In any refrigeration equipment, the compressor supply circuit is always tied to the fan, so that if the latter fails, premature freezing of the evaporator tubes does not occur.

Open the freezer and remove the back wall with a fan.

There are only two contacts on it, to which you need to supply power.

You can use a broken cord from an old electrical appliance to supply power.

The polarity does not matter; in the worst case, the fan will spin in the opposite direction.

If, after energizing, the blades are spinning, go to step # 3. If not, we move to the spare parts store, the malfunction has been identified.

Step # 3 - checking the thermal fuse

So, take a close look at the freezer compartment.

It is quite easy to find the temperature fuse - a metal cylinder sealed in transparent plastic.

This fuse breaks when the evaporator defrost heater overheats. We disconnect the plug and check it with an ordinary tester.

From this, it can be indirectly concluded that the evaporator temperature sensor is also in order!

We put the fuse in place and assemble the freezer. It's time to move on to step # 4.

By the way, if the temperature fuse shows an open circuit, replacing it alone is not enough. It is necessary to figure out why the heating element is overheating. In most cases, the reason lies in the defrost timer, and therefore it will also be useful for you to familiarize yourself with the next point.

So, we checked almost all the components of the refrigerator, but we still did not find the problem. We climb into the refrigerator

and remove the control unit for cooling modes,

We turn the drive gear with a slot for a screwdriver a millimeter clockwise. The contact closes the red-brown and brown wires.

We assemble the temperature control unit and turn on the refrigerator. Working.
