2. We make two identical patterns (remember the same direction of the pattern). When attaching it to the glass, you will need to add 2.5 cm to the sides, 2 cm from the top and 10 cm from the bottom to the size of the window frame on the hem (pocket for the weighting bar).

3. Calculate the number of folds and the distance between the transverse guides (slats). Usually, at a window height of 145-225 cm, 7 folds are required, at 230-250 cm - 8. 9. Sew on 3 plastic rings for each row of braid with strips. One - in the middle, and two - retreating 2.5 cm from the right and left edges.

10. Cut out a suitable piece of fabric for the cornice strip and wrap the strip in the material using hot glue and a furniture stapler. On the front side of the cornice, we put the second part of the Velcro tape on the glue, and from the inside, we fasten two fasteners with which the cornice will be attached to the window frame. We screw 4 screws with an eyelet into the lower part of the bar: three opposite the rings, and the fourth - stepping back 1.5 cm of the edge on the side where the wall hook will be located for fixing the cord.

11. We pass the weighting agent and slats from the curtain hole, fasten the cornice bar.

12. We fix three cords well on the lower rings. Prepare the cords with a length equal to twice the length and one width of the Roman shade. We pass the cords from the bottom up through the rings, including those on the bar. There should be 3 cords in the outermost fourth eye of the screw. We straighten the cords and, stepping back 1.5 cm from the extreme screw, make bright points on them - "beacons".

13. We pull evenly all the cords, achieving the correct fold and beautiful drapery.

14. We lay out the product on a flat surface, pull out all the cords exactly and tighten a single knot in the area of the "beacons". Below this knot, for convenience, you can tie a pigtail.
