After removing the door, it remains only to unscrew the two screws. They are marked in the photo. The oven door hinges (hinges) are presented as a complete set ready for installation. This kit itself consists of two hinges. Moreover, they are interchangeable. That is, there is no concept of placing them on the door: this one should be on the left, and the other on the right. It is impossible to make a mistake when replacing the hinge. The mating part is not supplied in the kit, as it is unnecessary. Because nothing ever happens to her.

5. After all that has been done, turn on the device again and check the flame accordingly.

Then you need to make certain settings to ensure the normal operation of the hob. Next, repair the brest gas stove and adjust the minimum flame level of each burner and set the desired position of the thermocouple contacts, which are part of the gas control system valve. This is the so-called electromechanical valve, which regulates the gas supply to the burner and remains in the open position due to the current generated by the heating of the thermocouple.

If the contacts on the valve and thermocouple are oxidized, it can close and the gas will go out. Gas can be cut off if the minimum flame of the burner is not adjusted. The main concern is security. All modern stoves usually have a fuel leakage protection system. Manufacturers call such a device gas control. It was invented so that, for example, if milk escaped, extinguish the flame by stopping the gas supply.

The scheme of operation of the "gas-control" system is quite simple: when the flame goes out, the sensor cools down and sends a signal to the valve, which in turn closes the gas supply channels. Some modern systems can re-ignite the flame, "thinking" that it was blown out, for example, by a draft. If the attempt fails twice, then the system gives up this business.

It often happens that ignition elements fail. At the beginning of the repair of ardo gas stoves, it is recommended to turn off the stove, remove and inspect the partition. 3. Then remove the screws that hold the glass of the panel assembly.
4. Then remove the glass block by detaching the attached spacers.
5. Remove the gasket between the inside of the door and the glass of the unit.
6. Install new gaskets in reverse order or according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Replace the gasket as follows. It is necessary to disconnect the stove from the gas and move it away from the wall. Next, you need to unscrew and remove the gasket. Then you should loosen the bolts on the back panel of the plate and slightly move them away from the body by light shaking. After such repairs and similar actions, the gaskets are disconnected from the installation body, and they must be replaced with new ones.

About twenty to thirty years ago, there was no question of how to connect the stove, since Soviet standards allowed only rigid piping using pipe systems, corners and elbows.
