  A similar problem is observed! I came to the conclusion that the mains voltage has nothing to do with it! A stabilizer block was specially connected, which is capable of increasing the voltage from 220 to 250 volts, we set 230 as indicated in the passport (the voltage is measured with two voltmeters on the stabilizer and a multimeter), we try, the sink surely creates the necessary water pressure and does an excellent job with the key pressed pistol, release the button - the moka goes into total stop mode and the voltage on the voltmeters drops to 190, press the water pressure button and 230. If you release the button, the sink again switches to total stop mode and after 30 seconds stops the sink, but after that it does not reacts to any actions, press not press, turn or do not turn the switch. Wait twenty minutes - and everything repeats again!
