In detail: do-it-yourself casio watch strap repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.
actually ask for help
how to fix it?The body needs to be changed. You won't be able to glue it together. Even if you do something now, after a while the body will still begin to crumble into large pieces. I had this on different Casio after 10+ years of operation.
Here I ordered the case a couple of times with the subsequent replacement. Payment after delivery. Therefore, I refused the strap, which I did not quite like, without any problems.
In the summer, we brought 1 of the 4 hulls remaining in the world in my color of my model!
it is unrealistic to glue. After a couple of broken ears on Casio, I switched to an all-metal Pulsar.
+1, not treated. I also have a casio g-shock in my desk drawer from the year 98 commercials =)

Maybe it's some kind of fake? I have worn one similar Casio model for more than 6 years, changed the battery, the strap, but the watch doesn't even think about dying, mmm.
There are tons of spare parts for casio on ebay.
This is not a fake, I seriously clung to something with my watch both times, so the watch was torn off my hand. I don't remember the model numbers, they were the Illuminator and the DataBank. After that, I was looking for an electronic watch in metal and with a WR100 for a long time. as a result I found the Pulsar PR2001.

Hi. When I had the same trouble, I did the following, I heated the needle and burned the ear shell through and through on both sides, then I picked up the needle by the diameter of the ends on the resin and that's it.
I have been wearing this watch for 4 years already, it is also very expensive.

Probably many have met with a situation where after a few years of wearing the watch is in perfect order, and the plastic strap begins to crack, usually at the fastening point.
Of course, the easiest way is to simply replace it. But sometimes a new strap costs a lot of money! As, for example, in my case, for the Casio PRG-70 model, about 2000 rubles - both on the ebee and in the internet store, the strap (this is in June, and now, after the jump in the dollar, so in general PPC).
Therefore, I preferred to buy a new watch - Casio PRG-270.
But nevertheless, the old dear ones are like a memory to me - many where they have been with me for 7 years and I really wanted to keep them in working order so that I could sometimes wear them. I decided to try to fix the strap beautifully.
Carved out the cracked section
Connected with brackets from a stapler
Crimped a heat-shrinkable tube at the junction
The watch is now wearable again!
It seems to have worked out well, but what do you think?
Of course, the length of the strap has decreased by two holes, but it is enough for my middle hand - even enough to do the same operation again!

I think that the collective farm is hellish. Shokam would probably goO... Protrack - xs. However, if the watch itself also looks like a battle, then maybe.
But the main thing is the result! It has been achieved, which cannot but rejoice.

Oh epta))). Well, at least there is a result, but in appearance.
So I do not pretend to be an aesthetic appearance! Moreover, this watch is not for beauty, but for hiking! In addition, this section of the connected strap is very difficult to notice from the side!
If only the functionality is preserved. What has been achieved!

The strap on my old watch was worn out and I decided to make a new one. Master class on making a watch strap.
We need: 1. Vegetable tanned leather 2.3 mm; 2. Pork skin; 3. Nairite glue; 4. Waxed thread; 5. Paint; 6. Fittings from the old strap.
Tools: 1. Knife; 2. Seam punch; 3. Tortsbil; 4. Stamp for embossing.
We take the ears and buckle from the donor. We start by making a piece. The old strap was 240 mm long, I am making a new one 250 mm (10 mm for the buckle fold). The ears will be attached to separate elements, which we make along the strap width of 22 mm.
We cut out our elements from vegetable-tanned leather: a strap, 2 fasteners for the ears, and a strip from which we will make a belt loop.
We cut a groove for the seam with a cutter.
We moisten the workpieces with water and hammer the details with a stamp for the background. Here's what happens:
On the inside of the strap, I glued a thin lining leather (pork in my case)
Punch holes under the seam.
1 photo: I applied paint and let it dry.
Photo 2: active polishing in order to highlight the relief.
Photo 3: applied varnish and polished.
(Photos 1 and 3 do not differ much, live - the difference is noticeable).
The first step is to assemble the lug mountings and insert them into the watch.
We sew the belt itself along the contour, use a waxed thread, sew with a saddle stitch.
We install the buckle by punching a hole 8-9 mm from the edge of the belt, from the side where the buckle will be, turn the leather and stitch it. We can immediately supply a belt loop, we make the length so that it covers 2 belts.
We sew the watch to the strap, having previously evenly marked the holes with an awl.
The strap is ready. It remains only to punch holes for the buckle with a 2 mm punch.
