When replacing capacitors, it is better to choose capacitors with the same capacity, but with a higher allowable voltage. Instead of 25V, I found 35V. The dimensions allow such a replacement, and the reliability will be higher!

6. Unscrew the two screws securing the power supply board. Disconnect the right and top connectors. Parts have been accessed. We solder the capacitors and install new ones.
7. Putting the TV set. DO NOT FORGET to attach the connectors. We turn on the TV to the network. In principle, during the repair it was assumed that it would not work, then not the details: (. But the TV worked. The LED turned green and the screen lit up. Lucky!

Replacing the suspicious capacitor with K73-17 - 0.68μF 400V solved the problem.

Near the optocoupler (through which the correction) I found another cut-off SMD resistor (100 Ohm), seemingly intact, but in the middle of the zero there is a small hole, I saw through a 10X magnifying glass. I flashed it with the saved firmware and everything fell into place!
173.) PHILIPS CTV-8148 Fault: there is no line and frame synchronization, and when trying to configure new programs, he does not see them, that is, it skips, does not stop. The R235 resistor turned out to be open, according to a circuit with a nominal value of 270 kΩ at 33 feet of the TA8659AN video processor.

175.) PHILIPS 2844. Fault: with warming up "green" and spontaneously turns off. I substituted TDA6107 - the result is the same.

bar. After the replacement, nothing has changed. On the same board, I found two burnt resistors connected in series to the anode of the TL431C zener diode. TL rang - partially broken. Replaced and it all worked
177.) PHILIPS 14PT1345 / 58, chassis L9.2E AA (Polish assembly). Fault: after 20-30 sec. after the start he goes to the duty room, on the screen there is only “snow”. Detailed testing showed: dried PS electrolytes in primary and secondary circuits. And as a consequence, the overestimation of the supply voltages. And also the poor quality of rations in BP, SR, KR, etc. It also turned out that the 24C08 memory chip was out of order. After eliminating the above defects, the TV works normally.
179.) Philips 20GR1250, the ancient device was bought in Germany. Fault: a problem gradually appeared - the sound is very quiet and distorted. UMZCH is in order, it works properly from an external source. I rummaged through all the secrets of repair, I did not find anything like this for this TV (apparently there are very few of them in Russia). I tried to watch the secrets of similar TVs such as Recor and other Philips models on the TDA8305. Measured voltages, changed capacitors and electrolytes and ceramic (I read in some secrets that they are faulty; I just did not understand why they should break). Once again, taking on its repair, I found that when you touch certain contacts, the sound quality improved slightly. As a result, using a scientific poke, I found out that it was necessary to adjust the contours of the TDA8305 hanging on the 13th leg (designation in the diagram 5034, 5035). For the best effect, adjust at maximum volume.
180.) PHILIPS 14GR1221 / 59R, Fault: everything works fine, except that it does not go into the channel tuning mode, and the sound does not add up to the end, the TMP47C434N-3415 processor do not rush to change it, the memory 24C02 turned out to be the culprit, you can put it empty , no firmware required.
