If the bearings do not make noise, then you do not need to change, the gland can also be left with the old one, only slightly grease the edge with lithol. The "wheel", which is also a pulley, should dream without problems if you unscrew the bolt with which it is screwed. Having removed the pulley, the shaft can be easily removed, while the bearings remain in the hub (they are pressed into it).
The most difficult thing is to remove the rest of the cross from the drum. It is screwed on with three stainless bolts, the threads of which are lubricated with “anti-torsion”, and the heads of the bolts lick off easily. To make them easier to unscrew, you need to heat the crosspiece to two hundred degrees, then the silumin expands and the “anti-scrolling” melts. The wrench must be a ring wrench with six sides, otherwise the slots on the bolts will merge.
The crosspiece of the drum is the basis for the operation of the moving parts of the washing machine. Any defects in the crosspiece can affect the operation of the machine in such a way that it will lead to the destruction of the bearings, drum, heating element, and the tank body. That is why if you have any suspicions or you know about problems with the cross, you need to immediately start repair work.
Generally speaking, all the reasons for the breakage of the cross are reduced to the carelessness and carelessness of the user of the washing machine, who did not listen to its work in time. In this case, you don't even need to listen too much, because if the machine is brought to a breakdown of the drum cross, this means that it has been working for some time with a terrible creak and metal grinding. What causes the crosspiece to break?
Bearing defect;
manufacturing defects;
hard water;
unsuccessful repair.
The main reason is, of course, the untimely replacement of the bearings, which led to their complete destruction, which in turn led to damage to the crosspiece shaft.
Video (click to play).
Note! A destroyed bearing cage and balls during the rotation of the shaft scratch it very much, leading to a depletion, which in turn leads to the fact that you cannot put a new bearing on this shaft, replacement must be done on time.
Factory defects are less common, although this is not so uncommon on typewriters from Italian firms. Why is this happening? Maybe the reason is the quality of the alloy or the lack of quality control in the production of components. History is silent, but the fact remains, the crosspiece is destroyed.
Even in a perfectly functional washing machineLG or any other, the crosspiece can deteriorate from constant exposure to hard water. Although, of course, hard water is a secondary cause, since it makes it difficult to rotate the drum, and this in turn damages the bearings, which are already damaging the spider shaft.
Also, unsuccessful repairs can be the cause of the crosspiece breakage. This is generally a separate topic for conversation, since there are different craftsmen who are trying to remove and change the bearing of the cross-piece. Some, trying to remove the bearing with a grinder, cut off the shaft, others lick the thread, trying to unscrew the mounting bolt, in general, the meaning is clear, if the hands do not grow from there, there is nothing to say!
Perhaps only an experienced craftsman will be able to determine whether or not it is worth repairing the cross, it needs a replacement, or you can try to reanimate the part. It is necessary to study the development of the shaft, the condition of the thread, therefore we recommend that you be extremely careful and if you have the slightest doubt about the serviceability of the shaft, contact the service center for advice. A faulty crosspiece must not be left in operation.
If the bearings of the crosspiece of the LG washing machine are out of order and the shaft output is small, then there is no need to change the entire part, and even more so the crosspiece together with the drum, as representatives of the ARDO service centers offer us. Such repairs will cost us almost more than a new washing machine; new bearings can be supplied separately. But if there is obvious damage to the shaft of the crosspiece or its elements (especially the seats), the replacement of the part cannot be avoided.
So, the repair of this part of the LG washing machine or any other is possible only if the bearings, which are located in the bushing of the tank lid, are damaged. Separately, I would like to note the fact that some masters do not install original, inappropriate bearings that are not designed for a given load. As a result, the bearings are destroyed, and repairs have to be done again. To avoid this, you need to purchase bearings that will correspond to a specific LG washing machine (or another).
To change the bearings of the washing machine cross, you need:
dismantle the old bearings from the shaft (since they stick to the shaft);
remove old oil seals;
put new oil seals;
press in new bearings.
But as the saying goes, this is easier said than done. The main problem is related to the careful removal of old bearings from the shaft of the drum spider. Usually damaged bearings stick to the shaft seat so that it is extremely difficult to pull them out of there. You have to make an effort.
In no case should you hammer on the bearings with a hammer, trying to destroy the cage, together with the cage, you can damage the shaft, since it is made of soft metal.