Photo of finished work
I hope you enjoyed it and find it useful.
It always seemed to me that old people wear such straps. Because my grandfather always wore a watch with such a strap. BUT looks gorgeous in my opinion. And if you also made it yourself, then it is doubly valuable and more pleasant to wear or receive as a gift. +1
I also like these, I wear most of all, so to speak, everyday.
Watch lovers club “Nedelka”? It’s 5 o'clock in front of the units, haven’t gotten to Fossil’s yet?
Here's something like this) with fossils, if I'm not mistaken, it all started with me
If the second from the left is the Seiko Astron SSE079J1 (black), the second from the right is the Skagen SKW6016 (brown)
what about the first in the second row?
Does it seem to me or that such a box for storing watches provokes the purchase of more and more new ones?
Not even seiko for sale? I saw them literally two weeks ago in Japan in the Big Camera, they are probably sold somewhere else.
The first in the second row are the most common mondaine 42 mm 🙂
Yes, I constantly look in the direction of the windows 🙂 Since the moment I took this photo, several more have appeared.
There are also brown Panerai 🙂 But the price is prohibitive.
I ran through jomashop for the sake of interest, there are a lot of browns, but I have not come across a combination of a brown dial and a minimalist design. Well, the price, of course, plays an important role
I thought maybe you can make your own dream strap. This post was at the top of Google.
I want this type, but in the stores all are some kind of glossy, processed
what is an emergency response? emergency protection?
well let's see what good they have
It seems to me that in a relatively large city there will be several such craftsmen. I came across these just by the tag #kozhakaliningrad
ZVCh, sealed 🙂 Zlatoust diving watch 192 series. If you google them, some of the first links to LJ will be my posts about how I tried to buy them)
The guy has two profiles - personal and work.
But again, I ordered only two purses, the quality is excellent, without gloss. Such a harsh option.
So in the end, the purchase of the ZVCh watch took place? in LJ as if not
My espat boss said that we Russians put flasks everywhere 🙂
I still want to make a case for the watch, but it's more difficult with leather, I will do it from wood / fabric.
And this was bought a long time ago on ebay
And let those who took out a mortgage, got married and are addicted to alcoholism envy!
Are you hinting at me now? Only I haven’t married yet, but soon. I have 12 hours just almost all from china. One watch ERSHOV England, my future wife gave it for the new year.
fossil? clock? well, yes, well, yes, hours, of course. And was it worth fucking so hard for this? No, respect for straight arms, although it is a little crookedly done, but the watch itself does not stand there over the strap.
The strap is good, no one argues. Only slightly crooked cut. If you pay attention to the edge, you can see it. This is not a disaster, just a statement of fact. Criticism should be taken constructively and as a development zone, and not as a personal grievance 🙂
And at the expense of watches, well, I don’t know, maybe I’m a little prude, but I don’t know how to admire a watch made of metal of unknown quality, with an unnamed (most likely Chinese) quartz movement, and mineral glass, which scratches very well.
Also manage to collect it. Guys, you're sorry, of course, but no.
My humble opinion is that this and similar watches are real shirpotrebovskaya crap.
I do not impose on anyone, but I have the right to express.
Dude, are you writing to the author or to me? Why are you answering me? I have an original old-style watch in the photo, I have been looking for them for a year, because they are cool. Why should I at least somehow perceive criticism that does not apply to me at all?
Well, you suggested that I find a model by search. I found 🙂
Cool? How? Design? Very much an amateur.
But in a watch, design is far from the main thing. What's the main thing? That's right - the mechanism and materials. Neither one nor the other in this model is not even close.
Consumer goods of extremely dubious quality. That is why I answered you.
Yes, cool in design - the execution of such a dial is rarely found anywhere. They are not in order to dive into the depths with them or test their strength, but for the image once a month. For this, collections are collected. To jerk off to the mechanisms, I have another watch, how I will put it on to dudes with fossils on the Internet, I start to write, proving that their straps are clumsy and their watches are Chinese. Dada 🙂
Well, well, you are full of sarcasm))
Why think in absolute terms right away? Only the Sith make everything absolute.
Sometimes using quality things is not a "jerk off" but a position in life, but collectors probably don't understand this.
By the way, I did not say that the strap is clumsy. The edge is only slightly crooked. But I understand you, for heightened effect and drama, it was necessary to say something sarcastic.
