DIY Panasonic TV repair

In detail: do-it-yourself Panasonic Viera TV repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.

A Panasonic TV breaks down and its warranty expired - a familiar situation. Bring the TV to the workshop or call a TV technician at home and they tell you that the repair will cost several thousand rubles - it's easier to buy a new one. Quite often you can hear from the masters that your equipment cannot be repaired at all. Is it so? The question is controversial. Let's try to consider a specific situation and the main algorithm of actions.

And so, the TV of the modern LCD model or Panasonic plasma is broken. Let's say the most radical option - the black screen does not turn on either. What to do? Firstly, do not call a TV technician at home on the basis of newspaper ads - this is a "pig in a poke". A good master may be caught, or a former plumber may come. In general, there is such a category of "miracle masters" who come with the businesslike air of a highly qualified specialist, drip inside the building for a long time and then sadly declare that "repairs are not possible ...", take money for a call and diagnostics and leave. Also, the on-call master can also fix a minor malfunction, and pass it off as an expensive repair, having ripped off a tidy sum from you - then try to prove it and find this craftsman.

In general, we will immediately make a reservation that identifying a malfunction in a broken TV and diagnosing it at home is extremely difficult. Therefore, we are not lazy, we take the TV under our arm and go to a solid professional TV workshop. We give a Panasonic TV there for diagnostics and troubleshooting. This procedure is usually inexpensive and affordable for any of us. The wizard will examine your TV using modern diagnostic equipment and specialized software. In a few tens of minutes you will know exactly what is broken in your TV.

Video (click to play).

Now we will find out from the master how much the repair will cost. If the repair is inexpensive, then we leave the TV in the workshop, especially since there is a guarantee for repairs later. If the repair is expensive and we correlate it with the purchase of a new Panasonic TV, then we take the TV under our armpit again, say thanks for the diagnostics and go home. It should be borne in mind that the cost of repairing a TV in a workshop includes - rent for premises, salaries of foremen and service personnel, tax deductions, payment for security and fire alarms, and much more. The very cost of repairs fits into 10% of the total amount that you will have to pay to this service. Therefore, self-repair will cost you several times less. Find out in advance, before going to the workshop, the purchase price of a new Panasonic TV of the same model. This can be done very simply by going to any advertisement on the Internet on specialized sites.

It is noteworthy that, unlike other industrial and food products, household appliances, including televisions, are getting cheaper every year, and their quality is improving. So the TV that you bought two years ago will be much cheaper today. You can be convinced of this by looking at the links on this site for modern prices.

Having bought a new Panasonic TV, do not rush to throw out the old broken unit. The second TV in the household is not a superfluous thing - it can be placed in the kitchen or in the bedroom and then not quarrel with your family over the choice of watching TV programs. Almost any Panasonic TV can be reanimated and repaired by yourself at home, moreover, now that you know its malfunction after going to the workshop.

Consider the main malfunctions that can be fixed at home with a modern LCD, LED or LCD, Panasonic plasma TV

1.) Does not turn on. Open R833 22 Om in the power supply unit - We change part of the secondary circuit diagram of the PANASONIC TV power supply

2.) The malfunction manifests itself as follows: a squeak is heard and the TV does not turn on even in standby mode. All voltages from the power supply unit are too low. The reason is that the D835 protective zener diode is broken through the 42 V circuit. On the native zener diode, there are two colored rings, green and blue, which apparently means 56, so we put the zener diode at 56 V and this is the end of the repair.

3.) Very quiet sound from the air, from the AV input - normal. After replacing the multifunctional IC AN5192K-B, the normal operation of the TV was restored.

4.) Chip “AN5192K-B” is the cause of many problems of Panasonic devices in which it is installed. Example: - There is no color when watching PAL-video programs, SECAM-in color. In three cases out of three, it is native! Don't forget to choose the right color system for your TV.

