But on Renault Logan, for example, the Bee fits perfectly.
The body is made of sheet metal by welding together with a rectangular tube. The front and rear boards are folding, which is very useful and convenient. If the situation requires, you can overturn the NEFAZ relative to its hinge for fixing the drawbar.
It is hardly worth expecting that there will be more than one axle. But the question of choosing between a single-axle and a two-axle trailer is generally controversial if you have a car.
The trailer is equipped with a pair of wheel chocks, which can be replaced with a support wheel if desired.But we have already switched to tuning. Still early. Wait.
The 8122 is available in several configurations. The NEFAZ device differs depending on the additional components:
- The simplest design goes without an awning;
- There is an option with a high awning and an extension frame;
- Another type of equipment will be the Bee with a low awning;
- The top-end equipment has an extension frame and both versions of the awning (low and high).

But let's be specific. I will give some figures, and you will already draw the appropriate conclusions for yourself.
- The bee is capable of carrying cargo weighing up to 203 kg;
- The body of the 8122 has a volume of 0.6 cubic meters;
- If you use an extension frame, the volume increases to 1.44 m3;
- And the area will be 1.81 m2;
- The equipped trailer weighs 122 kg;
- Its gross weight is 325 kg;
- The axle load is 295 kg, and the hitch is only 30 kg;
- The suspension scheme here is independent spring, rests on the wishbones and has a pair of friction dampers of the resulting vibrations;

If the trailer does not require major repairs, that is, it is in a fairly good technical condition, it makes sense to work on it, make some changes.
With the use and aging of the Bee, you understand that it is not eternal, and its design is not so perfect. Therefore, replacement of some elements is required. The same hub bearing begins to actively make noise and interfere with normal driving.
I offer several options for how you can improve the Bee and do it yourself.
- Alteration of the suspension. I noticed that many owners have NEFAZ 8122 on springs instead of the old factory suspension. There is logic in this, since when choosing a suitable axle for a trailer, it is in favor of the spring option that many are inclined. They are more practical, more durable, capable of withstanding more serious overloads. But they require careful maintenance, so weigh the pros and cons;

Replacement of optics. Standard lights leave much to be desired in terms of both external and technical parameters. You can take any set of rear lights for trailers, modify it with LED strip for decoration. The main thing here is not to overdo it, so that the Bee does not turn into a Christmas tree;
- Bottom treatment. Strengthening the suspension also requires refinement of the body itself. Start with the bottom, which is best covered with rubber-bitumen mastic. This will reduce the noise level and protect the metal and the delights of our roads. Extend service life significantly;
- Painting. The most banal advice on improving the Bee, the most effective in terms of changing the appearance. It is not necessary to paint in black and yellow. Yet this is not Bumblebee (translated, by the way, Bumblebee), but Bee. Start from the color of the car body or from your taste preferences.

I have a trailer called bzzhilka. I have been using it for a long time, but it had a significant drawback, with a rather large capacity of 2.1 * 1.65m, a ridiculous carrying capacity. Something there is 200-250kg.
Another significant drawback, I think, are small wheels, which are also not designed for high load and speed.
This summer I revamped it a bit.
After much deliberation, I had to abandon my native beam. Since simply drilling and inserting bolts under the Zhiguli disks did not solve the problem. New wheels simply will not fit, they either need to be unrolled, which I can’t afford, or cut and lengthen the beam.
I went the other way. I bought two hubs assembled and with rear axles from 8-9 Zhiguli. They are fixed there with 4 bolts. Bearings there are not tapered, do not require tightening and adjustment.
For the beam, I took an 80mm channel, whose size in my case became 70mm longer from the native beam.
I marked the right angles at the ends with a corner and carefully cut it off with a grinder. I checked the right angle with the corner of all the edges of the cut, this is important. can be sharpened if necessary.
He removed the hubs from the axles so as not to overheat the bearings during welding. Probably better to take them separately.
Attached the hub to the channel, grabbed it by welding in two places and checked the perpendicularity with a corner. This is important, it is necessary to check in two planes, so that the wheel then stands correctly without distortions and convergence. Boiled on the outside, then boiled on the inside. I did the same on the other side of the beam.
On the trailer, I did not remove my own springs, I left the entire harness with shock absorbers. Separately from the corner (25) I made 4 cups according to the size of the springs. Used springs from the rear suspension of the four. They had to be cut and drilled 4 holes for the mounting bolts in the lower bowls. The upper ones were welded to the trailer instead of the supporting boxes, which had to be cut off.
Bolted the new beam and lower bowls to the springs. There they had to adjust the plates and drill holes in the channel.
Then, using special fasteners, I inserted the springs. I put the hubs in place, tightened the nut and pinned them. Put on new wheels. I thought I would have to raise the wings, but the distance turned out to be great, even at full load. Although of course you have to redo it, you have to think about those who are driving behind.
The trailer passed the test of a long trip, took honey to Arkhangelsk. There and back 4000 km. Loading there 600 kg, back 0.6 cubes of a board.

How to make a trailer for a walk-behind tractor yourself? Everything is very simple, if, of course, you can distinguish the bracket from the earring and the board from the pipe, it will not be difficult for us to make the frame of the future trailer and connect them together.
The side of the trailer to the walk-behind tractor can be made folding only at the rear, for the convenience of loading bags, but if you transport bulk cargo, then folding sidewalls can be made. In order for the cart (trailer) to be able to move, you need to attach wheels to it. You can take wheels from any inexpensive car. It was previously mentioned that you can take wheels from the SZD motorized carriage.
They already come with the hubs we need. You can also buy separately similar wheels or a rear beam with a VAZ2109, complete with wheels. Now very often they use a rear beam with a VAZ2109 due to the availability and cheapness.
In fact, through a hitch, the trailer is connected to the hitch of the walk-behind tractor. We will try to explain how to make a hitch that would fit the standard "ear" of the walk-behind tractor, but you should know that different manufacturers of walk-behind tractors make different couplers on their walk-behind tractors, so you will have to think about how to connect your trailer with your unit.
The upper side of the hitch is an axle in two bearings around which the revolving unit moves. Anthers cover the bearings, and grease fills the space between them.
The console is connected to the carrier, which, in turn, is attached to the trailer frame by means of a tubular body of the longitudinal hinge. The connection of the carrier with the hinge is provided by a thrust ring and an M8 bolt. This mount allows you to move effectively on any road. Wheels when driving do not depend on the wheels of the walk-behind tractor.