I wish you to grow up to collecting good things) Develop, good luck)
But where are we to you, we must first comprehend the Zen of inappropriate ellipsis, then somehow I will outgrow, and from my Astron seiko I will go to Panerai and then I’ll just come off to those who know nothing about watches and wear sloppy cut edges.
Anyone who has ever bought a new watch with a metal strap has probably faced the problem of strap length. Initially, the strap on the watch is designed to fit as large a wrist as possible, but such a large size does not fit most. To make the watch sit comfortably on your wrist and not slide out, you have to shorten the belt. Many in this case use the services of a watchmaker. In principle, we also do not mind that everyone should do their own thing. However, shortening and adjusting the length of the metal strap on the watch is not such a difficult task. To do this, it is enough to have a set of tools, skillful hands and 15 minutes of free time. If you doubt this, then perhaps we will dispel your doubts if you read our article. It is in it that we will tell you how to shorten (adjust) the metal watch strap to the length you need.
Despite the fact that we all have different ergonomics, not all watch straps are adjustable. This is due not to the fact that the manufacturers wanted to complicate our life, but because they do not need it.
For example, leather straps that our grandparents used to wear, which close like a belt on a belt. These straps are adjustable every time we put them on our arm. In fact, they are fixed to the size of the hand, thus they do not need separate adjustment.
There is another kind of non-adjustable watch strap. These stretch straps. Each of the links in the bracelet of such a strap contains a spring. As a result, the entire bracelet is springy. When the bracelet is put on the arm, it stretches, and then it covers the arm. It does not need adjustment, and it is not possible to make it.
Such watch straps are extremely rare and have become a kind of rudiment, an anachronism of our time. Nevertheless, they also have fans who are considered stylish, comfortable and pragmatic.
The title of this paragraph is somewhat abstracted from reality. Most watch companies provide the ability to shorten, adjust the length of the metal strap, as a matter of course. So, it is more difficult to find straps on watches that are not adjustable than adjustable. Simply put, almost all metal straps on branded watches such as Orient, Casio, Citizen, etc. can be shortened or adjusted. It is also important to note that there are two fundamentally different types of straps. Those that are assembled on rods and those that are assembled on plates. In our review, we will tell you exactly about these two most popular options.
To adjust and change the length of the metal watch strap, we need tweezers and a thin awl. In our case, a simple Chinese toolbox was used for these procedures.
Now straight to the point.
The adjustment differs, first of all, in a small range of changes in the diameter of the strap on the watch. If I can say, then it is performed as a finishing operation. In the case when it is necessary to adjust the diameter by 0.5 - 2 cm.
So, most watches provide for adjustment by repositioning the holding rod in the holes of the closing lock on the watch strap bracelet.
Initially, the rod is squeezed out of the lock using a thin tool.
Then, it is put into the holes that are closer to the already installed rod on the other side of the strap lock.
As a rule, the rod is obtained, which is installed in a uniform row of holes. The second rod is either remote from them, or slightly displaced, it is not necessary to get it.
The rod must be removed (set) carefully, as it can jump out, due to the fact that it is spring-loaded in the lock. As a result, it can not only fly away to where you will not find it, but also crumble into its constituent parts.
The process of shortening the strap involves removing one or more links from the metal bracelet of the watch. In this case, initially, as well as during adjustment, one of the pins is removed from the lock. As a result, the strap "opens", now you can work with it.
Next, you need to pay attention to those links that can be dismantled. You can only dismantle those parts of the strap where the arrow is. Where there is no arrow, these links are not separable from each other. So, in our case, we will give two possible options for connecting the strap, which we have already mentioned. In the first case, the belt is connected with rods, in the second, with the help of plates. Like rods.
... are pulled out in the direction of the arrows (visible in the photo) and only from those links where these arrows are, as we have already mentioned. The rods diverge at their end. Therefore, when they are in a strap, they may seem like a small cog, but they are not.
The best option was to use a paper clip. A small rod, about 5-7 mm, was bitten off from it with pliers and inserted into the hole. The rigidity of such a homemade tool was quite enough to knock out the strap rod to the end, while not damaging the ends of the strap. The blows on the protruding piece of the paper clip were made with the plastic handle of a screwdriver, that is, not very hard and not with a metal object.
Another option for adjusting the strap, or rather not even the watch strap itself, but changing the diameter under the arm is carried out due to the "sliding" lock. This lock can be moved along one of the watch straps, thereby adjusting the diameter of the wrist.
This is the simplest option when no special tool is required for adjustment, except for a flat-blade screwdriver. The locking tab on the strap is pushed to the side and then, after adjustment, is lowered down again.
