The main task at this stage is not to break the pipes, we will put them back.
One of the most difficult parts of the job is dismantling the entire intake air system. We shoot everything that is here one by one. Problems can arise with the ventilation of the engine, since it sits quite tightly. The last step is to remove all tubes to the turbine. These are two pipes with antifreeze (they are on the sides), two oil pipes (top and bottom). This is the most time-consuming step, since half of the steps are performed blindly. All that remains is to remove the bracket, which is attached to both the engine and the turbine. The bolts here most often stick well, therefore, sparing our engine, we act carefully. And only one bolt will remain: we are looking for the article number of the turbine, the manufacturer's engraving and other designations, right under this place there will be the last fastener that must be unscrewed.
Finally, the turbine can be removed. The rigid tubes around can neither be moved nor removed, so we turn the unit if necessary and carefully remove it without haste. All that remains is to install a new turbine and repeat all steps in reverse order. In the process of reassembling, we change all the gaskets, it is more convenient to do this right now than to disassemble everything again later. It is also better to replace the necessary consumables immediately.
