If you decide that you do not need a complete overhaul with a complete replacement of the roof, then just cut out a few pieces of roofing material and cover the cut holes with it. First, resin or bitumen mastic is applied inside the hole. Then a piece of roofing material is laid, and on top is another layer of bitumen.
