Note. To give the appearance of the concave parts of the bumper, you will have to fix something that looks like a small box on the back side.
Advice. As a putty, you can use a self-prepared composition. It will be necessary to mix the microsphere powder with a resin, necessarily polyester, in a one-to-one ratio. But in this case, the final, finishing layer should be putty.
Advice. If the finishing layer of putty wears off too much during the sanding process, several more layers can be applied, which will be absorbed into these places. And then at the end, after drying, you need to sand again.
Note. As in the above methods, here you can personally prepare such a composition if you add a hardener to the mixture of putty and primer, for example, Luporox K-1.
Advice. It is recommended to use sandpaper with different grain sizes. First with a larger one, then for the finishing one - with a smaller one. If the gravel wears off to putty in some places, it can be processed here with a disposable separator.
Advice. It is necessary to apply the first layer relatively thin, and then the next one thicker. And thus, bring the thickness to 0.7-0.9 mm. You should end up with something like this.

Now it's time to reinforce the shape. Parts of the frame are fixed on a putty, and then, using laminate patches, they are fixed.
After drying, the mold is removed. It is recommended to use wooden wedges and a rubber mallet for this operation.
Note. As for the surplus laminate, they are cut with a suitable tool, for example, a grinder, and then the cut surfaces are sanded with sandpaper.
We wash the entire form with acetone.
Then wash with soapy water.
We polish everything again, trying to use the finest-grained skin.
Now you need to continue polishing using a polishing machine and a special paste.

Note. It is necessary to polish in several layers, surrendering to the process in full. For example, the Japanese, who are considered the best specialists in polishing the body and other auto parts, have turned this process into a real art.
Polishing continues until the surface is mirrored.
We apply a separator, as in the first case, in only 6 approaches.
Apply gelconate of the desired color to the mold. A layer of 0.3 mm will be fine.
After drying, put on top a laminate made of layers of glass mat.

3) After you have removed the radiator grill, you will see in front of you two bolts that attach the bumper from above (Unfortunately, one bolt in the photo is not visible, but it is very close and therefore when you remove the grille you will immediately see it), so you will need to completely unscrew these two bolts and put them in any box, or else wherever you want to not lose, otherwise people usually put the nuts inside out, put the bolts on the grass and then look for them for a very long time, so all the nuts, bolts , washers and so on, it is best to put it in any separate box, or in a small bucket.
4) And in the end, lay some kind of carpet, or if you are in dirty clothes and on the grass then you can do without it, in general you only have to unscrew all those screws and only all those bolts that fasten the bumper on the sides, for example we will show on the left side of the car, firstly, from the very beginning, unscrew the most difficult and inconvenient nut, you can see it only when you climb under the side part of the bumper of your car, so there will be a bolt (meaning inside the bumper) , this bolt will fix the inner part of the bumper to the bracket, you will need to unscrew it and put it in the box, or else wherever and then unscrew all the remaining side screws and, as a result, completely remove the bumper from the car.

Remove the wheel arch liners step by step:
Unscrew the nut in the rear of the wheel arch liner with a 10 mm head and two self-tapping screws with an 8 mm head.
Find two screws at the top of the wheel arch liner and one at the front of the wheel arch liner.
Unscrew them.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the 3 self-tapping screws that attach the fender liner to the lower part of the bumper.
Remove the wheel arch liner.
Find the right and left bolts under the car number. They attach the cladding to the bumper beam.
Unscrew the bolts with a 13 mm wrench.
Remove the bumper trim to body with a 10 mm wrench.
Remove the bumper trim from the beam.
To remove the bumper beam, unscrew the two nuts (right and left) with a 13 mm wrench.

Unscrew the two nuts at the bottom and top of the bumper with a 10 mm head.
Move the bumper to the side to gain access to the license plate light wiring.
Disconnect the wiring - use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the 2 fastening bolts.

To use this repair technology, it is necessary to collect the debris if the bumper is damaged. You need to repair chips on the bumper with a soldering machine. Collected pieces or purchased plastic strips are soldered to the damaged bumper. The depth of the adhesion is 80%.

We put the fragments to the bumper one by one and use a soldering iron to make a solder. The soldering depth is approximately 80-90% of the bumper thickness. The width of the junction is about 1-1.5 cm. Tool: soldering iron.

Coloring. Swinging in an arc (twisting the spray with a brush to the left and right 180 degrees) apply the paint no closer than 15 cm, then you should not have paint transitions and certainly no sags and smudges.