5.) Failure of the output transistor SR at irregular intervals (but quickly) The CE capacitors are in good order, the electrolytes of the driving stage too. The reason lay in the PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE ring cracks in both terminals of the secondary winding of the driving stage transformer.

6.) No raster, underestimated U +90 v R 816 is heated, replaced Q 802-A1512 everything became OK

7.) There is no start, the MA-56 Zener diode is broken through the 47v circuit. When measured, it was 100v. Open R826-22 ohm.

8.) After overvoltage and standard replacement of parts in the power supply, a day later - two zener diode standing at 30V going to the ULF burns out if it is not supplied, then in standby mode it turns out 60-80V the ULF microcircuit burns out, if there is no zener diode we solder the resistance of 2W 30 ohm power supply of the ULF from this U and connect to 27V the personnel supply going to the power supply, more and more ULF will not burn.

9.) Blurred image. Defective stabilizer 2.5v (TL431) on the monitor board.

10.) Periodic deterioration of the image (the image becomes dim - the video signal is noticeably reduced). The sound remains normal. Reason: the emitter follower on the Q117 transistor (planar) in the MS-BOARD submodule is faulty (it still has MC M52317SP on it). Replaced with KT315.

11.) There is no sound through the tuner, everything is fine with the AV input. Defective mk / cx AN5192K-B. After replacement, everything is OK.

12.) Small picture horizontally. The output line transistor heats up like a stove. The defect is caused by a leakage of a mica gasket under the output line transistor and aging of the plastic fastener (piston), through which the fastening screw passes (for attaching the output transistor to the radiator). This defect is found in all models assembled on this chassis.

13.) Panasonic assembled on the MX7 chassis is an interesting defect: the power supply is squealing in the DR. On the secondary power circuits of the horizontal scan, instead of 30 V from 80 to 130 V, in the operating mode everything is in order -140 V, the TV can work without problems for a long time. The "cold" end of the optocoupler LED is pressed to the ground through the current generator on the D862 R859 Q854 with the Q853 key, checking this circuit did not reveal anything, but by shunting this circuit with an 8.2 kohm resistor from the "cold" end of the optorara to the ground, we got the required 30 volts of standby mode, assuming that at low currents the optocoupler is "dumb", it was replaced, everything became OK!

14.) After turning on for 10-30 minutes, the screen starts twitching horizontally and the TV turns off for a second, and everything repeats. Cause - STR51424 malfunction (poor cooling). Replace this STR'ku, increase the radiator area and replace the clamping bracket on the STR'ke with an M3 screw with a nut, drilling a hole in the radiator. I changed 4 STR on the TV, 1st worked for a month, 2nd week, 3rd for three months, 4th for two years. There is no pattern. Either defective STRs or it is necessary to take the above measures, which have not yet been verified by me.

15.) After turning on for 10-30 minutes, the screen begins to twitch horizontally and is cut down for a second, and everything repeats. Cause - STR51424 malfunction (poor cooling). Replace this STR'ku, increase the radiator area and replace the clamping bracket on the STR'ke with an M3 screw with a nut, drilling a hole in the radiator. On this TV I changed 4 STR, 1st worked for a month, 2nd week, 3rd for three months, 4th for two years. There is no pattern. Either defective STRs or it is necessary to take the above measures, which have not yet been verified by me.

16.) When turned on, the TV works stably, at different intervals stripes and twitching appear, the image disappears. May not work at all, black screen. Advice - throw out the switch on the mixer (in the box where the antenna is plugged in) and put the jumper in the lower position. Next, remove both radio channel boards (they stand next to the tuners), evaporate the screen and replace the 470mf-6.3v capacitor, preferably with a higher voltage. The capacitor leaks - as a result, two interlayer joints rot under it. Punch a hole, insert the tinned wire and solder on both sides.

