If everything is in order with the line, you need to check the pump. To do this, remove the hose from the outlet fitting and rotate the crankshaft with a kickstarter or electric starter.

If, during prolonged rotation of the crankshaft, fuel does not begin to flow from the pump, it must be replaced. Also, if the scooter has a 2-stroke engine, the petal valve should be checked.

When the valve is strongly deformed and a large gap is formed between its petals and the body, it does not hold back pressure poorly: the pressure output becomes insufficient to drive the working mixture through the bypass channels up to the piston.

Another way to check is to "stick" to it with your mouth from the side of the carburetor, while it should not allow air to pass through. If the air movement is not blocked in any way, then the valve must be replaced.
