VThe driving shaft is recommended to be disassembled on the OGT-3985 hydraulic stand or by means of pullers.

PProcedure for disassembling the drive shaft of the Kirovets tractor gearbox (K-700, K-700A, K-701, K-702):

1) - Install the shaft vertically so that the end of the shaft (from the side of the first gear) is at the top;

2) - Unlock and then unscrew the screw (22) [fig. one];

3) - Unscrew the nut (21) with the spring (25);

4) - Dismantle the sealing ring with the washer;

5) - Screw the dismantling bolt into the oil line (4) and press out the oil line;

6) - With a puller, grab the pressure plate (32) of the clutch of the first gear, then press it together with the right shaft support assembly;

7) - Remove the right disc (6) from the shaft;

8) - Press the gear (2) together with bearings;

9) - Unscrew and then remove the middle drum retaining nut (3) from the shaft;

10) - Press the pressure plate (36) and the middle drum (3) with the discs;

11) - Dismantle the middle disc (37) assembly;

12) - Open and then unscrew the bolts (33);

13) - Dismantle the middle support (38);

14) - Install the drive shaft so that the end of the shaft (on the fourth gear side) is at the top;

15) - Remove the oil line (57) from the shaft [fig. 2], left support (53), fourth gear clutches, gear (20), third gear clutch, and disc (20);

16) - Dismantle the middle support (33) assembly and the ring (32);

17) - Press together the inner bearing race (34);

18) - Dismantle half rings (35);

19) - Disassemble the assembly units removed from the shaft;

The K-700 car (Kirovets) is a wheeled tractor produced by the Kirov plant, which has an increased cross-country ability. Its main purpose is deep loosening of the soil, sowing. Also, this technique can act as a tractor.

The K-701 tractor with the YaMZ-240BM2 engine produces 300 horsepower and is an excellent alternative to the powerful K-700. This technique has remained in demand in agriculture for a long time. On the existing driven drums of 1st and 4th gears, special synchronizing brakes are installed.

The fork of the drive for controlling the clutches of the cargo shaft is fixed to the reverse clutch. It provides quick engagement and disengagement of reverse gear.