17.) Does not turn on. Visual inspection of the power supply showed: burst - 2SA1512 (Q805), 2SC3940 (Q802). In addition, of course, the key transistor is C5253, and in its emitter circuit, R is swollen by 0.47 Ohm. Further, the check showed: an open circuit of the XA4068L Zener diode (according to the D806 scheme) at 6.8 volts and also breaks of R834-220 Ohm, R826-22 Ohm, R823-1.2 k. Instead of the key C5253 (1500v and 18A!) cheaper BU508AF.

18.) The defect is a large “cut”. Small size horizontally, depends on the brightness and subject of the image. Network background - 100 Hz is not marked on the image. Remedy - replace the power supply filter of the 270 uF power supply with 400 V (capacity loss)

19.) Defect: does not go into operation. Clicks in standby and working mode. It looks like an overload in a load. If you add a 60 W light bulb to the + 123 V power bus, the TV turns on and works normally, but it still clicks in standby mode. The line scan supply voltage +123 V was not reset to +1 V, but +123 V remained. Elimination: replace R812 - 33 Ohm 1 W - cut off.

20.) Defect: The TV does not turn on, died at night while in the duty room. Remedy: Replace the bus guard + 50V D835-MA2580 - broken (this is a consequence). The real reason is the dry C805 (47 uf 35v) in the power supply. 21.) 380V got into the network (the second phase wire fell to “zero”). The 4A mains fuse is lit. Reason: two holes in the side wall of the 330μF / 400V capacitor. Replaced the container, and everything went.
22.) Received for repair with a faulty power supply. Replaced faulty parts (2SC5249, 2SC3940, 2SA1512, FD312, RM25), checked all the parts, turn it on, it works fine. But when the TV was switched to standby mode, everything burned out again. The reason turned out to be in two 220 Ohm resistors. I don't remember exactly the position, but it is illegible in the diagram. One of them is connected between the base and the emitter of the 2SA1512, and the other is connected with one output to the base of the 2SC3940. When measuring, they may show 220 ohms, but they still need to be changed, otherwise everything will be repeated

Among the shortcomings, it is also necessary to note the distortion of colors and the loss of contrast, since the viewing angle of the LCD is not so wide. Because of this feature, LCD TVs could not gain popularity for a long time, but now, thanks to the efforts of the developers, distortion has become almost invisible.

The advantages of LCD TVs include a wide selection of models with different brightness (from 250 to 1500 cd / m2) and contrast (from 500: 1 to 5,000,000: 1). Thanks to this, the buyer can purchase a device that optimally combines the required image quality and an affordable price. In addition, LCD TVs are light and thin so they can be wall-mounted.

The TV does not turn on, does not respond to buttons and the remote control, the LED on the front panel flashes for a second at intervals of 5-6 seconds.

GLP21 Chassis Composition:

power supply - TNP8EPL50
power pwm F9222L
MAIN-BOARD: TNP8EAL40
processor VCT 6973G B2 000
memory 24C32AN
tuner TXN / BL50AERS
sound TDA8931T
inverter LTA260W2 (6LP)

Measurements of voltages and oscillograms at the output of the power supply showed the following. The standby DC / DC converter, made on the IC862, outputs the set 3V3 only for a short period of time (then the LED on the front panel lights up). The IC862 has a voltage of about 6V at its input, increasing to 20V every 5 seconds. Obviously, the microcircuit does not work in the mode due to insufficient input voltage level.

TV power supply TNP8EPL50 implemented on m / s IC801 F9222L with an output voltage stabilization circuit on IC850 and PC803.

The transfer of the power supply to the operating mode is carried out by the command IRD_PSU_ON / NOT_STBY from the 23 pins of the P2 connector and the elements Q851 and PC802.It was found that changing the control voltage (imitation of the ON / OFF command) on the 23rd pin of this connector does not in any way affect the operating mode of the power supply. From which it was concluded that it was inoperable. Checking and replacing control elements, stabilizing the output voltage and, finally, the PWM microcircuit F9222L gave no results.

