It is necessary to weld the drawbar strictly in the center, otherwise the trailer will be pulled to the side. Even for a uniaxial structure, it is necessary to distribute the weight so that the main load of the empty AM falls approximately on the center. If the "rear" of the bogie is heavier, the force on the hitch will increase, and it will be in constant tension.
At the end of the connecting unit, a part of the coupling device is installed, the hitch can be fixed to the drawbar rigidly by welding, or by bolts and nuts.

It is possible not to install the mechanism, but then it is necessary to weld the support in front. In this variant, the body will tilt back under its own weight when the locking device is removed.

To connect the trailer to the car body, a towbar must be installed on the car. A towing hitch (Hitch) for a car consists of parts:

Any self-made car trailer must be registered with the traffic police, for this you need to provide:
