PROCEDURE FOR CARRYING OUT BASIC ADJUSTMENT WORKS OF BELARUS-112N AND BELARUS-132N TRACTORS
8.1 Adjustment of the clutch control of tractors Belarus-112N and Belarus-132N
a) Loosen the lock nut 6 (Figure 9).
b) Turning and unscrewing the nut 7, set the free travel of the clutch pedal (until the lever 5 moves) within the range of 10 to 15 mm. In this case, when the nut 7 is screwed in, the pedal free travel decreases, and when it is loosened, it increases.
If the clutch “leads”, i.e. when the clutch pedal is fully depressed, the tractor tends to move (a grinding sound is heard when shifting gears), the free travel of the clutch pedal should be reduced. when the clutch pedal is fully released, the tractor is stationary or the engine speed does not match the speed of the tractor in this gear, increase the pedal free travel by unscrewing the nut 7.
c) After adjusting, tighten the lock nut 6. The free play of the clutch pedal can also be adjusted by tightening the sheath 1 of the cable 4 using the adjusting screw 2, after loosening the lock nut 3.

8.2 Adjustment of brake control for tractors Belarus-112N and Belarus-132N
During operation, due to wear of the brake disc and pads, the free travel of the brake pedal increases and, as a result, the effectiveness of the brakes decreases.
Video (click to play). |
With an increase in free travel of more than 30 mm, it is necessary:
a) Place the rear axle of the tractor on the support.
b) Remove the right rear wheel.
c) Unscrew the nut securing the brake pedal on the brake shaft.
d) Remove the pedal from the brake shaft, having previously marked their joint position.
e) Move the pedal on the shaft one slot counterclockwise.
f) Check the pedal free play.
g) Assemble in reverse order.
To increase the free play, move the brake pedal one spline clockwise relative to the initial position.
8.3 Adjusting the steering of tractors Belarus-112N and Belarus-132N
8.3.1 Adjusting the steering link
a) Loosen the lock nut 2 of the tie rod 1 (Figure 10).
b) Changing the length of rod 1, adjust the steering so that when the tractor is moving in a straight line, the position of the bipod (not shown in Figure 11) is vertical.
Figure 10 - Steering rod 1 - rod; 2 - lock nut; 3 - lever; 4 - oiler
8.3.2 Adjusting the engagement of the roller with the steering worm
Adjustments can be made without removing the steering gear from the tractor. For this:
a) Place the steering wheel exactly in the middle (in the position corresponding to driving in a straight line).
b) Disconnect the steering rod 1 from the bipod (Figure 10).
c) Unscrew the cap nut 8 (Figure 11) and remove the lock washer
d) Turning the adjusting screw 7 clockwise, eliminate the meshing gap.
e) Put on the lock washer 6. If the hole in the washer does not line up with the pin, turn the adjusting screw so that the hole aligns with the pin.
f) Screw the cap nut onto the adjusting screw and, swinging the steering arm by hand, check for a gap in the engagement.
g) Check the effort required to turn the steering wheel.The steering wheel must be free to turn from the middle position, corresponding to movement in a straight line, with a force equal to 9 - 16 N applied to the steering wheel.
As the steering wheel turns to one side or the other, the mesh in the engagement gradually increases, reaching the greatest value at the extreme positions of the roller.

8.4 Replacement of the filter element of the oil tank of the hydraulic system of the Belarus-112N and Belarus-132N tractors
To replace the filter element 5 (Figure 12), it is necessary to dismantle the complete filter from the oil tank, for which:
a) Unfold the engine cover.
b) Remove dirt and dust from the filter cover.
c) Unscrew the bolts securing the filter to the oil tank flange and remove the filter assembly.
d) Unscrew the bolts 6 securing the filter cover.
e) Remove cover 1, take out spring 3, valve 2, O-ring 4, filter 5.
f) Wash the filter parts in diesel fuel and assemble the filter with a new filter element by repeating operations e), d) in reverse order.
g) Install the assembled filter into the tank in the reverse order of disassembly.

8.5 Adjustment of headlights of tractors Belarus-112Н and Belarus-132Н
Adjust the headlights in the following order:
a) Mark the screen as shown in Figure 13. In this case, mark the lines of the centers of the headlights А-А on the screen at a distance equal to the height of the centers of the headlights above the floor level, and lines В-В1 and Г-Г1 at the distance of the dimension between the centers of the headlights horizontally. Measure the distances directly on the tractor. In this case, the air pressure in the tires must comply with the recommended standards.
Figure 13 Screen layout and headlight adjustment
A-A - the line of the center of the headlights;
B-B - line 150 mm below line A-A;
0-01 - screen symmetry line;
В-В1 - vertical axis of the left headlamp light spot;
Г-Г1 - vertical axis of the light spot of the right headlight
b) Place the tractor on a flat horizontal platform perpendicular to the screen at a distance of 10 m from it to the headlight diffusers, and the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the tractor should intersect with the screen along the line 0-01.
c) Turn on the dipped beam and first adjust the position of one headlight (cover the other with a dark cloth), then the other, after loosening their fastening on the bracket.
The headlamp is considered adjusted if the center of the light spot on the screen corresponds to that shown in the figure, and the light spots from both headlights are at the same height.

Working with active implements (milling cutter, scythe, brush, etc.) on MTZ mini-tractors driven by PTO requires a high concentration and attention from the operator. If, for example, a stone hits the implement during operation, there is a high probability that the PTO drive shaft in the front or rear axle will break.
Replacing the PTO drive shaft is a rather laborious and costly process. In order to exclude a breakdown of the PTO shafts, I suggest you install a fuse on the tool drive shaft, in this case it is a cutter fr 000.10 for the MTZ 132N mini-tractor.

Guys tell me what to do so that they could not start the tractor. The thing is, as I go on a day off, they take my tractor, because they have their own. I’m tired of swearing and the engineer says don’t regret, damn, but I’m sorry that one or the other will be broken off, it came to a fight once. fights. it’s worth the launcher, about the launcher not to offer, he did and magnetically blocked and blocked the air, what can be done like this so that the diesel engine is not started, but do not disassemble anything so that it comes, cleaned and started,
tired of swearing and the engineer says do not regret
Engineer nah. Let him twist the nuts at least once.
tell me where is this valve on the pump,
the valve on the high-pressure fuel pump is installed - the return flow from the high-pressure fuel pump is drained on old tractors, the tube went to the pump to a double fitting, on the new one from this valve, the return flow goes directly to the tank fitting, turnkey 19, and there is a cork 14 in it. under it there is a spring and a ball. there will be no pressure in the filters, the tractor will not start, no matter how much you pump it, but over time they will bite out and from another tractor or from Kamaz they will screw it up, it's the same there.
unscrew the large plug on the pumping pump (the key is probably 32), take out the spring and twist it back, this will be the fastest. I tried with the valve, but the tractor still started up, maybe under load and wouldn’t be lucky, but I didn’t try

he is like they have no time, and they themselves sit for half a day at the stern of the warehouse, so it's a shame for me that I'm wiping their asses.
Here, the root cause of evil. Anti-theft to the light bulb, in revenge, the workers can do this to you.
Who will fuck later ?, but you. Half measures cannot solve the problem.
Made a light bulb as prompted. Hooray! Working! Thanks!
Guys who will tell you what can be done with a plastic tank lid so that it does not leak, or can someone redo it share
Only the one who does nothing is not mistaken
Guys who will tell you what can be done with a plastic tank lid so that it does not leak, or can someone redo it share
Did you try to put the rubber gasket into the cork?
I don’t know this option will suit you, I have a metal tank, I didn’t like this narrow neck and I picked up the thread so that it screwed onto the neck and welded this thread to the neck of the GA Z53, and then screwed it onto the neck of the tractor.
If you are interested in the idea, contact me, I will provide a photo.

Hi everybody! please tell me who knows or had to. can antifreeze be poured into MTZ? since there is no expansion barrel from the factory. I had a dispute with my superiors. that you can fill in antifreeze and without an expansion tank, but it DOESN'T you just need to put an expansion tank. I want to know who is right. tell.
Since 2003 I have been using antifreeze, but I haven’t heard about the expansion tank,