As a result of the element-by-element check of the power supply, a faulty component was installed - the Q803 transistor 2SK2231Q, which was part of the IC801 power supply unit. Replacing it restored the TV's working capacity (the transistor did not have a direct breakdown, but rang with a significant leak relatively new).

It should be noted that the repair process for Panasonic TVs is somewhat different from the repair of TVs from other manufacturers, which is associated with the specific features of the circuitry solutions and the element base used.

During the renovation process, the following were used:

1. About the TV camera))) The joke is the following. in Astana, the Dream retail chain sends all its customers under a guarantee to Moskovskaya Street to its service center) But as it is written in the guarantee, Panasonic's products can be repaired by Panasonic authorized centers, of which there are 2 in Astana, but for some reason they are not sent there)

2. On the Panasonic website there is a page where you can check by the model of the device and by the serial number whether your product is officially purchased or you have a Chinese fake) I did not find my product .. it turns out that is why they send everyone to their service center because they trade Chinese bullshit. And then some kind of Vasya will write that your TV set is doused with water or it got hit by a fire and everything is kick-ass !! Where can you go in this case? What would they be pulled !!

As our workshop employs knowledgeable service engineers, our workshop has extensive experience in repairing Panasonic TVs. Often, malfunctions are caused not by flaws in TVs, but by their incorrect operation.

The most common malfunction when repairing a Panasonic plasma TV is a snow-like appearance on the screen or a fuzzy, blurry picture. This is often a problem in the antenna cable that connects the TV to an antenna splitter (splitter), DVD player, or VCR. To clearly identify the malfunction, you need to slightly shake this cable with the TV turned on, and start from the place where it has a connection with the antenna plug. And if the snow on the screen disappears or reappears, and the picture quality changes abruptly, then it will become clear that the antenna cable is most likely damaged.

Well, in order to be completely sure that the matter is in the antenna cable, and not in the jack of the TV tuner, reconnect this cable to another TV and make sure that the same interference occurs on the TV screen. Replacing the antenna cable is a simple and inexpensive solution to the problem. If during the repair of a Panasonic TV it is not possible to fix it ourselves, then our company will fix any defect in the TV.

Another "typical" malfunction that occurs when repairing panasonic TVs is colored spots on the TV screen. This problem is caused by the magnetization of the CRT mask. This malfunction occurs due to the presence of other devices near the TV that have speakers with powerful magnets, such as tape recorders with built-in speakers, stereo speakers, etc. The magnetization of the kinescope also occurs due to a sharp shutdown of the 220 volt supply network, or when the TV is moved from one place to another. Modern TVs have a kinescope demagnetization system, which should cope with this malfunction. If colored spots appear in your picture, then you need to turn off the TV with the button on the TV panel, unplug the power cord from the outlet and wait about 20 minutes. Then turn on the TV, the picture tube demagnetization system will work there and the colored spots will disappear from the screen.

But still, one cannot say that it is Panasonic TV repair , this is just one of the points of the rules for using the TV. Another typical malfunction is that the TV turns off arbitrarily. This may be due to poor ventilation and overheating of the device, as well as dried thermally conductive paste on the radiators of transistors and microcircuits. This may be caused in part by the lack of adequate ventilation on the TV. Free up space around the TV, within at least 20 centimeters. If the ventilation holes in the grill of the TV are blocked by something, remove it, the air in the TV should easily pass through all the ventilation holes of the TV. Also, you need to check that the ventilation holes are not clogged with dust, and if so, you need to carefully and carefully vacuum the grate.

These faults are very common and you can fix it yourself. Panasonic plasma TV repair you need to trust only qualified service technicians. Be careful, some components of TVs are under high voltage, sometimes it reaches several tens of thousands of volts. A big request - take this with due seriousness, even if it seems to you, at first glance, the detected malfunction will seem simple.

When you turn on the TV and when switching programs, the color disappears for 5-10 minutes, red flashes are visible at the top of the screen. We managed to get rid of the defect after installing the C-120pf, with 15 legs TDA8395P, on the ground. This defect has been fixed in several TVs with this microcircuit.

2). PANASONIC TC25V50R, TC29V50R.

Does not turn on. Open R833 22 Om in PSU. More than three cases already.

Does not come out of J. regime. When incl. to work and off. in J. modes voltage 29 pin. microcontroller MN152810TTC3 varies from 0 to 5 volts. Found a crack on the case of the Q803 - 2SC1473 transistor. After replacing the transistor tv. turned on, but now did not turn off in “standby”. Voltage at 29 pin. the microcontroller changed from 0 to 0.5 V. when switching from the work. in J. modes. When checking, I found that the D820 Zener diode (in the Q803 base circuit) has a slight leak. After replacing the Zener diode TV. earned.

Very quiet sound from the air, from the AV input - normal. After replacing the multifunctional IC AN5192K-B, the normal operation of the TV was restored.

It is impossible to imagine a modern apartment or house without video and audio equipment. This equipment is used every day and therefore breaks down more often than others. There are several ways to repair TVs: send the technician to a service center, call a qualified technician at home, or make repairs with your own hands.

Before you start repairing a TV, you first need to make sure what the problem is. This will also help if you do the repair yourself, and then when the master comes, you will be able to explain the situation to him.

There are several types of malfunctions that can most often be found when a TV breaks down.

  1. The technique does not turn off. In independence, a CRT TV or a modern LCD model has broken down, this malfunction is associated with a blown fuse. Only different models have distinctive details from each other. You should also pay attention to the diode bridge - perhaps it was he who burned out.
  2. In both domestic and imported models, the potential can often go astray, for the function of which the posistor is responsible.
  3. If the plasma TV monitor is broken, then the problem, most often, is interference or drops, light or dark stripes may appear, color changes while watching a program or movie.
  4. The problem may be a broken cord or a faulty outlet.

If we take into account all the troubles listed above, it is worth saying that the most difficult breakdown is considered to be a screen malfunction. For example, light reflections appear on your monitor after the liquid hits the matrix or the TV is hit, then it is better to carry it to the teleservice. Here it will certainly be repaired, and if the warranty period has not expired, then it will be free of charge or at a reduced price.

You can try to fix some malfunctions of TVs yourself. And it doesn't matter here - these are LCD models, LCD or LED, it is not necessary to call the wizard if you are confident in your abilities. But caution never hurts, because such TV models are not cheap, and without having any repair experience or knowledge in this area, you can only harm and aggravate the breakdown.

Before you start repairing LED or LCD TVs, you must carefully read the instructions, and also study the principle of operation of your model. Anyone, even one far from this field, will understand that the repair of TVs such as LCD or LED will differ from CRT models. In the latter case, you are guaranteed not to run into a faulty PTC thermistor. The main thing here is to determine the problem, why does the backlight not work?

If you are repairing LCD, LED models, then the only difference here will be what kind of backlight is used. If it is an LCD TV, then the backlighting is produced using fluorescent or fluorescent lamps. For TVs, LED backlighting is produced using LEDs. At this point, the differences between LCD models usually end.

The breakdown can only consist in the fact that there is no power, in order to check this on an LCD TV, you can do the following with your own hands:

  • open the back cover of the model;
  • remove the wires connected to the matrix;
  • connect the working lamp to the contacts;
  • there are also LCD models in which more than one light source is provided. In this case, all sources must be tested. Just dismantle the matrix and plug your TV into the network - you can see which LED is the problem.

When a broken lamp in an LED or LCD TV is identified, it must be replaced. This stage requires maximum care from the master, as well as the manifestation of special attention. In some cases, the lamp is removed without removing the matrix, you just need to move the protective elements with a rubber gasket and pull out the lamp with a soldering iron. Similarly, it is necessary to mount a working light bulb. Now we can congratulate you - you did the repair of the LCD TV with your own hands! Just pay attention to one important nuance - the new light bulb must fully meet the parameters and dimensions of the broken one!

