1. On models up to 1998, remove both front direction indicators. Unscrew the left and right bolts securing the front panel through the holes formed. Also give the two screws securing the top of the panel to the cross member of the bonnet lock. Loosen the retaining nuts from the back of the front panel, then remove the panel from the vehicle.

2. On models of later years of production, remove the two fastening screws, then release the clips and remove the decorative strips installed between the head units and the bumper. 3.Firmly engage the parking brake for better access, then jack up the front of the vehicle and place it on the props. 4. On models equipped with front fog lamps, disconnect the electrical wiring from the assemblies of the latter and take it away from the bumper. 5. On models equipped with headlight lens washers, remove both headlamp units. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the rear of the washer nozzles so that they can be removed from the bumper assembly.
6. On all models, remove the two upper bumper retaining nuts on the front of the vehicle. Remember to remove the washers.
7. Under the car, give the nuts securing the central bumper supports on the front of the car.
8. Loosen the nuts securing the left and right ends of the bumper to their supports (it is not necessary to completely remove the nuts, since the mounting holes are oval). With the help of an assistant, slide the bumper assembly forward and remove it from the vehicle.

the other day I changed the front bumper, tk. in winter it split on a snowdrift. When replacing the bumper, I saw that the radiator tube for cooling the hydraulic booster fluid was oozing, I solved the problem with a hacksaw, a fuel hose from a 9 and two collars. New such tube about 3000 in the Ford Europe club. Well, after I put the bumper of something, I did not like the upper grill. decided to make it into the bottom suit. Grinder, pakhsipol, grill from the old bumper, two screws and you're done.

Ford Sierra bumper repair is done in case of minor damage to the bumper. Repairing a Ford Sierra bumper in the absence of large pieces, more than 10 cm, is almost impossible to do, only if you do not find a "donor" from which you can cut the same piece. This is especially true for damaged areas of the bumper where there are bends and transitions.
After repairing the front or rear bumper of a Ford Sierra, we will paint the bumper and install it on the car. Sometimes, the cost of repairing a Ford Sierra bumper can be more expensive than buying a new aftermarket bumper. If we have in stock a used original bumper with less damage, then we can take your bumper into credit, repair ours and install it on the car. Bumpers that go without painting will most likely have to be painted. the place of repair will be noticeable.
The cost of repairing a bumper for a Ford Sierra:
Bumper repair terms: - repair of small chips and polishing takes from 1 to 3 hours; - repairing cracks and a split bumper can take up to 6-8 hours + time for painting and installation
When to repair a Ford Sierra bumper: - the bumper comes only in the original, and its cost and time are enormous; - there are minor damages on the bumper and the car needs to be prepared for sale; - the cost of repairing a bumper is lower than buying a new one.
