We order a clamp (you can, of course, look in stores, but I did not find it).
When the clamp came, I drove to a friend's garage with a pit, cut off the old flange, cleaned the seats with a wire brush, smeared Abro with red sealant just in case, and put on the clamp. Its length is 9 cm, just enough.

I was not happy with the result, I thought the sound would be at least somehow bass at the rpm, but then it turned out that it was not enough to remove one partition and cut off part of the pipe in the resonator, it was necessary to cut 2 partitions.