Knocking down bearings with a chisel is also quite dangerous, although you can still use a chisel, but in a slightly different way. How can you proceed?
Take a grinder or drill.
Make cuts on both sides of the old bearings.
Then install a chisel in the cuts and knock the bearing off the shaft.
In the presence of cuts, the bearings are easier to knock down, a lot of effort is not required, and therefore the risk of damaging the shaft is less. The most important thing is not to rush, because rush is the enemy of any business. Old oil seals must also be removed. Moreover, they are removed always and in all cases, even if it seems to you that the oil seals will still work. It is better to spend extra pennies on oil seals than to do a new repair of an LG or other washing machine soon because of them.
We put new bearings and oil seals in place of the old ones, assemble the car and rejoice. It happens that the bearings can hardly sit in the bushing or do not want to sit at all. In this case, you can warm up the steel sleeve a little with a blowtorch and carefully press in the bearings - they will keep dead! The crosspiece is attached to the outer wall of the drum by 6 bolts, in some cases by 3 bolts, unscrew these bolts, remove the crosspiece, put a new one and assemble the machine back.
Important! Some models of washing machines have crosspieces that are welded to the drum. Since the crosspiece is inseparable from the drum, we change it together with it.
Summing up, we note the repair of the drum of an LG typewriter or any other, or rather replacing the crosspiece is a very time-consuming business. The main problem is not even in the repair or replacement of the crosspiece itself, but in the long and tedious disassembly of the washing machine. If you are determined to get the job done, this article is for you!
A cross is called a part that, as it were, connects the drum and the tank. Thanks to the action of this part, the work of the moving part of automatic machines is ensured. There are bearings inside. The use in the manufacture of soft metals leads to the appearance of various deformations over time.It is not so difficult to make a replacement or repair if you know the rules exactly. It is easy to figure out how to remove the crosspiece.
Usually the part does not fail suddenly, unexpectedly. Bearing wear suggests the presence of additional noise during operation, hum. Bearings first begin to wear out, and then further destruction occurs.
What other reasons can there be for such a malfunction?
Negative result of previous repairs.
Using too hard water.
The presence of a factory defect.
Most often, problems arise due to the fact that bearings began to wear out, but their replacement was not made in time. This destroys the entire drum spider.
If the bearing cage, their balls are badly destroyed, then during the operation of the device they severely scratch the shaft. The result is the emergence of the so-called development. The new bearing will no longer be able to fit on the same shaft. We'll have to replace both parts of the structure.
Cases with marriages are quite rare. The exception is the models of some Italian brands. The reasons are different:
Low quality alloy.
Lack of production control.
Components are produced with violations. What this or that model is made of is easy to find out from the accompanying documents.
Constant exposure to hard water can damage the crosspieces even on the highest quality products. In this situation, difficulties arise when the drum moves. This will damage the bearings. The result is a broken crosspiece.
In the case of an unsuccessful repair, everything is clear. Many people put too much effort, which makes the parts no longer fit for further use.
Only a technician with sufficient experience can tell if the device needs repairs at the present time. The condition of the thread and shaft wear are studied first. It is worth contacting the service center if there is the slightest doubt that the part is working properly. Defective crosspieces must not be ignored.
There is no need to change the entire part if only the bearings are damaged, and the output remains small. Repairing the washing machine cross will become quite expensive for the consumer, and the result will not be very noticeable. Another thing is when there are damages and are strongly visible on the surface of the part. For example, when the crosspiece burst.
The bearings themselves are located in the tank cover bushing. The behavior of some craftsmen deserves a separate discussion - they often put bearings that are not designed for the load actually present in a particular model. Because of this, the part is destroyed again, you have to re-turn to the services of specialists. It is recommended to independently purchase bearings that are suitable specifically for use in conjunction with a specific model of the machine.
Replacing the bearings at the crosspiece involves the following actions:
Removing old bearings from the shaft.
Removing old oil seals.
Installation of new oil seals.
Pressing in new bearings.
The main problem is that every action is carried out as accurately as possible. Old parts are often difficult to pull out of place without damaging other structures. You have to put in extra effort.
It is not recommended to make attempts to destroy the clip, for which the owner hits the surface with a hammer. This often contributes to damage to the shaft.
It is also dangerous to use chisels to knock down a part. It is allowed to use the tool, but you need to be very careful:
First, a grinder or a drill is taken.
