I measured it - it offers a silent block T11-3401012 according to my size, I already bought this one and now it hangs there.
When the master put it (unfortunately at that moment I was not present) he said that the landing nest was broken, since the silent block went into it quite easily. At the same time, I left for almost a year on this silent block and there were no problems with the steering. Perhaps the socket was normal, and the silent block was thin.
As it turns out now, the silent blocks from different rails (with and without the BB index) are different.
On the forum they write that the difference is almost 5 mm, however, my rail is with the BB index, and the dimensions of the native silent block are like those of the rail without the BB index. Some kind of garbage.

PS. A big request to the owners of Tig with a steering rack without BB in the number: Measure the diameter of the steering rack closer to the place where the clamp is attached to the steering rack.
My BB index is 50 mm.
If another rail has the same thickness, then perhaps a clamp without an index will fit a rail with an index, because visually they are no different.

The assembly was carried out at the Kaliningrad plant "Avtotor", since 2010 Chery Tiggo is assembled at the Taganrog Automobile Plant (TagAZ) under the name Vortex Tingo.

1) Drain the power steering fluid.

a) Raise the vehicle so that the wheels are off the ground.

b) Disconnect the power steering oil return hose from the fluid container.

c) Place the oil return hose in a container with the drained steering fluid.

d) Start the engine and let it idle.

e) Turn the steering wheel left - right to the limit position.

Attention: Do not carry out this procedure while the engine is stopped as the hydraulic system could be damaged.

f) Make sure the steering fluid is completely drained and stop the engine.

3) Remove the upper and lower steering rack covers.

4) Unscrew the high and low pressure pipe connections.

5) Remove the left steering gear fixing bolt.

6) Remove the right steering gear fixing bolt.

7) Remove the bolt connecting the left and right track rods and the steering knuckle.

The steering gear is removed for repair or replacement. However, keep in mind that the steering gear is an essential part of driving safety. A low-quality repair of the mechanism can lead to serious consequences, therefore, if necessary, repair it only in a specialized workshop or replace it with a new one.
You will need: keys "8", "13" and "19", socket "15", flat-blade screwdriver.

2. Remove the bolt securing the high pressure hose holder to the steering gear housing.

3. Unscrew the union nut of the high pressure hose tip ...

4 .... and disconnect the hose from the steering gear.

5. Remove the rubber O-ring from the high pressure hose tip.
Note.
Replace the O-ring with a new one every time the high pressure hose is disconnected.

6. Remove the bolts securing the steering mechanism to the left side cross member ...

8 .... then remove the steering gear from the cross member.

9. If the steering gear is not being removed for replacement, mark the position of the lower intermediate steering shaft pivot on the steering shaft so that parts can be reassembled in the same position.

10. Remove the bolt of the terminal connection of the intermediate steering shaft with the steering shaft ...

11… .and remove the intermediate steering shaft with cardan joint.

12. If it is necessary to replace the pipes of the steering mechanism, unscrew the nuts of their fastening to the distributor and the crankcase of the mechanism ...

13 .... then remove the pipes.
Note.

Each time you remove the lines, replace their rubber o-rings with new ones.
14. If necessary, remove the tips and protective covers of the steering rods (see. Replacing the outer tip of the steering rod; Replacing the protective covers of the steering rods).
15. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. When installing the steering gear, make sure that the rack is in the middle (neutral) position, and the position of the steering wheel corresponds to a straight-line movement.
16. Fill with fluid and bleed the power steering system (see Bleeding the power steering system).
17. Check and, if necessary, adjust the angles of the front wheels (see Checking and adjusting the angles of the wheels).

The distributor can now be removed. After that, pull out the stem, and you can remove the oil seal. To take pictures of the left stem seal, a special puller is needed. After completing the analysis, serviceable parts are washed from the remnants of contaminated oil with production, sand and dirt. Parts must be degreased before assembly. Then they are assembled with already serviceable spare parts.

Parts are lubricated before assembly

Next, grease is applied to the teeth of the distributor worm.Install the distributor back into the rail housing. The bearing is pressed with a mandrel. Then the oil seal is coated and pressed into the body. Put on the retaining ring, press it in. Fill with grease and install the pressure piston. The lubricant is again applied to the hold-down piston and the spring is placed on it. Then the spring with the stem clamp nut is lubricated, which is tightened. Next, tighten the spool nut. The spool plug is then filled with grease and replaced. Check the smooth operation of the assembled part of the rail. A new centering sleeve is placed in the back. Then put an O-ring on it. In a special vice, the oil seal is pressed into the back plate. The prepared rear support is installed in the steering rack and screwed on. When the assembly is completed, the rail is checked for smooth operation and the absence of leaks, as well as the force from which it is put into operation.

During the assembly process, the staff of our service station lubricates all rail connections so that the assembly is easier, the parts do not corrode and have a greater mileage.

A large number of

lubricants are very important to the rail. Indeed, its design contains small, but very important details. If they are damaged by corrosion, then they will do their job worse, or completely break down due to their weakening under the influence of the previous loads.
