MTD without a clutch, it works roughly, if it winds or something captures immediately the engine wedges, the flexible shaft gets. I recently made a champion T262, then mowed it, I liked it going smoothly, the centrifugal clutch knows its business.Now I think that for the next season I'll look after a normal one, with a clutch.

Such spare parts as piston, I only take on order, if the client needs it, then I order. Once for a drink, a partner typed in Novosibirsk several sets of piston, then he did not know what to do with it. I don’t know how you have delivery from online stores in Ukraine, we can still get something. Recently they brought MTD Y28 - generally antiquity, but everything fits with later models, there is only a different case. Well, so we spin, mostly in the summer there is work, and in the winter it is worse, only saws and that is rare.
I don’t argue about Russia, we do not have it. I usually order spare parts from dealerships so that there are no store margins. This is the problem with MTD the most.

Now, about this brushcutter. What is it, "turd, crap" and so on. This model worked for me for 7 seasons in the country and only one malfunction was outlined - the starter began to slip, the teeth on the starter coil were worn out. The fact that the engine is upside down, there is no difference for a 2-stroke cycle, as long as gasoline comes in (read materiel).
