The dispatcher, to put it mildly, rudely refused the request, arguing (as I think, simply by its incompetence) that your company does not provide advice over the phone. Question: Was it really so difficult to talk to the client and try to help him?

I do not understand those who are buying goods for 15-20 thousand.wants this product to look and work like a 50-60 thousand LED lamp, there are two modes - storage and freezing. freezing mode with a button inside, turns on for no more than 24 hours. top box ** - for storing food for 1-3 months. below are two boxes * (***) - for freezing, but you can store them in them. at the very bottom there are two drawers *** - for storage. in the instructions everything is clearly painted. to -18 freezes energy class A. initially rubbed with soda, as indicated in the instructions, does not smell of plastic. for freezing crops from the beds, that's it. and there is no need to waste time on all these cans-jars-canning, a lot of time is saved by an outwardly ordinary freezer, I don’t know who found what was behind it from the series “cut with an ax”. I'm fine .. well, not nanotechnology ..)) but I do not overestimate the requirements .. at this price, I think the quality is excellent.
Advantages:
Price (bought for 16300r, June 2016). Very sturdy boxes. Quite a lot for a height of 130cm. Easily climbed into the cheviniva, folding the rear seats. It freezes well.
Flaws:
Quite noisy. Be sure to read the instructions, since there is a switch that, as it seemed to me, turns the freezer on and off. It turned out that this is a fast freezing mode (the compressor works continuously) - the indicator on the front panel is on, you can turn it on in this mode for a maximum of 24 hours.
A comment:
Long chose between Nord and Posis. I stopped at a position, since the Nord does not inspire confidence in transparent boxes made of fragile and thin plastic. With a height of 130 cm in the pose against 143 in the Nord, the former wins in volume.
Advantages:
It also works on a budget, seemingly strong plastic. Large volume - 160 liters for storage.
Flaws:
The build quality is poor, the refrigerant pipes are scratched, the fasteners are crooked.
A comment:
First impression - What is not done wisely is cut down with an ax. The inscription on the instructions - "Legend of the Russian cold", scares, I want to believe that such legends can be told to children at night and there will be no nightmares.
