    To begin with, briefly about the principles (very principled) of its work and usefulness for the car:

    1. The basis of Webasta is a combustion chamber (boiler) made of an aluminum alloy into which the electric fan pumps air (we hear a hum during start-up), the glow plug is pre-heated, and then a special pump pumps fuel from the tank (we hear silks under the bottom of the car near the tank ). A combustion (flame) is formed inside the boiler, which is controlled through the glow plug, based on the indicators of its resistance (changing from heating), when the boiler is hot enough, the glow plug turns off (saves battery energy) and ignition occurs due to the heated walls of the boiler (we hear weak aircraft hum and we can observe the exhaust from under the right front mudguard).

    Now let's move on to her capricious qualities and the rider of her work.

    1. To start the heater, the coolant temperature should not be higher than 40 ° С, and the outside air temperature should not be higher than 4-8 ° С. If it is warmer outside or the car has not yet cooled down, Webasta will not start.

    2. The peculiarity of Webasta is that when the level of diesel fuel in the tank is low (less than a quarter), the system blocks the operation of the stove (that's an infection).When filling the tank, the Webasta system is not unlocked! (exactly an infection), in this regard, the connection of diagnostic (dealer or SDD) equipment is required to unlock. Therefore, do not bring the fuel level in the tank before the indicator lights up at low temperatures!

    3. Also, Webasta is very sensitive to the level of coolant. As a rule, after trying to start Webasta, the electric pump starts to drive the coolant and the level in the tank drops, Webasta does not start. ... The corresponding inscription lights up, you add coolant, but the re-heater is not reanimated. Most likely, in this case, you need to look at pp. 2. Again this bitch was capricious.

    4. Light whims (errors) can be reset by removing the 32nd fuse (20 A) under the hood according to the following scheme: (removed the fuse for 3 seconds, inserted it, pressed the start, started the car, waited 3 seconds (you can press the ON button on the remote control instead of starting ), again removed the fuse for 3 seconds, inserted).     There are several reasons for Webasta's malfunctions, the main one is software blocking, it can be eliminated, as we said above, through diagnostic equipment without mechanical intervention. In addition, a common cause of Webasta's malfunction is clogging of a candle, clogging of a nozzle, burners in general, everything inside, accompanied by increased smoke (smoke comes from under the wheel as if the car is on fire, it often happens at the first start after a long break. Well, the worst thing is ... destruction of the boiler, only its replacement will help.

    Now to the control of Webasta and decryption of blinking on the remote control. If there is no remote control, then Webasta is turned on automatically when the engine is started, according to the ambient conditions and coolant temperature. But in most cars, Webasta is equipped with a remote start. The remote control is of 2 types, the scheme of work is the same for them, the differences are only in size and shape. The operating range with a good battery, according to the manufacturers' assurances, is 100 m, and it is not necessary to point the remote control at the car. In practice, the line of sight of the car is much less and desirable ... How can it be controlled?

    1. To turn on the heater - press and hold the ON button on the remote control for about 2 seconds. The green indicator will light up and go out, which means Webasta has turned on and the signal has passed. Warming up will work for 30 minutes or until the coolant temperature reaches 75 C, or if the fuel level falls below the minimum or the battery is discharged.

    2. If Webasta failed to start, the indicator will blink 3 times and turn off.

    3. To turn off Webasta yourself, press and hold the OFF button for 2 seconds. The red indicator will light up for about 2 seconds, Webasta will turn off. Everything is extremely simple ON (hold) turn on, OFF (hold) turn off ...

    BUT there are secrets and decryptions in the blinking LEDs on the remote.

    1. Green lights up for about 2 seconds. - the heater has turned on.

    2. Red lights up for about 2 seconds, - the heater has turned off.

    5. Blinking orange for about 5 seconds - weak signal, you need to change the battery in the remote control.