This is by far the easiest strap length adjustment option you will encounter on a watch.
At the same time, note that using this technology, manufacturers have combined a stylish leather strap with the convenience of using it as a metal one. When the belt is fastened in one motion, without the need to "catch" the holes and waste time and nerves.
As you understood and saw, the procedure is not particularly troublesome, but more requiring attention and patience. Now you can not only adjust, but also change the length of the metal strap on the watch.

In our showroom you can also buy a new metal or leather bracelet for watches. For more details, see the sections:
During the use of watches, bracelets and cases are in one way or another subject to external contamination, and sometimes due to defects invisible to the eye, dirt gets inside, which can cause damage to the mechanism. Dust, sea salt, fine sand are clogged between the links of the bracelet and, over time, plaque becomes more and more. As a result, the appearance of the watch deteriorates and a favorable environment is created for the reproduction of harmful microorganisms.
Do not rush to put your watch on the shelf or buy a new bracelet, if yours has become dirty and faded, try contacting a watch workshop. For example, we took clean white plastic clock with very strong and persistent dirt.
The watch case (without the mechanism) and the bracelet were lowered into the device with an ultrasonic wave with a specialized solution for a certain time. After watch bracelet cleaning all external dirt is gone.
But! It should be borne in mind that ultrasound cannot remove corrosion on metal and yellow spots of light plastic, which changes its color during wear.
Custom made watch pins for GC watches by turning method
If you need to make any part for a watch, you can leave a request by calling us by phone or write to us by mail:.
Our clients often face a problem replacing the strap on a gold watch with soldered temples... This design of the watch case requires special belts, which are not always available in watch stores. Similar ears are found in modern inexpensive fashion watches. You cannot put a regular strap on them, because it is designed for a removable hairpin. And we offer our solution to this issue - installing the strap on a two-piece pin. Below are examples of our work.
Video instruction on how to replace the strap in a wristwatch.
We look, we ask questions, whoever does not succeed, come and help.
To change the strap yourself, you will need:
watch screwdriver, in order to separate the strap from the watch case.
an awl with a blunt end, in some models it is convenient to change clips and brackets on the strap with it.
a piece of leather and a thick fabric on which you will replace the watch strap. It is necessary so that you do not scratch the watch.
Well, actually that's all, we look at the instructions, we make a replacement ourselves. For those who cannot do it on their own for any reason, come and help.
The address of our watch repair service in Odessa is indicated on the link.
P.S. Some watches have a specific cutout at the strap attachment point. Which becomes a big difficulty in replacing the strap. As in the photo, we made a cutout in a standard strap. And thus they solved a large number of problems for the client in finding and installing a strap.
In this case, we selected a leather strap of the right size, the client approved it, and then work was done to fit the strap to the watch. The end result speaks for itself.
Quite often there is a need to repair a watch strap. The bracelet may get large or the threads may simply loosen over time. The strap can be changed even at home using a tool - a thin awl or something similar.
With an awl, you need to remove the spring rod to which the strap is attached. It is enough to pry the rod and remove it.
When installing, follow the recommendation to turn the new straps face down to prevent erroneous installation. Old and new parts must match. If you are not sure that you can handle the replacement yourself, it is better to contact a watch workshop, where the specified work will be performed in front of your eyes - very quickly and for little money. The main thing is that you have a new strap with you, but you can buy one from experienced craftsmen even on the spot.
There are different ways. If the problem is in a torn fastener, then it can be removed as follows:
- A cut and folded piece of brass sheet is inserted in place of the torn off fastener.
- A piece of brass sheet should be fitted and folded in half using, for example, a vise.
- Then the torn part is removed from the old strap along with the fastener, the brass sheet is fixed.
- To keep the new buckle firmly in place, you need to drill small holes across the strap in the brass sheet and "lace" them together, for example, with strong wire or thread.
- On the second part, holes are made with an awl along the width of the wrist.
A homemade strap can last for many years if you take the replacement seriously and do everything according to the available recommendations.
A bracelet or strap is no less an important element of a watch than the case or movement itself. Its main function is to securely fasten the watch on the wearer's hand. That is why the bracelet or strap must have the appropriate size, reliable locks, strong links. In addition, the appearance of the bracelet should not be underestimated, because it is he who can enhance or, conversely, reduce the impression of the watch.

Good evening everyone, my dear readers) I haven't written anything here for a long time!
Family, work, all kinds of worries ... in general LIFE!
