Hello. The facility is equipped with PREM Du 50, 12 volt power supply, factory impulse 2.5 l / imp. At one point, both PREMs suddenly stopped emitting impulses. When power is connected, the signal LED in each flow meter initially blinks three to four times in a row, pause, once, and goes out.
The pulses from the flow meters start to go like a jump when the power is turned on, and then stop. The flow meters operate at a basement temperature of 60 degrees, without ventilation. The power supplies are in good order, changed to new ones. When voltage is applied, there is a drawdown from 12.7 to 12.1 approximately, but then there is practically no power consumption - when the power is turned off, without disconnecting the power supply unit from the flow meter, the voltage slowly drops - i.e. flow meters do not consume power in the process for calculation, or work, as is usually the case.
I tried to connect with the Pult program, but I could not connect, and, as far as I remember, a password is needed there to adjust the parameters. The NP-4 console also does not see them through the interface adapter, but not a fact - as far as the console has tried, none of the flow meters can be seen as a rule, and the remote control program usually communicates with 2-3 out of ten flow meters, also a paradox of some kind
Please tell me, is it possible to repair them yourself, under normal conditions? Is there a workshop, with equipment, or after replacing the DAC (if it burns out), will you have to program?
The object is budgetary, healthcare, without heating it cannot stand even an hour, there is no reason to send it for repairs as such, if there is no opportunity to repair it, I will buy new ones. So, if the sinecure, supposedly removed from the flow meter, allows you to save money, you can continue to close your eyes to the facts. If you think that you are at a loss - immediately picket the entrance to the entrance, so that after the fact you do not end up as camels, call an independent examination and, with its conclusions, go to court! (Or vice versa - first - to the court, then - the examination? Well, I'm not good at mulberries, I haven't graduated from universities and a dark man, a lawyer to help you!)
PS: but in general it is not good to engage in provocations ... Judging by the state of the node, you are just THINKING how to insure yourself against unwinding of the counter by tenants .. .Type, collecting statistics - who and how ... 😉 And in general, in both photos - DIFFERENT nodes from DIFFERENT basements. 😛
