DIY rear suspension repair Hyundai Tussan

In detail: do-it-yourself Hyundai Tussan rear suspension repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.

On Tussana 4 WD on the rear suspension there are 4 silent blocks and 8 bushings. For them, I paid 2 thousand, and for the replacement at the service station they requested 4.5 thousand - I decided that this was a little too much. Therefore: a garage, a pit, a forged knob and a piece of pipe!
On each side there are two transverse and one trailing arm, all of them are attached to the hub through rubber bushings, which are knocked out with a hammer (you can pre-drill the rubber with a drill). The bushings are pressed in with the help of long bolts, suitable mandrels and soap - the main thing is that at the exit the “skirt” is completely out and straightened out!
As for the longitudinal one, it is also attached to the body through a bushing, the only subtlety is that the antennae should be located along the lever. Yes, it is better to unscrew the parking brake cable from the body immediately.
As for the wishbones, they are attached to the body through the bushings - there was a problem with them to remove them. As a result, I found the only way out for me: with a hacksaw for metal, we cut out a sector in the inner sleeve, cut out the rubber, then we cut out a sector in the outer holder. After that, they knock out easily! I must say right away that it will not work in one cut - the hacksaw is clamped with rubber! Pressing in: half with a hammer through a mandrel, then in a yew.
Two days of work, but 4.5 rubles remained in my pocket!
I would be glad if my experience helps someone.

There is one more trick: I heated the bolts that I could not unscrew with a gas burner and then they gave up!

I apologize that when I opened the topic, I did not immediately unsubscribe the silent numbers.
So:
1. 551162Е000 - 2 pcs. - rear bushing longitudinal thrust (the bushing is pressed into the thrust)
2. 5511629000 - 2 pcs. - bushing longitudinal thrust (the sleeve is pressed into the hub)
3. 552272D000 - 4 things. - rear bushing transverse lever (bushings from wishbones and adjustable traction - installed in the hub)
4. 552272Е500 - 2 pcs. - rear silent block transverse traction (silent tires are pressed into adjusting cravings)
5. 552152Е500 - 2 pcs. - rear silent block transverse lever (the silent parts are pressed into the unregulated lever)

I took the numbers from the store's check. Checked by> - all numbers match. I go to it through Exist - Original Hyundai spare parts catalog. Previously, I searched through “one place”: I found my car model in the Drome catalog, found the part number, scored in Exist. then I registered in the Electronic Catalog and happiness came to me!
We have already mentioned the numbers above, but for some reason they do not coincide with mine, so enter your car in Exist and he, using the Electronic Catalog, will always find spare parts for your car using the wine code!
Although I somehow moved away from the Exist. Mobis - almost all consumables are available, and prices are even cheaper!

Longitudinal linkage information:

1) You can take and repress the silent blocks, but in my case, the new rods cost only 200 rubles / piece. more expensive.
2) The rubber bush is well squeezed out with a two-legged puller. And it is put - with a hammer (remember about the orientation of the ears - it should be the same as that of the ears of the traction silentblock.).
3) Bushings are placed on the soap so that after installation it stands firmly in the seat and does not slip. If you spray rubber with a rubber wedge, then it will die in a month due to friction.
4) The suspension “disperses” without traction on a flat surface insignificantly. Then the pry bar was slightly pressed and the bolt got into place.

Finally, I changed all the bushings and silent blocks in the rear suspension Image - DIY Tussan rear suspension repair

, though I succeeded only with 3 attempts, so I want to share my experience and a mistake due to which one silent block cracked in less than a month.
Attempt number 1
He took off the non-adjustable wishbone and changed the silent block with a press. I wanted to remove the longitudinal, but could not unscrew the bolt on the fist. I tried the other side, the same thing, all the boots are unscrewed except for the trailing arm.
Attempt number 2
I went to a friend's car mechanic, he has a compressor and a pistol in his garage. On one side, the bolt was torn off the nut, but it stuck tightly to the silent block. On the other hand, nothing happened. Image - DIY Tussan rear suspension repair... I ordered a couple of bolts and nuts.
Attempt number 3
Again I went to a friend's car mechanic. On the one hand, the fist with the hub was removed, but there is a lot of fiddling with the handbrake, and it is not convenient to press out / press out with a press on the fist. As a result, the bushings on the fist were changed with a bolt and a pipe
corresponding diameter. On the other side, the fist was not removed, it turned out faster, although it is less convenient to cut off the stuck bolt.

And here my joint surfaced. During the first attempt, I twisted the wishbone on a suspended suspension Image - DIY Tussan rear suspension repair

and all this time the silent block was in tension and cracked Image - DIY Tussan rear suspension repair.
Therefore, in order for the bushings and silent blocks to serve for a long time, we put the levers in place, attach the bolts, jack a fist or put something under the fist and lower the car until the suspension reaches its normal position and only then we twist the levers.
