A convenient thing is a rear-view camera, but you don't always want or need to use it for its intended purpose. By direct purpose, I mean here installation from the rear of the outside of the car in the opposite direction to the direction of travel.
For example, if you install it inside the passenger compartment, or install it on the bumper and point it to the left (so that you can see the approaching traffic earlier when you leave the parking lot backwards), or use it as a "curb", then the marking stripes on the image will only get in the way.
I was able to find an easy way to remove these streaks from a simple Chinese unnamed camera. However, this method, I think, can be implemented on other similar cameras. By applying it, you act at your own peril and risk. Due to the miniaturization of the camera components, the alteration is likely to be irreversible.
