Lock the locknut in this position and back off the stop nut 30 degrees. Further, holding the stop nut, it is necessary to tighten the lock nut with a force of 6.5–8 kgf m.

Throughout the course of the rack, the moment of scrolling the gear should be in the range of 0.06–0.17 kgf m. Insert the lock washers into place by inserting the antennae into the grooves of the rail and wrapping the tips with the rods. Bend the antennae to opposite edges.

The steering rack needs to be disassembled. There is a possibility that you may need a gas wrench (it will need to be used when removing the steering tip).

Using a chisel, carefully mark the hydraulic pump tube.

Next, you need to remove the tie rod boot. With the so-called "cap" will have to suffer and again armed with a chisel. We unscrew the steering rods.

At the end, we process everything with grease and assemble in the reverse order. Ready!

These are the bushings made of recycled plastic: one is really big (dangling on the shaft), and the second is too small. I had to pick up a file and work with a knife afterward. I immediately turned the outer diameter to fit the bushing into the rack housing. And then, inserting, carefully processed the inner diameter.
