The result is a large and heavy assembly curve apparatus made of fragile plastic. Nevertheless, the vacuum cleaner copes with its tasks, but requires constant attention and participation. For example, according to the same instructions, the "turbo brush" (the one that collects wool and hair) should be cleaned with scissors, no other more convenient mechanisms are provided.

But back to the repair of the Zelmer Aquawelt 919.0 ST sprayer. I was helped by a video showing how to replace a nozzle with a garden sprayer.
Having said "thank you" to this craftsman, I went to the nearest building supermarket for everything I needed. I will say right away that I did not find exactly the same sprayer with a pump and a brass nozzle, but I came across a nozzle for a bottle called "Geolia Garden Sprayer", which fits very well into the new design.
So, you need the following things:
Native atomizer removed from the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner with pliers.
Garden or household spray with a metal nozzle. Diameter> 8mm.
Hacksaw for metal.
FUM tape.
Saw off the tip of the native sprayer with a hacksaw. The tip is no longer needed.
Saw off the tip of the donor spray with a hacksaw. We use common sense when choosing the size: the new nozzle will consist of two parts, one of which is inserted into the other. The total size of the connected part should be approximately equal to the size of the original nozzle.
In my case, there was another one inside the sprayer tube - a hollow, but already plastic tube, which in its diameter completely coincided with the hole inside the native nozzle. So I just wrapped a good layer of FUM tape around the rest of the base of my original atomizer, put it on a thin tube and screwed both halves of the part into each other. Sawed off the rest of the thin tube.
There may not be a thin tube, but in this case, we simply connect the parts using an FUM tape.
Then we carefully return the sprayer to its place in the nozzle, assemble the vacuum cleaner and check for a leak at the junction.If there is a leak, then the FUM tape layer needs to be increased.
The result is a new atomizer with an old base. which does not clog and performs its function perfectly.
Updated (December 2015). Today, the vacuum cleaner is still sold in stores. In my opinion, this technique is shitty. Below is a list of the parts that came on in the order in which they broke. Draw your own conclusions.
