DIY repair nissan teana j32

Details: DIY nissan teana j32 repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.

We post a photo report on routine maintenance and repair of the Nissan Teana J32 chassis.

In this report, we will tell you about the main “sores” of this car.

By the way, the mileage is already almost 240,000 km, so for a start we do a lot of maintenance: we change the oil in the engine and variator, filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, my throttle valve.

The plugs on the V-shaped motor change with the removal of the collector:

Throttle valve after washing:

Diagnostics revealed several problems: leakage and play of the steering rack, wear of the front stabilizer bushings, separation of the rear bushings of the front subframe, separation of the front and right upper engine mounts, leakage of the variator thermostat.

We suspend the motor, remove the front pipe and then the subframe and rail:

The cost of a new rail is quite high, so we give it to our partners for repairs:

Next, we repress the rear bushings on the front subframe, change the front support, stabilizer bushings and screw the repaired rail to the subframe. Everything is ready to be installed on the machine:

Regarding the thermostat leakage - it was decided to exclude it from the system and put the variator cooling radiator in front of the main one. Thus, both the problem with rotting aluminum thermostat tubes and the problem with insufficient cooling of the variator are solved:

Now we collect everything and change the upper right support:

It remains to adjust the angles of the wheels and the work is over.

Of the suspension parts, the front levers, stabilizer struts and thrust bearings were previously changed on this machine.

The mileage of the car is mainly on the highway, the operation is quite careful, therefore, the rest of the components and assemblies do not require intervention at the moment.

We wish everyone a long and flawless operation of your vehicles!

Hello everyone!
It's been a long time since I haven't posted and written anything. The car pleases everything is good.
Even in the fall, I changed the fuel filter, candles, flushing the fuel system, the system was washed through the apparatus with special chemistry for injectors,

replacement of bulbs in the far.
We look at the photo.
I will tell you to write I DO NOT LOVE right away. I am ready to answer the questions.

Nissan Teana 2011, petrol engine 2.5 l., 182 l. sec., front-wheel drive, variator - DIY repair

Candles hike fake! judging by the box and DENSO engravings on the candles
Pay attention!

Even visually different

Candles hike fake! judging by the box and DENSO engravings on the candles
Pay attention!

The whistle in the tank didn't appear after installing this shitty Masuma? I have yes! bought the second is the same! I put the hoses on the clamps. The bitch is whistling! I regretted that the staff member had already thrown it out.

Again, the manufacturer could change the box, I certainly am not making excuses, but such a comparison on the box is complete nonsense, and did this Alexei watch the candles themselves? There are many questions

he also bought not for expensive and found the original candle boxes, which should be not yet added a photo of the candles themselves, so there will be a full overview of the candles, they left him 30 thousand here. if you have the opportunity, then compare yours if the original was of course and you will understand the new ones yourself

That's how they fool us in the shops

Opened, thanks for the info, what can I say? Only emotions

Yes, look, the behavior of the car is better to change, of course

I clearly have no problems

Hello dear readers of the blog Topic of today's article: "Replacing the cabin filter Nissan Teana J32." I would like to tell you exactly about the replacement of the second generation Teana SF, because the procedure is really not simple.

The first replacement of the SF is put on TO2, then every 30,000 km. Although I recommend doing this procedure twice as often. The following factors will tell you that it is time to change the SF: fogging of the windows, an unpleasant smell in the cabin, deterioration of the air conditioner.

The cabin filter on the Teana J32 is located on the left side, at the feet of the front passenger (see video). Removal of the glove compartment assemblies is not required for replacement.

  • new air filter (27277JA00A / B7277JN20A),
  1. Remove the black protective cover. Just push the lever up and pull it towards you (see photo). Removing the cover will open access to the filter.
  1. To pull out the SF, squeeze the sidewall in the center as shown in the photo below. This will pull out the top corner and then the bottom one. Next, we completely remove the filter.
  1. The installation of a new filter should be carried out in the reverse order. Squeeze the SF in the center, insert the edges. Next, wind up the remaining corners.
  2. Replace the blank cover.

The procedure for replacing the cabin filter is now complete. Now you can enjoy clean air inside your car.

Thank you for your attention and see you soon!