To repair TVs yourself, look carefully at the matrix! If there are "unhealthy" streaks here, then the breakage is in the matrix. Have a new part? Then everything is simple! You change it and turn on the TV, if it works, then you have accurately identified the breakdown.

If the reason for the breakdown of LCD TVs is the screen, then it is best to purchase new models of LCD or LED equipment. It is not recommended to change the screen of LCD and LED models, as it is impractical! This also applies to the LCD matrix.

What could be the problem with a malfunctioning plasma TV? If it is necessary to repair plasma TVs, then proceed in the same way as described above. Just adapt it to your specific case. This description can be applied to any model of plasma TV, just stock up on the necessary tools in advance.

Although today most users prefer to use plasma, many still watch programs on more outdated CRT models. Let's find out how to repair a breakdown in such TVs. Below is a step-by-step instruction that will help you repair your electron beam product with your own hands.

  • If you do not turn on such a device, check first of all the fuses. In these TVs, the back is made up of panels. Therefore, it is necessary to unscrew that part of the panels.Under such panels you will find a board and the power terminals must be connected to the fuse. They are connected to a conventional incandescent lamp, or rather to its base, after which the TV must be connected to the network. In the event that your equipment is in good working order, the lamp will go out after switching on, otherwise, when the fuse has blown, it will either not work at all, or it will constantly burn.
  • The diode bridge may also break. It should only be borne in mind that it is necessary to regulate and repair it only after making a dial. In this case, not only a multimeter is used, but also a product passport, which indicates the main parameters of this model.
  • The most difficult breakdown in a TV with a kinescope is a posistor. To check with your own hands, you must first turn off the power circuit, and then turn it on. In this case, the lamp must be monitored. If the work lamp goes out, then it can be said that the posistor is faulty. To make repairs, it is necessary to adjust the resistance of the network and only ventures to change this part.

But not only the matter may be in the posistor, transistors and capacitors burn out in CRT models. The diagnosis of this breakdown can also be made visually. If the condensate is blackened or cracked, then we replace it with a serviceable analogue. Now you know why the TV does not work and how to fix it yourself.

Troubleshooting

General information

Repair of TVs begins with an external examination of the boards. Malfunction of resistors, ceramic capacitors and microcircuits can be detected by traces of burnout, soot and charring of their cases. Failure of oxide (electrolytic) capacitors is determined by the swelling of the case and the rupture of the safety notch on top, traces of electrolyte on the board. The defective capacitor is evaporated, and the electrolyte on the board is removed with a cotton swab moistened with alcohol.
Before replacing defective parts, it is necessary to establish the cause of their failure, otherwise the defect may repeat itself. It is often caused by the ingress of household insects (most often cockroaches) inside the apparatus. On TVs over five years old, a layer of dust on the parts may be the cause. At high humidity, a conductive "bridge" is formed, which contributes to the failure of the elements.

If there is even the slightest suspicion that the liquid could have gotten under the plenary microcircuit, it must be dismantled. For this purpose, use a soldering station with nozzles, a special hair dryer with a temperature controller or a gas soldering iron. Modern microcircuits allow heating of the case up to 250 ° C when inoperative. To avoid its destruction, heating must be uniform. After dismantling, wash the board under the microcircuit with alcohol, install it in its original place and solder it. Voltage can be applied only after the microcircuit has completely cooled down.
Special attention should be paid to flushing if the fluid is known to be corrosive. With poor flushing, the corrosion process will continue, which will lead, after a while, to repeated failure of the device.

Power supply faults
The mains fuse blows when switched on.
The overwhelming majority of modern TVs use switching power supplies. For galvanic isolation from the network and obtaining several voltage values, a pulse transformer is used. By changing the pulse duration, you can change the values of the output voltages.

