itself.
To start some kind of repair or maintenance of the vacuum cleaner, you need to remove the case. Each model has its own methods. First of all, all filters that impede access to the motor are removed, the housing screws are loosened, including secret ones (under the buttons, for example).Having unscrewed all the screws, you need to carefully try to disassemble the case, if this fails, take a closer look where there may still be latches or additional screws, if you do not pay attention to this, you can break the case.
Then the entire electrical installation is disconnected, as a rule, the connections are made on the connectors. The plastic motor housing is unscrewed from the bed and the motor is then removed from its plastic housing. In some models, it is simpler and the motor itself is fixed in the body of the vacuum cleaner in special rubber grooves-seals or screwed tightly to the general body of the vacuum cleaner.
To disassemble the engine and remove the fan impeller first of all, we will remove the front part of the casing (above the impeller). We take a thin metal object, you can use a screwdriver and gently bend it off the side of the casing so that the screwdriver goes a little into the middle, then gently push the upper part of the casing out, as a result of which the entire impeller becomes available to us.
The nut on the impeller usually has a left-hand thread (but there are exceptions) We try to unscrew it by holding the impeller with our hand, if it scrolls and in this way it is impossible to unscrew the nut, there is one great way So .. we take a good stranded wire with a cross section of more than 1.5mm in dense rubber insulation (to prevent slipping). We push in such a wiring and wrap the collector shaft 2-3 times, turn to turn and stretch it in different directions, thereby fixing the shaft motionless.
It is most convenient to do this together, one person fixes the collector with the ends of the wire stretched to the sides, and the second unscrews the nut on the fan disk. The method is very convenient and safe for fixing the anchor. In the same way, when reassembling, tighten the nut.
After removing the fan impeller, unscrew the housing screws; by this time, the brushes should already be removed.
Then carefully pull out the anchor, twisting the upper part slightly if necessary.
If necessary, the bearings are removed using a commercially available tool or special thread pullers. In especially severe cases, the bearing sometimes “sticks” tightly to the sleeve; a special hydraulic press is used to remove the bearings.
bearings
brushes
fuse
network wire
no contact in the switch
motor winding, breakage or burnout of the winding (stator or rotor)
capacitor failure
breakdown of the electronic circuit of the power regulator
Drop in power and suction power . The most common cause is either a clogged filter or a defective bearing. It is necessary to clean the filter and check the operation again, also check the operation (draft) of the vacuum cleaner without filters, since it happens that the usual cleaning of the filter does not help and it already needs to be replaced. If the draft without filters does not give the same working draft, you will have to disassemble the vacuum cleaner, the impeller on it should easily turn with your finger without much effort. Additionally, we remove and inspect the brushes and clean the collector from carbon deposits using zero sandpaper or a piece of ordinary cloth.
In some cases, the tightness of the hose is broken, this can be both a violation of the integrity of the hose itself and the connecting pipes at the ends of the hose, the hose simply slips out of them a little.
The vacuum cleaner does not turn on . If everything is fine with the voltage in the outlet, disassemble the vacuum cleaner and first of all inspect the fuse and the power cord, especially at the very end of the cord on the winding drum in the soldering points. If there is a tester, we call for a contact. The power button could break or the contact is simply broken in it, it sometimes gets clogged, again, with the help of the tester, we make sure that the button is working properly. If all the elements have been called by the tester and the voltage comes to the engine brushes without any problems, and the brushes themselves are not worn out, then most likely you will have to expensively repair the engine or simply replace it, since in most cases it is more expedient to install a new motor than to repair a tired old one by rewinding.
If the vacuum cleaner worked for a long time and does not turn on then it is quite possible that the protective thermostat on the engine itself has worked as a result of overheating - in this case, there is nothing to repair, it will be enough to leave the vacuum cleaner to cool the engine.
The speed of the vacuum cleaner motor is not regulated . The most common cause of such a malfunction is the breakdown of the triac, in which the voltage through it is not regulated but freely passes through it without any control. It is possible that this element fails, and it is possible that contact is lost on one of the legs of this element on the board. By slightly pressing down on the speed regulator knob, you can make sure whether the regulator itself is in good working order or the contact may be broken in it and the regulator slider does not contact its site.
The vacuum cleaner emits a foreign smell and hot air . First of all, you need to make sure that the suction inlet is not clogged, inspect the hose, check the retraction force at the inlet and whether the sound of the engine changes when you plug the inlet with your palm. In case of satisfactory operation on the part of the suction system, we can assume that the engine is malfunctioning, but most likely the brushes.
