DIY kia carnival repair

In detail: do-it-yourself kia carnival repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.

After buying Carnival, the idea of installing gas equipment haunted me. Prior to that, I drove a Renault Laguna I with a factory HBO-2. For three years of owning a car, except for draining condensate from the gearbox, I did nothing else there, because had no idea where to climb and what to twist. Started up at -35 gr. and when warming up, I went on gas without problems. Average annual gas consumption was 14 liters / 100 km.
Pay for installation on V6, 35 tr. I didn’t really want to for the cheapest set of equipment and was still very afraid of the crooked hands of installers. Many of my friends put HBO somewhere in Varshavka and were satisfied. But I decided not to look for easy ways and bought a used BRC gas equipment with tor. balloon for 62 liters. (useful volume 54 liters). Stood earlier on Subaru Outback 6cyl. 3l. late. Then I went to the AlfaAvtoGaz store and bought new copper pipes, adapters, tees, filters, etc.

Before installing, I was looking for different options for installing HBO on the Carnival.
He began by installing a gas cylinder under the bottom instead of a spare wheel. The spare wheel moved into the trunk of the car, and the spare wheel bracket was removed ... the balloon turned out to be wider (270mm) than the wheel. Before installing the cylinder, the multivalve turned over 180g. as well as the cylinder itself, so that the fuel level readings were correct ... in the Outback, the cylinder was installed in the trunk niche as well instead of the spare wheel.
I decided to first cut the filling device into the bumper, but looking from below, I realized that it was not so easy to do ... and put the air intake under the bumper.
And in general, then I decided to make fewer holes somewhere, so that the HBO could be removed without consequences and put on another car.

Further, broach a copper tube and cable for indicating the fuel level, under the bottom of the car. It used to scare me that the copper tube had to be expanded in front of the clamping nut. Now you can connect the tube with the cone coupling ... put it on the tube and tighten it.

The reducer was installed closer to the throttle valve so that the heating of the gas reducer from the heating of the DZ could be connected closely with the help of such adapters. It also happened successfully that the tube, together with the cable, went along the left spar and went straight to the gearbox and the vacuum tubes were well placed with minimal dimensions

By the way, there were problems when registering the car ...
Therefore, you must first put the car on record, and only then put HBO.