in principle, antifreeze has a large expansion when heated, so there are two outputs - put an expander (you can from a bug, an Oise) or keep the level lower in the radiator - in practice, I get that the level is two centimeters below the level of the tubes. if I fill it above the tubes in the radiator (half a tank) then throws out a little antifreeze to a level of -1-2 cm. and then this level does not go down. I add a liter and a half-antifreeze comes out and it will be thrown out a day.
Universal row-crop tractors "Belarus" MTZ-80, MTZ-82 are among the best domestic tractors.Every year their design is being improved, quality is improving, efficiency, reliability and maintainability are increasing. They are widely recognized by machine operators.
At the same time, tractor downtime is still long due to failures and malfunctions, the occurrence of which is often due to the low culture of machine operation, the unsatisfactory quality of repairs.
The main reference material when carrying out repairs for tractor drivers and mechanics-repairmen is the instruction manual for the MTZ-80, MTZ-82 tractors, published by the factories and the supplier. Despite the informativeness of the instructions, the data contained in it on the design, repair, etc. and replaceable tools, pullers, fixtures, instrumentation, on the basic rules and sequence of disassembly and assembly of the tractor are insufficient. As a result, even experienced machine operators often disassemble the tractor and its components at random. Due to the lack of data on fault detection, many parts fit for work are replaced, which leads to an increase in the cost of repair.
This manual can provide practical assistance to machine operators, mechanics-repairmen of workshops of collective and state farms, tenants. It contains information about the causes of malfunctions and methods of their elimination, shows the correct techniques for performing disassembly and assembly and adjustment work during the current repair of the MTZ-80, MTZ-82 tractors.
We should take into account that manufacturers are constantly improving products in order to increase their reliability and better suitability for service. Therefore, the design of some of the parts shown in the figures may differ from the design of parts of a real tractor, which is at the consumers' disposal.
The manual was prepared by the staff of GOSNITI F. N. Pukhovitsky and S. V. Petrov (compilers), O. M. Kopylov, E. Zh. Sapozhnikov.
Since the end of the seventies of the last century, at the Minsk Tractor Plant, they began to develop and produce mini-equipment that was not typical for Soviet engineering. Currently, the need for small-sized equipment on farms is enormous. Most domestic farmers, due to the peculiarities of their mentality, try not to rent, but to purchase a mini-tractor for their farm, so that it is always at hand to perform the necessary types of work. In the modern market for compact special equipment, various world brands of European, American and Chinese manufacturers are mainly represented. A worthy place among them is occupied by the equipment of the Minsk Tractor Plant. It is specially designed for domestic weather and soil conditions, conditions for the absence of garage storage, with an increased margin of safety for units and mechanisms. One of the most successful models for small farms is the MTZ-132N mini-tractor.
From 1978 to 1986, the MTZ-082 minitractor was produced at the Minsk Tractor Plant. The SK-12 engine for this tractor was produced at the plant in Petropavlovsk. On the basis of MTZ-082, the MTZ-112 mini-tractor was developed, and since 1982 has been put into production. Its production was launched at the Smorgon Aggregate Plant, which is part of the MTZ-HOLDING group of enterprises. Since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, the enterprise has begun production of the MTZ-132N mini-tractor, which, in fact, is a deeply modernized MTZ-082. It is noteworthy that the MTZ-132N was originally equipped with a Japanese-made HONDA-GX390 engine with a power of 13 hp.
MTZ-132N refers to multifunctional machines that perform a wide range of works on a small area. Using a mini tractor as agricultural machinery, you can:
- to carry out work on harrowing the earth;
- to plow the land;
- sow various crops and apply fertilizers;
- to carry out inter-core processing of potatoes and beets;
- mow hay and grass;
When used as a municipal vehicle, MTZ-132N is capable of:
- clean streets and areas from debris and snow;
2. fill up trenches and holes;
3. drive the pumps from the power take-off shaft,
woodworking equipment, stationary units, etc.
MTZ-132N perfectly proved itself as a traction device for the transportation of various agricultural and communal goods. Small farms, personal plots, vegetable gardens, squares, parks, greenhouses are the areas of application of MTZ-132N. This mini tractor is designed to function with a wide range of attachments, which allows you to significantly expand its scope.
The MTZ-132N mini-tractor is equipped with 13 strong single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engines with a working volume of 389 cc. Power units can be Japanese (HONDA GX390) or Chinese (LIFAN LF 188FD). The engine can be started both from the electric starter and from the starting handle manually. The fuel injection system of the engines is of the carburetor type. The minitractor is distinguished by good economy, with a fuel consumption of 313 g / kW per hour, and is capable of towing a trailer weighing 700 kg.
On a small limited series MTZ-132N, four-stroke two-cylinder B & amp; S units with a capacity of 16 hp were installed. in plastic lining.
The MTZ-132N transmission is mechanical, with a multi-disc, frictional, permanently closed clutch functioning in an oil bath. The gearbox (checkpoint) is four-speed with four forward and three reverse gears. The transmission allows the tractor to move at speeds up to 17 km / h forward and up to 12 km / h back.
The tractor is mounted on an articulated frame, which allows to reduce the turning radius to a minimum and increase the cross-country ability. MTZ-132N has a four-wheel drive. If necessary, the operator can disengage the rear axle, leaving only the front wheel drive. There is a differential lock in front. The design of the mini tractor allows, depending on the work performed, to adjust the track width. MTZ-132N is able to overcome a ford of 0.3 meters and rise and fall at an angle of 10 *. Thanks to the design and a variety of settings, work on the MTZ-132N can be performed with pinpoint accuracy. The tractor is compact and can be transported over long distances in an ordinary car trailer. The weight of the mini tractor is 532 kilograms.
The MTZ-132N hydraulic system consists of a three-section spool-valve distributor, a gear pump and a hydraulic cylinder for controlling attachments. The pump is driven directly by the engine. Attachments are optionally installed in front of the tractor.
A wide range of attachments determines the versatility and widespread use of MTZ-132N.
The main types of attachments include:
- a versatile plow used for plowing and digging potatoes;
• universal hiller for processing agricultural crops;
• cultivator for soil loosening, fertilization and weed control;
• tooth harrow for tillage after plowing, harrowing of seedlings and destruction of the soil crust;
• tillage cutter for soil treatment on slopes;
• mower for mowing grass and hay;