Cuts are made on old bearings, on each side.
A chisel is installed in the cuts. The bearing finally knocks off the shaft.
It is the cuts in this case that simplify the repair. The main thing is not to rush, rush will prevent you from achieving the desired result when performing work. A mandatory step is the removal of the oil seals. They are removed in any case, even if their condition still seems normal. Upon completion of the work, new parts for Samsung and other models are put in place of the old ones.
It is important to ensure that the presence of a breakdown is identified in time. Then other parts of the washing machine will not suffer as much. Excessive noise during washing is the first sign of a malfunction. Sounds that were previously absent usually appear. At the first suspicion, it is recommended to contact the master.
It is recommended to choose specialized service centers. Or stores that work directly with manufacturers. The part is purchased from the same brand as the washing machine itself. The following brands have their own characteristics:
The easiest way is to work with machines that are available top-loading. In this case, it is not necessary to remove the tank, which greatly simplifies the whole process. But replacement requires the removal of the plastic calipers where the bearings are melted.
Some change only the bearing itself, ignoring the calipers. But this approach cannot guarantee that the minimum warranty period is maintained. Only a new caliper will increase the shelf life of the device as a whole.
In what sequence is the work carried out?
First, the walls of the washing machine are dismantled along with the drive belt. The pulley is unscrewed separately. Inside the caliper, bearings are located on both sides of the tank. Both details change in turn, but in the shortest possible time.
Calipers or hubs can be removed in different ways, depending on which model requires work. In some cases, the use of two screwdrivers with a lever is required. In other situations, you cannot do without a screwdriver.
The oil seal must be removed if, after carrying out the previous stages, the structure remains in place.
The landing site is thoroughly cleaned of any kind of contamination.
New parts are treated with special compounds for maximum protection. In the groove of the stuffing box, grease is applied to the bearings without fail.
The new hub is put in place along with the bearing, the second part assumes the same steps.
The machine is assembled in the reverse order.
When replacing bearings, this is the most common option. Most of the machines are supplied precisely with horizontal unloading. The tank has to be disassembled separately in order to perform the necessary work. From below, two shock absorbers are used as a support, springs are used on top, two or four pieces.
Before starting work, the machine must be completely disassembled. The procedure is individual, depending on the model, or the personal preferences of the owner, master.
For disassembly, you will need to dismantle the following units with parts:
Front bar, if any.
Front bar with hatch.
The bottom panel, where the drain filters are located. Under it, there are often screws holding the front wall with the door.
Cuff.
Noise filter.
Shock absorber.
Drainage pipes.
Counterweights.
Motor part.
Pulley.
Drive belt.
Back wall.
Valve for fluid supply.
Filler pipes.
Dispensers for detergents.
Pressostats.
The dashboard is upstairs, with the board added.
Detergent trays.
Top caps.
Replacing any parts of washing machines requires some experience, this is a difficult category of repair work. If possible, it is recommended to contact the wizard for help. Self-performance of work is permissible only with confidence in one's abilities, a certain skill.
Replacing bearings and a cross is not a work option to start with with no skills at all, with zero preparation. Now it will not be difficult to find a specialist, the whole operation is performed at home, in just a couple of hours. It is only allowed to independently monitor the status of the device, stable operation.
The crosspiece of the washing machine tank serves as a link between it and the drum, therefore it constantly experiences stress. It is made of soft metal, so it often deforms and breaks.
In this article, we'll cover:
how to change the crosspiece;
whether it is worth doing the repair yourself.
Breakage does not occur abruptly - before that, you can hear noise and hum during operation, which indicates bearing wear. When they are erased, the destruction of the cross begins.
Also, the cause of the problem may be hard water, which provokes scale. Factory defects are less common.
Is it relevant to repair the washing machine cross in case of such damage? Follow our instructions to get it right.
To inspect and check the condition of the cross, you need to remove and disassemble the washing tank. In some models, it can be reached through the top of the car, in others through the front panel.
The most difficult disassembly process is with the removal of the front wall. What should be done:
Shut off the water supply.
Disconnect the machine from the mains.
Drain off the remaining water by unscrewing the suction hose and drain filter. The latter is located behind the hatch, at the bottom of the front panel.
Move the SMA away from the wall.
First of all, remove the top CM panel:
Unscrew the screws holding the cover at the back.