The vacuum cleaner hums and rumbles - the reason for this action is the engine, and in particular its bearings. Most likely they need additional lubrication or, if there is a large shaft around their axis, they need to be replaced with new ones.
The cord is not tightened when the button is pressed or is constantly tightened during operation - malfunction of the winding drum, perhaps the spring has burst, is weakened or, on the contrary, is too tight. We inspect the pressure roller of the button and, if necessary, removing the drum, we wind up or unwind the wire on the drum - changing the tension of the drum itself to the one we need.
As a rule, it is not complicated and is quite standard in most models.
The most common reason for the breakdown of a vacuum cleaner is the wear of its internal parts and mechanisms. In some cases, you will need to buy a new device, but most often you can try to repair it yourself at home. As a rule, the steps to repair a vacuum cleaner are few and far between. You must first disassemble the device in order to diagnose it and eliminate the malfunction that has arisen.
Most often, the following malfunctions occur in the operation of the device:
when you press the power button, the vacuum cleaner turns on and off immediately;
during operation, extraneous sounds are heard;
the appliance heats up, an unpleasant odor arises.
Most often fail:
bearings;
motor brushes;
engine;
electronic system.
Along with the above malfunctions, the fuse may blow. To fix the vacuum cleaner with your own hands, it is enough to replace this device with a new one.
Before proceeding with the repair, you need to prepare the following tools:
Additionally, you will need a soldering iron and rags. You will also need a tester for ringing electrical circuits.
Many parts of the vacuum cleaner are made of plastic, they are quite fragile, so you need to act carefully when disassembling and repairing.
To disassemble the vacuum cleaner, you must:
1. Unscrew the fixing screws from the device case using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Then you can remove the cover of the vacuum cleaner.
3. Having disconnected the wires from the control board, you need to separate the device case.
4. Then remove the motor from the plastic case.
Depending on the model, the devices are equipped with motors of different power and type:
To disassemble the motor of a Samsung vacuum cleaner, you need to follow these steps:
1. Use a thin screwdriver to remove the impeller cover. The nut usually has a left-hand thread.
2. After that, unscrew the fastening nut.
3. Then it is required to remove the brushes and unscrew the tightening screws of the device case.
4. Then you need to remove the armature and remove the bearings.
A readily available tool is sufficient to remove the bearings, but sometimes a special puller is used. Before assembly, all elements are thoroughly cleaned of dust and dirt. Particular attention should be paid to the bearing surfaces and the motor manifold.
The vacuum cleaner may not work for several reasons:
blown fuse;
open circuit in the network wire;
switch malfunction.
Methods for eliminating various breakdowns are presented in the table.
You will need a tester to check this problem. With it, you can ring the wires and determine the exact location of the break.
Further, this malfunction must be eliminated with a soldering iron.
Before starting to search for a break, you need to make sure that the temperature sensor in the device has not worked and that the motor has not been forcibly de-energized. This happens when the vacuum cleaner is in operation for a long time.
In this case, no repairs are required. After the vacuum cleaner cools down, performance will be restored immediately
This often indicates that there is a bearing problem.
The presence of sharp sounds in the bearing assembly indicates the depletion of its resource.
These parts must be thoroughly lubricated or replaced with new ones.
In any vacuum cleaner there is a special compartment in which there is a wire up to 3 m long. If it is not tightened, then the problem is in the spring.
It is necessary to inspect the winding drum. The spring may be loose or tightened. If everything is fine with her, then you will have to take out the drum and unwind or wind a wire around it. This is how the tension force of the drum is adjusted.
The vacuum cleaner ceases to perform its main function. Dust is not sucked in
It is required to remove and inspect the filters. If they become clogged with dust, then they must be thoroughly cleaned. If cleaning does not work, the filters must be replaced with new ones.
Before replacing, turn on the device without filters and make sure that the suction power remains at the correct level. It should be borne in mind that some models allow you to adjust the suction power. If it is not strong enough, then you will have to inspect the impeller. It can be completely clogged with small debris.
Sometimes the tightness of the hoses is broken, most often in the places where they are attached to the nozzles.
It is also worth checking the condition of the brushes and the collector. Failed brushes need to be replaced, and the collector should be cleaned with fine sandpaper

When diagnosing, you also need to check the operation of the pressure roller. Vacuum cleaners are not immune to violations of the motor speed control. In this case, the problem lies in the malfunctioning of the electronic control unit.
