After several unsuccessful attempts to start the projector, without hesitation, I decided to get to the lamp. I opened the compartment, took out the complete burner and looked completely new (I know that this is not an indicator).
As a lover of the insides of electronics, I decided to disassemble and study it from the inside. I visually inspected all the insides for swelling of the kondeev, darkening of the elements, non-drip, etc. and found nothing.

What is the question, help is needed to figure out how this power source or similar works, and in particular the sequence of turning it on, that is, what should be turned on for what so that the cherished 12 volts will eventually work.