Push her away from you.
Lift up, set aside.
Let's go to the control panel:
Remove the detergent dispenser. Open the tray, press the release in the center, and pull it towards you.
Remove the bolts behind the tray and on the other side of the panel.
Use a slotted screwdriver to release the plastic clips around the perimeter of the panel.
Memorize or mark the location of the wiring on the module.
Disconnect the wires, set the panel aside.
It's time to open the lower plinth panel. If you already did this when you unscrewed the filter, then proceed to the next step.
Disconnect the sunroof seal (collar) from the outer wall. For this:
Pry up the spring clamp with a flat screwdriver, remove it. The clamp is located under the cuff. If your washer is plastic, you need to release the latch.
Remove the two screws that secure the hatch lock.
Place your hand under the cuff and remove the lock from the side.
Disconnect all connectors from it.
Unscrew all the screws at the top and bottom holding the front panel. Lift and remove it.
Go to the top of the CM. It is necessary to remove the powder receptacle:
Take a pair of pliers and release the clamp holding the receiver tube to the tank. Disconnect the nipple.
Next, you can disconnect the hoses of the inlet valve, or you can remove the powder receiver along with the valve. To do this, unscrew the mounting bolt on the rear panel.
Remove all counterweights by loosening the bolts.
You can start dismantling the rear panel. You just need to unscrew the screws around the perimeter. Having removed the drive belt, pay attention to the heating element. In your model, it can be in front or behind. Disconnect the wiring from it.
Disconnect the pressure switch tube from the tank.
Loosen the clamp of the drain pipe and disconnect from the tank. If the clamp is secured with a screw, unscrew it first.
Disconnect the motor wiring, unscrew and remove the motor from the housing.
Remove the shock absorber bolts.
Fine! The tank now hangs on spring hooks. Take it off and slide it out through the front of the CM or through the top, depending on the brand.
With the tank on a flat surface, remove the collar by pulling off the inner collar. Turn the tank over, lock the pulley in place and remove the center bolt. Remove the pulley.
Next, unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the tank. They hold the two pieces together, so once you remove them, you can remove one half.
To remove the drum from the tank, tap the sleeve slightly with a hammer. Now you can see if you need to repair the washing machine cross with your own hands. If it is a worn out bearing, buy new parts and install them.
Be careful! Purchase bearings for a specific machine model only. Unsuitable components wear out faster, leading to repeated repairs.
When replacing, the user may encounter such a nuisance as adhesion of the bearing to the shaft of the cross-piece of the drum of the washing machine. How to be?
Don't even think about knocking the bearing down with a hammer. So you risk damaging the shaft, which is already fraught with the purchase of new parts.
Here is what the masters advise to do in such cases:
Using a tool - a grinder or a drill - make cuts on bearings. Work must be done carefully so as not to damage the shaft.
Insert a chisel into the cuts and knock it off the shaft in parts.
What other obstacles could there be? Some manufacturers use crosspieces with a shelf on washing machines. It happens that when an old bearing is knocked out, the inner part of the cage leaves, and the outer part remains, held by a shelf - see the figure below.
There is no way to get it. In order not to change the entire crosspiece, it is recommended to reinstall the inner part and then pull out the entire bearing.
Take a new bearing suitable for the CMA model. You need to disassemble it. Proceed consistently:
Remove the separator. Insert a thin screwdriver into the hole and hit it lightly with a hammer until the separator arches.
Turn the bearing over, pry the cage and remove. Now the balls are in front of you, they are not held back by anything, therefore they move freely.
Move all the balls to one side, pry the inner race with a screwdriver and pull out. The bearing is disassembled.
It is necessary to degrease all parts and install in the holder remaining on the crosspiece.
Install the four balls in the cage, then install the smaller inner cage.
Place another bead carefully. Usually there are 5 to 7 of them in bearings. The main thing is that the inner ring is firmly held. Therefore, if five balls are not enough, install the rest.
The balls are evenly distributed, the gaps between them are compacted with foil.
From above, a homemade part is poured with a suitable glue for strength.
Lubricate the outer race of the part that has adhered to the crosspiece with oil.
After 15 minutes, turn the drum upside down.
Using a drift and hammer, knock the part out of the socket.
You have cleared a seat. It remains to clean it up and install new elements.
If it’s not the bearing, we’ll show you how to remove the crosspiece from the washing machine drum and replace it.