Today I had a free evening where I have to be a little bored, but I still have to reach out for something. And then just on my watch that I wear on my hand, the strap began to unfasten.
Once upon a time it already unfastened spontaneously, especially when I seemed to fold my hand and the paws of the lock were slightly pressed. Then I solved the problem with a drop of oil in the mechanism and until today I forgot about this problem.
But today the problem returned, so I decided to combine business with pleasure.
Now a little background.
Clock: CASIO Lineage TITANIUM Water Resistant 5 BAR
Chinese watches, I wear about eeeem ... about 5-6 years. This is my first watch and to be honest, I am quite pleased with them. Insanely light because both the case and the bracelet are made of titanium. Sometimes I don't even feel it on my hand! A readable dial, not a bad design and execution, shows the date. In general, I'm happy with the clock.
During the period of use, I changed the battery once! The mechanism is quartz, they go clearly despite the fact that I NEVER take them off (I mean extreme conditions). Clock ROUND day on hand. I don’t know if it’s right or not (opinions differ), but I repeat, due to their lightness and my habit, they do not bother me at all.
Also, they passed the water resistance test, as the manufacturer tells us Water Resistant 5 BAR ... He dived to a depth of 4 meters in the open sea for 2 weeks every day.
I also did not take pictures in the sauna for the sake of interest. t * in a steam room 110 С *, the watch absolutely feels great.
Once, literally half a year ago, I changed the glass due to the fact that it was damaged. I hit a sharp metal object quite hard. I found the glass without any problems in the very first chapel. The price of glass is 90 UAH - crystal. There is absolutely no difference from the original crystal.
One of the nice advantages of the watch is the luminous hands. A trifle, but nice!
So, back to our problem. I will describe in detail the entire repair process, maybe someone will come in handy!
I take out the so-called "telescopic" among the people and the bracelet ceases to be a bracelet =)
Further, I take out the mechanism itself from the base of the latch, it was not difficult at all.
Repairing a watch strap can be done in half an hour with your own hands, provided that everything you need is at hand, but sometimes there are situations when such a repair is simply necessary
Broken clasp on watchband
Watch strap repair
Of course, it was possible to go the easier way and cut off the torn part of the strap, bend and stitch. But remembering the old wrist watch, which was still wound with a key, there were all parts of the fasteners made of metal, riveted and made reliably, so reliably that the strap did not change at all! Apparently, the pursuit of cheaper production turns out to be at times increasing costs for consumers. Therefore, let's try to make the fastener fastener out of sheet brass:
From it we cut out a piece with a width equal to the width of the strap:
On the sides we bend quite a bit with pliers:
Then we bend it in half and insert it into a vice, and with aluminum sponges:
The plate is bent and clamped in a vice through the inserts
Using a file, we saw through a hole for a pin in the middle:
Sawed hole with a file
Well, now it's time to cut off all unnecessary from the old strap.
Cut pieces from the strap
We push the pin into the hole and pull the bent plate over the end of the strap:
Putting on the plate on the strap
With the help of a core, you can punch marks for drilling, although this will be enough to hold the plate on the strap:
Punched marks on the plate using a core
We drill holes and prepare a strand of copper wire for fastening:
A piece of stranded wire
We bite off a piece of wire and stitch it through the drilled holes:
Wired fastener mounting
For better fasteners, we solder the junction:
In general, it looks like this from above:
At that time there was little time to connect the strap to the watch, so I am showing an imitation of a fastened watch strap:
Thus, you can get out of the situation, I want to note that the metal holder is almost invisible under the strap. If you decide to change the strap for a new one, it will be useful to view the article Replacing the watch strap
Anecdote about the strap
The strap faithfully served its owner until it suddenly broke off and, together with the Clock, fell to the ground. The watch began to blame the Strap for everything that had happened. The strap tapped on the watch glass and said: “You have a couple of hours left in the factory. Therefore, you can go wherever you want, but we are already late everywhere. "
The lock breaks often. It can be repaired, or completely replaced with another. In the presented center there are always castles of famous brands. Sometimes the bracelet is great. The specialist will be able to gently remove the excess part. If the wrist band is small, you can insert a fragment identical to the natural product.
The most common failure is pin deformation. A craftsman with special punches will be able to insert a pin from a suitable material. The renowned service center has a stock of pins for any fixing product.
Modern technological capabilities make it possible to make bracelets for watches from many metal, ceramic, polymer materials. Some metals gradually darken on contact with the skin of the wrist. The external impression is spoiled. Surfaces can be polished to restore their original appeal.
