The counterweight is attached to the drum body with two long bolts. We unscrew it and remove it.

The counterweight is heavy, so you need to be careful not to drop it.

The drum is connected to the machine body with a rubber casing. It is attached to the drum with a large clamp, which is loosened by unscrewing the bolt.

Now we need to put the machine on its side and unscrew the bottom cover, it is made of thin plastic and it will not be difficult to remove it by unscrewing four self-tapping screws.

Below is a small counterweight, an electric motor, a drain pump and shock absorbers on which the drum body is held.

At this stage, it is necessary to disconnect all cables supplying the electric motor and pump.

WARNING: Get in the habit of noting which guide goes where. To do this, you can use a marker (just not water-based, it is easily erased) or take a photo.

We detach the shock absorbers from the body of the washing machine for a longer time, they are attached with one bolt.

The water inlet is attached to the body of the washing machine with two self-tapping screws, we unscrew it.

While the machine is lying on its side, remove the spring hangers. Filming is not so easy, but it is quite possible to do it. Pliers and a couple of minutes of torment will do the trick. They are removed by detaching the hook from the drum body.

To remove the drum, you must remove the front cover of the washing machine body. First, the control panel is removed, and then the front cover with the door. All of them are fastened with self-tapping screws, which are turned off with a Phillips screwdriver.

We get a typewriter in front of us. Here you need to unscrew the small counterweight, so that it would be easier to pull out the drum body.

Next, you have to get the drum body. Here he is.

On the reverse side, remove the belt from the electric motor and the wheel on the drum.

The wheel fixes the hexagon bolt by 8. unscrew the bolt and remove the wheel.

Now you need to disassemble the drum body. To begin with, we unscrew the shock absorbers, the bolt can not be unscrewed completely, it is enough to free one part of the case.

The heating element is not easy to remove. The nut is unscrewed from the outside and it is squeezed out. You must first descale it. The element is fixed with an elastic band that expands after tightening the nut.

After removing it (it just pulls out), I saw that the oil seal, which covers the inner bearing, was already in poor condition and it could be seen that it was passing water to the bearing.

The bearing is corroded and therefore makes a noise during operation. I cleaned off the scale from the case with an ordinary metal brush for washing dishes. She does not scratch and does her job well. Two handfuls of scale have gathered.

It was decided to replace both the external and internal bearings. I knocked out the outer one from the inside with a thick screwdriver and a hammer, gently tapping on the bearing rings. You have to be careful here, since the bearing is visible in the aluminum sleeve so as not to scratch it. The inner bearing was knocked out from the outside to the inside by a tube, for convenience.

He hammered the new bearings into place with a hammer, placing a wooden block.

The assembly process is completely reversed. It is necessary to ensure that all rubber seals are clean. this will avoid leakage.

What happened in the end? The machine works as before quietly and flawlessly. Repair costs are significantly lower.