The part is fastened with three to six screws. You just need to unscrew them to remove the cross. Purchase a new part and install in the reverse order.
The situation becomes more complicated if your model has a spider welded to the drum. Then you will have to completely change the drum.
The repair process is laborious for a beginner. But if you decide to cope on your own, the video will help you:
To restore worn out gland bushings that stand on the drum shaft, you can use how many methods and one of the most affordable is to put on top of this bushing, a new one, cut from a stainless steel pipe (stainless steel is used on LG, the rest is bronze) we will talk about this in this article
It should be noted right away that the most correct way to restore this unit, we consider turning and hot landing, but do not forget that not everyone has a lathe or a familiar turner, and the repair must be done as quickly as possible so that the client does not "jump off".
The first thing we need is the pipe itself. 40 * 1.5 mirror (with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, we get an inner diameter of 37 mm, recall that LG has an oil seal 37 * 66 * 9.5 / 12) You can cut the pipe
Lathe (ideal)
Bulk car clamped into a cut-off machine (not ideal, but it will work)
Treborez (the ends will be rolled inward, but if you wish, you can fix it)
Saw for metal (a very bad way, I saw a curve in all planes, if only then it was trimmed on a turner)
After cutting, depending on the cutting method, you need to trim the ends and make small chamfers so as not to break the new oil seal during installation, in our case we trimmed it on a lathe and made chamfers there
Several methods can be used for planting and sealing, one of the most correct is the use of two-component glue mixed with chips from the same as the sleeve, so we get the most homogeneous material, which will avoid cracks during heating and thermal expansion during operation
As a link between the bushing and the shaft, you need to use only substances suitable for use at 90 degrees, since the water in the washing machine tank heats up to this parameter in certain wash programs
The finished bushing can be bought in our store

We must proceed from that. that hundreds of thousands and miles of machines are made according to this principle and work for tens of years.
The sequence is as follows: The bearing went on a spree, the oil seal began to wear out, and the water passed. which finished off the bearing, and the landing
so, the gland cannot be displaced and moved, there is no place for living on the shaft for it anymore, polish, there it is necessary to remove the shell up to half a millimeter.
Ustas_, Above proceed from that. that hundreds of thousands and miles of cars are made according to this principle and more than one man did not put a piece of stainless steel bushing? this sabotage, something like that!

Well, yes, I have the same thing. Remove the front wall, front drum cover, pulley, tear out the drum. Not that for a long time - but uncomfortable, but once a year and a half, such a warm-up does not bother.

and if centering the bushing with a reverse "stocking" along the shaft?
This “planned obsolescence” is perfect, but we will fight and our cars will last!

The drum is an important part of the washing machine. It is here that the most important process takes place, for the sake of which this unit was created - washing. In turn, one of the details that are of great importance for its work is the crosspiece. It contains a bearing assembly, due to which the drum rotates.
Minimum warranty period -
The drum cross is fastened to the tank of the washing machine. Since the crosspiece holds the drum and takes the main load during the washing process, the role of this part can hardly be overestimated. Due to high loads, wear of the cross or its break is a fairly common phenomenon.
washing machine drum cross
When the oil seal and bearings wear out, it is not uncommon for the crosspiece to be replaced. This is explained mainly by the material from which it is made - it is a soft metal. In addition, poor-quality lubricant in the oil seal can play a fatal role.
In order to prevent the crosspiece from breaking and, accordingly, to avoid the need to replace it, you should be very careful about the sounds that the drum makes during operation. From its middle, "foreign" noise or knocking can be heard, which may indicate wear on the bearings located in the built-in shaft. The consequence of this phenomenon may be a breakdown - not only of the cross, but also of some other parts. Therefore, having heard extraneous sounds, you should not hesitate to contact a specialist. Do not rush to be upset if the part is still out of order, because it is not difficult to find an equivalent replacement for it. Currently, you can, without much effort, buy a crosspiece for washing machines Ariston and LG, Samsung and Zanussi, Indesit and Bosch, as well as many other brands.
All drum manipulations are expensive. In some cases, you can buy a new car for that kind of money. How much do you have to pay for a drum spider? The answer to this question will help us understand whether it is worth undertaking repairs on our own.