Troubleshooting begins with measuring the resistance between the terminals of the oxide capacitor of the filter (usually the largest in size). If the resistance is much less than 10 kOhm or is completely zero, the rectifier, the filter capacitor itself, the switching transistor or the controller's SHI microcircuit may be faulty. To localize the defect, the collector output of the transistor or the corresponding output of the microcircuit is soldered off. If the resistance has increased to normal, the switching transistor or microcircuit is faulty. Otherwise, the diodes of the rectifier bridge, the thermistor block, the filter capacitor are checked.
Defective diodes in the rectifier can be replaced with rectifier diodes of a different type with the following parameters:
- average rectified current 1VM1r>> 2A;
- reverse voltage U ^ p ^ 400 V. Instead of faulty ceramic
capacitors connected in parallel to the diodes are installed similar to an operating voltage of 1000 V.
A defective filter oxide capacitor can often be identified, as already indicated, visually by a swelling on top, a rupture of the safety notch and traces of electrolyte on the board. This is the result of increased mains voltage.

They turn on the TV, and the oscilloscope controls the shape of the pulses on the collector of the output transistor. If there are several periods of the oscillatory process (“ringing”) or additional surges during the decay of the pulses, the TDKS is faulty and must be replaced. To check, you can use the TV's power supply by including a 100.150 Ohm resistor in the + B (+90 V) circuit open with a 30 W dissipation power.
Currently, many cheap small-sized devices for testing line transformers have appeared on the market. The test voltage in them can be within 3.9 V, which, unfortunately, does not allow detecting defects in 100% of cases, since often a breakdown occurs only at an operating voltage of 1000-1500 V (at a supply voltage of 90.140 V),

The TV does not turn on. Mains fuse intact. Output voltages of the power supply are absent or underestimated by tens of times.
Troubleshooting begins by measuring a voltage of about +300 V across the oxide capacitor of the filter. If the voltage is correct, then the power supply converter or the load circuit is faulty.

During the repair work, we take into account the following features of TVs: screen size, acoustics type and matrix format, frequency and brightness level, availability of connectors for connecting external devices. The nuances, the level of complexity and the cost of repairs largely depend on these characteristics.

Possible reasons for the malfunction of the Panasonic LCD TV: breakdown of the power supply, inverter module, central control unit, etc. You can find out the exact source of the problems during diagnostics. Courier departure services are provided free of charge. If a simple setup is enough to restore the equipment to work, the wizard will perform all the necessary work on site. However, most often repairs are carried out in stationary conditions - in an office equipped with professional equipment.

Consider the most common breakdowns of Panasonic TVs that our specialists face every day. Difficulties with connecting equipment and its spontaneous shutdown occur during interruptions in the operation of the power supply. Such problems are not uncommon in homes with constant power surges.Professional repair allows you to quickly and efficiently restore the operation of the TV. When the image on plasma models is dim, when it is difficult to exit the standby mode, the inverter module is checked, repaired or replaced. Our experts can select the components that are ideal for your TV, thereby ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the equipment and negating the possibility of a conflict between its main elements. Repair of TVs is carried out using original components that came off the assembly line at factories owned by Panasonic.

If, when the equipment is turned on, the indicator light comes on, and the image does not appear on the screen, the central control board is subject to verification. With this scenario, the masters perform a complete replacement of the damaged element or repair its main links: BGA, SMD. Please note that in LCD models, errors in the operation of the control unit lead to “discoloration” of the image - it becomes black and white. If you bought an LCD TV, and over time it stopped displaying some of the channels, we are ready to promptly change the digital tuner, restoring the full operation of your purchase. Such work is performed at home or in the office of the service center. Choosing the second service option will allow you to assess the quality of the equipment we use. Moreover, the delivery of equipment to the office is free of charge.
