If you need to get access to all the taps (both the table and the oven) or burner nozzles on the table, then you need to remove the top cover of the table. If the smell of gas is absent when the stove is turned off, but appears when it is turned on, then there can be two reasons. Firstly, too much flame, detachment accompanied by leakage. If there is a leak, there will be bubbling. The cause of the leakage at the nozzle installation site may be a defect in the soft sealing washer, or too weak a tightening. You can fix it by replacing the washer, tightening the nozzle (very carefully so as not to rip the thread), smearing the thread on the nozzle with sealant.Leakage at the pipe connections occurs due to a defect in the rubber O-rings that are installed in these places. This is the so-called electromechanical valve, which regulates the process of gas supply to the burner and remains in the open position due to the current generated by the heating of the thermocouple.

If the contacts on the valve and thermocouple are oxidized, it can close and the gas will go out. Gas can be cut off if the minimum flame of the burner is not adjusted. The main concern is security. The scheme of operation of the "gas-control" system is quite simple: when the flame goes out, the sensor cools down and sends a signal to the valve, which in turn closes the gas supply channels. Some modern systems can re-ignite the flame, “thinking” that it was blown out, for example, by a draft. If the attempt fails twice, then the system gives up this business.

Then you should loosen the bolts on the back panel of the plate and slightly move them away from the body by light shaking. The principle of operation of electric ignition looks like this:

Despite the fact that the process looks complicated, it happens in a matter of seconds. The spark always hits the area of ​​the hotplate that is currently on. In obsolete products, the spark was supplied to all burners, but ignition occurred only on the one on which the gas supply was open.

The electric ignition is powered from an electrical network with a voltage of 220 volts. Its work also depends on voltage surges, which can occur quite often. If a power surge occurs, a clicking sound may occur, this usually indicates a breakdown of the electric ignition device.