This crosspiece is more or less universal, i.e.it can be installed in the drum of various models of Blomberg, Beko washing machines. It is not cheap - 4500 rubles. The cost of such a cross, intended for other models, starts at 1,500 rubles.
Thus, how much it will cost us the repair associated with replacing the crosspiece is roughly understandable. But paying the money isn't everything. If you are starting an independent repair, then you must clearly understand the entire technological chain.
Of course, the repairs made by the called master will cost even more, since you will have to pay not only for the crosspiece itself, but also for the work of a specialist. However, the process of replacing this part, carried out in-house, is somewhat akin to installing a washing machine. By and large, any man whose hands grow out of the right place can handle the latter, but the installation of the cross requires a certain virtuosity.
How to repair the crosspiece of LG washing machines?
The LG brand has long gained popularity among buyers of various types of household appliances, including washing machines. More recently, the home appliances sales center offered a fairly wide range of the latter. However, at present, the choice of models has decreased, and the demand for washing machines from this company has decreased. Part of the reason for this phenomenon was the frequent need for their repair. In particular, we can talk about the elimination of malfunctions in units of the DD-shnoy variety, or rather, about the repair of parts that bear the main load.
Such problems include the need to replace the crosspiece. Service centers that repair LG washing machines are forced to change the oil seal and bearings quite often; the crosspiece itself also needs to be replaced. The root of the problem lies in the corrosion of the bushing, which forms after some time using the washing machine. In turn, it is caused by the rapid erasure of the oil seal and the ingress of water, the consequences of which are quite understandable and predictable. As a result, it becomes necessary to replace the entire crosspiece, i.e. bearing, oil seal and bushing. When preparing the working space for the oil seal, direct spraying on the metal is used, and therefore there is a need for regrinding the sleeve. However, this is not the end of it. The gland itself also needs to be replaced: damage to the spraying puts it out of order, which results in seizure marks on the working surface. A possible way out of the situation is to grind a new bushing (for example, from stainless steel), as well as replace the stuffing box with an additional skirt. Not everyone and not always have the ability to carve out a new bushing on their own, and in this case, the purchase of a new cross will cost much less.
What to do if the bearing ring is stuck in the tank cross?
Companies manufacturing household washing machines are now using a tank crosspiece with a shelf. If the oil seal wears out, then water flows into the bearings, causing them to fail. This is manifested by an unpleasant noise that occurs in the washing machine at the stage of spinning the laundry. Timely detection of this problem and immediate contact to the service center allows you to deal with it quickly and easily. It will not be difficult for a specialist to replace the bearings, after which you can safely operate the washing machine further. However, in most cases, the owners of washing machines ignore the noise emitted by the bearing and do not consider it a reason for contacting the service. The unit works for days, weeks, months - until a backlash appears in the drum and the noise turns into a terrible rumble. When a mechanic hits the inboard bearing lightly to knock it out, the bearing falls apart. The inner ring falls out, while the outer one continues to remain in the crosspiece. Because of the shelf, it is not possible to knock it out with a chisel. You won't be able to use a puller either, since there is nothing to catch on.What should you do in this case?
Method to produce repair of a washing machine without replacing the cross, exists. You will need a new bearing, completely the same size as the old one, some foil or paper (you can take a napkin or a piece of toilet paper), metal glue.
The essence of the method is to knock out the remaining ring by inserting the inner ring there, using the balls removed from the new bearing. Of course, the new bearing will have to be disassembled before doing this.
Step 1. Remove the separator cover.
The most convenient way to do this is to take a thin screwdriver and pry off the separator cover from the side of the inner ring.
Step 2. Dismantle the separator.
To dismantle the separator, you need to insert a screwdriver between the balls on top of any of the rivets and, hitting the tool in several places, ensure that the separator is bent in the opposite direction. Then it will be quite easy to pick it up with a screwdriver.
Step 3. Finish dismantling the separator.
Then you need to turn the bearing to the other side and pull out the separator with a screwdriver. Soft metal is used for their manufacture, so a simple screwdriver will cope with it without any problems.
Step 4. Disassemble the bearing.
Now, when the cage has been dismantled, the balls are able to move around the entire bearing circumference without restrictions.
The balls should be rolled all to one side, trying to fit them together as tightly as possible. Now you need to remove the inner bearing ring by picking it up with a screwdriver. So, the bearing is disassembled. Next, the balls and the inner ring are washed from oil and degreased.