• bulldozer equipment for leveling the ground and backfilling holes and trenches;
• Attached equipment for snow removal, allowing for one hour of continuous work to clear an area of up to 6000 sq. M;
• trailer for coupling with cars and many other equipment.
The tractor can also be fitted with a weather and sun visor for the operator.
MTZ-132N is a multifunctional universal mini-tractor capable of performing various agricultural and communal works on very small land plots. With its help, you can plow light soils, harrow and cultivate prepared plots of land, carry out inter-row cultivation of beets and potatoes, apply mineral fertilizers, mow grass, harvest and land planning. The minitractor can be used when transporting goods, perform various work on stationary installations driven through the MTZ-132N power take-off shaft (PTO). This means that you can connect, say, a woodworking machine or the same pump.
This model of the minitractor also has the name "Belarus-132N". The tractor is compact and light (425 kg), but despite its low weight, it is capable of delivering 13 hp. at the expense of a productive Japanese gasoline engine Honda.
Produced by "MTZ-132N" at OJSC "Smorgon Aggregate Plant", which is part of the PO "Minsk Tractor Plant" as a branch. The history of the creation of this Belarusian minitractor goes back more than 20 years. It was in 1992 that the base model "Belarus-082" was released, which became the predecessor of the 112 model, and then the "MTZ-132N". In 2016, Smorgon Aggregate Plant will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The enterprise is located on an area of 100 hectares and employs more than 1200 employees, including engineering and technical personnel.
The plant exports its own products to at least 20 countries, both far and near abroad. The main importers of mini tractors and attachments manufactured by the plant include Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, the Baltic and European countries. The enterprise is constantly improving the technical characteristics of the manufactured machines, units and assemblies, improving their consumer properties. We are constantly working to reduce the cost of manufactured products, which in turn leads to a general reduction in prices.
The plant is one of the largest manufacturers of mini tractors. A distinctive feature of all equipment manufactured by the enterprise is its versatility, mobility and reliability, and the main declared goal is product quality.

A new mini-tractor must be complete, in a technically sound condition, and meet the requirements for safe work. It is necessary to check the reliability of all connections and fastenings of units and assemblies, the absence of oil and gasoline leaks. Any trailed agricultural machines used must be equipped with rigid couplings that will not allow the tractor to swing while driving. It is imperative to check that all control levers are locked in each operating position. If you plan to work continuously for two or more hours, you should use personal protective equipment against noise. The tractor must be equipped with a first aid kit.
When everything is checked, sit in the MTZ-132N mini-tractor on the left side and turn on the parking brake. After that, turn on the starter by turning the key to the ON position, open the fuel cock and close the throttle valve (if it is necessary to carry out work in the cold season). Control levers for PTO, gearbox and hydraulic system must be in neutral position. Turn the starter key to position "I", depress the clutch pedal, then move the key to the next position "II" to start the engine. The tractor will start. After warming up the engine for 3-5 minutes. you can drive away by disengaging the parking brake, reducing the engine speed, depressing the clutch, engaging the required speed and gently releasing the clutch, while increasing the fuel supply.

Boris:
“I have had this tractor since 2000. Probably, I got used to it, although many now rush to Japanese equipment, on which you can work with pleasure, since the engine volume is larger, and it is not done with a hammer, as is usually the case with us. The twelve-inch wheels are too small, when the potatoes are hilled with the bottom, the ridge is ironed. The steering is weak and loose. You need to work very carefully with the cutter; on unprepared soil, you can crush a box or bridge. Spare parts are expensive, and they are not everywhere, I had to go to Smorgon, fortunately, it is not far. "
Villager:
“It seems that many of those who push through Chinese equipment with raw iron have never sat on the MTZ-132N. An excellent unpretentious tractor with an articulated frame, you can plant even without digging. Disabling the all-wheel drive saves fuel, the engine power is quite enough, you can use a two-circuit Chinese plow even with a shallow plowing depth. I have been using it for five years, I just put the wheels a little larger, by size. Now the landing is higher, and it looks different. It was even the case that I made a spark from wheels for driving through a swamp. The tractor is good, this is not a Chinese for 2-3 seasons. "
You can buy the MTZ-132N mini-tractor directly in the store of the Smorgon Aggregate Plant at a price of 62.75 thousand rubles. The cost offered by organizations specializing in the sale and maintenance of mini tractors reaches 130 thousand rubles, however, this cost quickly pays off due to the versatility and economy of the model.
The MTZ-132N minitractor due to its versatility and low cost will be useful in any farm or utility company. If the goal is to use the technique for more than 2-3 seasons, then, without a doubt, you can stop at this model.