The cost of the procedure pays off with positive emotions from a shining watch with a bracelet. Urgent installation of new fasteners is possible after removing the broken ones. Any deformation of the base, lock, mounting tab can be corrected by a person with perfect skill and professional tools.
Careful repair of the bracelet guarantees its durability in unusual situations. Prices for the restoration of watch accessories are acceptable for all consumers.
Very often it becomes necessary to replace the old one. a bracelet which has fallen into disrepair or has lost its relevance to a new one. We will try to help you with this. In order to replace bracelet or strap on your watch, you don't need any special tools or fixtures. All you need is desire and new a bracelet or strap.
So to replace bracelet or strap you must purchase a new accessory. There are several factors to consider when purchasing a new bracelet or strap. First, the replacement bracelet (strap) must be of the same size. Size is the width of the bracelet and is measured in millimeters. On some models of straps, the size may be indicated on the back.
Secondly, the material from which the accessories are made.
If this is a bracelet, then the material for it must be anti-allergenic, if it has a coating, then it must be indelible or difficult to wear. The most optimal material for a bracelet is stainless steel. When choosing a bracelet, one should take into account the materials from which the watch case is made. For example, if the watch case is made of titanium, then the bracelet should be chosen from the same material. Nowadays, straps are very popular. They are made from all kinds of materials and have a variety of colors that can match any wardrobe, even the most sophisticated fashionista. The straps can be made of different types of leather (crocodile, ostrich, snake, calf, etc.), have different elasticity (some are coarser, others are softer). For the manufacture of straps, materials such as rubber, silicone, leather, various types of fabrics and other materials are used.
How is the bracelet attached to the watch case?
For fastening bracelets and straps, special ears, they are also called - sticks, pins, etc. but this is wrong. What they are - a tube inside which there is a spring, pins protrude from the tube, which can have various shapes. It is these pins that hold the lug in the watch case under the influence of the spring. In order to prevent the pins from falling out of the tube under the influence of the spring, they are pressed in, but at the same time they have a free play of several millimeters along the axis of the lug. It is thanks to this free movement that we are able to insert and remove the ears from the watch lugs.Ears can be made of brass and stainless steel, have a solid tube or have a longitudinal cut (used in cheap watches, breaks quickly).
Depending on the designs of the bracelets, the ears can have a different diameter, if for straps the diameter of the ear does not matter, then for the bracelet, on the contrary, it does. There are bracelets into which ears of a certain diameter are inserted, and thicker ones simply cannot be inserted there. With the help of the ears, buckles are also attached to straps and locks to bracelets.
How to remove the bracelet?
In order to remove the bracelet from the watch case, it is necessary to sink the protruding pin. There are special grooves on the seamy side of the bracelet for these purposes.
Using a sharply sharpened thin screwdriver, sink the pin into the middle of the tube and take out the bracelet.
The strap, unlike the bracelet, does not have any grooves on the seamy side (except for plastic, silicone, etc.), this is due to the fact that it is elastic. Thanks to this feature, we can sink the protruding pin using the same screwdriver or with a knife. When removing the bracelet (strap), you should be especially careful and hold the protruding pin, after prolonged use for hours, the pressed pin can be pressed out and fly out under the action of the spring.
How to fit the bracelet correctly?
You should be aware that for the correct installation of the bracelet, you must adhere to some rules.
1. When installing a new bracelet (strap), make sure that the width of the bracelet matches the distance intended for the bracelet. If the bracelet is narrower, then there is a possibility of the ear spontaneously falling out.
2. The bracelet should be installed so that the opening of the lock occurs from the number 6, and not from 12. When installing a strap consisting of two parts, the part that has the buckle is installed above the number 12, respectively, without the buckle under the number 6.
Installation of the bracelet is not difficult. The first thing we do is insert the eyelet into the hole of the bracelet, then we insert one of the protruding pins into the hole of the eyelet, after which we press the second protruding pin to the second eyelet. Then we press on the pin with a screwdriver or other object and insert the eyelet between the lugs. All that remains for us is to get the protruding pin into the hole in the eyelet. To do this, you can use a screwdriver and the grooves on the seamy side of the bracelet, with which you removed the bracelet.

After you install the bracelet or strap, do not forget to check the reliability of the ears. To do this, it is enough to make a certain effort and try to tear off the bracelet from the watch case. This will allow you to make sure that the bracelet is fastened securely, the lugs are intact, and will also help you not to lose your watch.