To remove the body kits from the car, you will need the following tools:
box wrench or head with a knob size 8 mm;
the same, 10 mm in size;
Phillips screwdriver;
aerosol lubricant WD-40, which facilitates the rotation of rusted threaded connections.
Additionally, you should prepare the usual set of plumbing tools. They come in handy for unscrewing the front bumper lower mount, which consists of nuts and studs. The problem stems from the poor design of this assembly, which stipulates that the studs protrude 2-3 cm below the front overhang of the machine. Should the driver lightly hook on the curb or drive into an icy snowdrift, the ends of the studs bend, or even break off altogether. Surely you will have to tinker with them when disassembling them.
Advice. The bent stud can be leveled by screwing a second nut onto the end to grab it with a tube spanner and then bend the threaded portion by hand. Another way is to gently knock on the screwed nut with a hammer.
For the same reasons, a viewing ditch will be required to remove the front. It is extremely inconvenient to twist the rusted bottom and side mounts while lying under the car.
To replace the stock body kits from the factory with beautiful styling products, you also do not need special tools or fixtures. Elements of a different shape, but intended for installation on the "top ten", are mounted on the existing mounts. Another thing is when you want to put your favorite body kit from another car, for example, from Lada Priora. In this case, you will need to rework the fasteners.
If your car is equipped with fog lights, they will be removed along with the body kit. Therefore, work should be started by disconnecting the negative terminal of the storage battery and turning off the headlights. For this purpose, special connectors must be provided in the engine compartment.
Advice. If, for some reason, the terminal blocks were not provided when installing the wiring to the headlights, install them when replacing the body element.
Then proceed according to the following scheme:
Park the machine over the inspection ditch, climb down and coat all lower threaded connections with WD-40 grease. If this is not done, there is a risk of breaking the bolts when loosening. While it eats away at the rust, start disassembling the top mounts.
Remove the decorative radiator grill installed above the bumper. To do this, open the hood lid and unscrew the two bolts on the horizontal panel with a 10 mm key. The grate is released from the plastic clips when gently pushed upwards.
Using the same wrench, unscrew the 2 fastening bolts to the top panel found under the grille.
Using a "Phillips" screwdriver, unscrew the 2 self-tapping screws located on the front side inside the wheel arch. They attach the body kit to the fender liner. Repeat the operation on the second wheel.
2 more self-tapping screws are located on the sides of the element from the bottom side, unscrew them.
Go down into the inspection hole and use an 8 mm spanner wrench to unscrew the 5 nuts holding the element in front. They are located along the front overhang of the car. Align them, if necessary, as described above.
It remains to loosen and unscrew 2 bolts located along the edges of the bumper and pressing it to the metal brackets. The operation is also performed from a viewing ditch.
Advice. Unscrewing the screws securing the part to the wheel arch liner, turn the wheels in different directions to make it more convenient to use the screwdriver.
When all connections are untwisted, the bumper can be removed without any problems alone. Stand in front of the car, grab it with both hands in the center and pull it towards you with a sharp, confident movement. When the element is disengaged, remove it and, if necessary, remove the fog lights and the plastic amplifier.
The new body kit is mounted in the reverse order: first the headlights are screwed on, then the part is inserted into place and fastened with screws and nuts. It is recommended to coat the threaded joints with a thick grease such as "Solidol" so as not to rust.
Advice. Before installing a new element, inspect the joints of the metal body parts hidden behind it. If you find traces of corrosion, clean them, degrease and apply 2 coats of paint, one coat of primer.

To disassemble the back of a VAZ 2110-2112 car, the same set of tools is enough. The presence of a viewing hole is optional, here you can cope without it. But the services of an assistant will definitely come in handy when removing the unscrewed element so that it does not fall and hit the floor.
Considering that the license plate light is installed inside the bumper, you must also disconnect the battery before disassembling. Then follow this algorithm:
From below, the element is attached to the bottom with two bolts located along the edges of the part. Spray these areas with WD-40 fluid.
Open the trunk lid and unscrew the 2 upper mounting bolts with a 10 mm wrench. They are located on the sides of the loading door sill.
Using the same wrench, unscrew the 2 lower bolts that you previously lubricated with grease.
Remove the body kit with an assistant. To do this, it is necessary to disengage the plastic latches holding it on the sides. Pry up the edge of the plastic with your hands and pull to the side and then back.
While holding the bumper in weight, remove the rubber plug from the hole where the lamp power wire exits. Pull on it and pull out the connector to be disconnected. This completes the dismantling of the body kit.
Reference. The dismantling algorithm is the same for all types of bodies - "sedan", "hatchback" and "station wagon".
If you plan to change the part to a new one, then you will have to remove the backlight cover and its wiring from the old element, which is attached from the inside with plastic clamps. Then they need to be rearranged to a new bumper, installed in the reverse order. It also does not hurt to check the condition of the metal at the joints before assembling the rear of the car.
Advice. Examine the rubber plug through which the wires go to the shade.
