After opening, I found a cracked transistor. I thought for a long time whether to remove the control board or not, I decided to remove it, and for good reason. As it turned out, the smd element burned out.

Fortunately, the comrades helped with the scheme. Feet in hand and to the electronics and bearings store.

I bought components, an oil seal and two bearings.
All soldered, assembled, glued. And installed it in the reverse order. When pouring a new liquid (I took febi) I noticed that the old one was rather cloudy.

Where to get the oil and sealant is not a question, but finding the right electronic components and an oil seal with bearings was not particularly easy. NOT ADVERTISING, but to help - I took electronics in CHIP and DIP, and the oil seal and bearings in Standard Bearing.

In general, after replacing the bearings in the generator, the whistle did not disappear. We have such a bespant sound on a cold one. Having smoked the forums, I realized that it was an egur. With a mileage of 150-200 thousand km, the grease in the bearing is all produced and the egur begins to die, by the way, this is a very common problem on asters G and J.

I removed the 80A fuse under the hood responsible for the operation of the EGURA and thus once again made sure that the problem was in it.

Whistling due to the fact that the grease in the bearings in the egur is all worked out.

For repairs we need:

The work done took me a carriage + still a lot of time. I climbed into that area for the first time and in order not to break off anything superfluous, not to tear it off, I had to work hard. So, let's begin.

We drive into the pit, in my arsenal there was a pit in my uncle's garage. The first time I took off the egur was for the holidays on February 22-23. The garage was not heated and it was not very comfortable to work.

1. Remove the crankcase protection by unscrewing 4 bolts by 14 around the perimeter.

2. We see our patient. In order not to tear off the gas analyzer cable, disconnect it and put it aside.

3. It is necessary to disconnect the return hose and the supply hose. The supply hose is screwed into the egur body like a 19 nut. The return hose is fastened with a clamp to the egur plastic piping.

4. EGUR is attached to the bracket with 3 bolts, and screwed with 3 nuts on “10”. We unscrew 3 nuts by 10, I got a 10 spanner wrench. Although this procedure was not convenient to carry out, to put it mildly.

5.Then we unscrew the bracket, it is fastened with two nuts 14 and one bolt with a head at 19, this bolt goes through the entire subframe. (The design is the same as for the generator mount)

6. Remove the battery, then remove the battery seat. We open the fuse box under the hood. We take out the purple chip, which is responsible for the work of the egur. And we disconnect the harness block going to this fuse box. Cut off all the clamps that attach our braid to the car body.

7. Now you need to pull out the bracket on which the egur is attached. We take it out of the gas analyzer cable area. Then, in the same way, we take out the egur itself.

Now we start operating.

8. Remove the iron clamp from the plastic barrel.

11. We removed the pump, we see the coupling, REMEMBER how it stood. We remove it, we see the C-shaped retaining ring, we remove it with the help of a special. puller or Che will come to hand =).
