In detail: do-it-yourself sven ma 332 repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.
And again I ask you for help! Friends help out! Columns SVEN MA-331 were brought. Fault: one column works fine, the other just buzzes and that's it! I measured the springs on the terminals, everything is normal, my speakers were on for 3 minutes and suddenly one of the TDA 2050s burst into flames. That is, her case cracked and she started to smoke. TDA changed, turned on it is still buzzing. I turned it off quickly, I'm afraid that it will puff up again! Help! Where to dig?
Damn, there are two m / s in total! See the dressing of the food, that at the entrance, the harness.
Rom.by, what's in my name for you.
Check the supply voltages on the microcircuits, in parallel control the temperature of them and other parts. Carefully make sure that there is no short circuit anywhere - in connectors, wires, etc. It is better to disconnect the dynamic heads from the board.

)) UAM well, as always, according to the good old scheme! I'm attaching photos! YES, by the way, a darkening from heating was found on the board! On the photo I circled where exactly! TDA voltage 23v
Replace electrolytes, C9, C10, C12 and the one above R22 (.) Or check for leakage and short circuit and replace it anyway
Do not touch the big banks, they most likely still live!
Is it possible to check in more detail how to check them on kz?
It is easier to replace them without a special device.
First, replace the capacitor next to the humming microcircuit. If it does not help, pull out the capacitor connected to 1 leg of this mikruhi. If the sound does not stop, we swap the parts around the microcircuits. Or the microcircuits themselves.

The scourge of the devices is the soldering that fell off from the sound shakes.
Hello.
I have such a problem. One of the ims grew up. I changed it. I connect .. it does not work .. it turned out that the transformer flew there (measured the voltage. It gives nothing). You do not know what kind of transformer is needed to replace it. well, or what kind of voltage do you need to apply?
ps In the figure DSCN2630.JPG (see above) these are three wires coming from the transformer: two red and black.
Previously, TDA1875 was installed, then they made it cheaper and began to install TDA2050 (I saw TDA2030 once, they exploded the next day).
It can buzz for several reasons:
1. There may be ripples due to power supply (for example, if the capacitors are dry or insufficient capacity).
2. The diode can be punctured.
3. Small electrolytes around TDA2050 may leak
I think this is your case. Change all the electrolytes near this microcircuit, check the resistors too.
Is your TV, radio, mobile phone or kettle broken? And you want to create a new topic about this in this forum?
First of all, think about this: imagine that your father / son / brother has an appendicitis pain and you know from the symptoms that it is just appendicitis, but there is no experience of cutting it out, as well as the tool. And you turn on your computer, access the Internet on a medical site with the question: "Help to cut out appendicitis." Do you understand the absurdity of the whole situation? Even if they answer you, it is worth considering factors such as the patient's diabetes, allergies to anesthesia and other medical nuances. I think no one does this in real life and will risk trusting the life of their loved ones with advice from the Internet.
The same is in the repair of radio equipment, although of course these are all the material benefits of modern civilization and in case of unsuccessful repairs, you can always buy a new LCD TV, cell phone, iPAD or computer.And for the repair of such equipment, at least it is necessary to have the appropriate measuring (oscilloscope, multimeter, generator, etc.) and soldering equipment (hair dryer, SMD-hot tweezers, etc.), a schematic diagram, not to mention the necessary knowledge and repair experience.
Let's consider a situation if you are a beginner / advanced radio amateur soldering all sorts of electronic gizmos and having some of the necessary tools. You create an appropriate thread on the repair forum with a short description of “patient symptoms”, ie. for example “Samsung LE40R81B TV does not turn on”. So what? Yes, there can be a lot of reasons for not switching on - from malfunctions in the power system, problems with the processor or flashing firmware in the EEPROM memory.
More advanced users can find the blackened element on the board and attach a photo to the post. However, keep in mind that you are replacing this radio element with the same one - it is not yet a fact that your equipment will work. As a rule, something caused the combustion of this element and it could “pull” a couple of other elements along with it, not to mention the fact that it is quite difficult for a non-professional to find a burned-out m / s. Plus, in modern equipment, SMD radioelements are almost everywhere used; The subsequent restoration of which will be very, very problematic.
The purpose of this post is not any PR of repair shops, but I want to convey to you that sometimes self-repair can be more expensive than taking it to a professional workshop. Although, of course, this is your money and what is better or more risky is up to you.
If you nevertheless decide that you are able to repair the radio equipment on your own, then when creating a post, be sure to indicate the full name of the device, modification, year of manufacture, country of origin and other detailed information. If there is a diagram, then attach it to the post or give a link to the source. Write down how long the symptoms have been manifesting, whether there were surges in the supply voltage network, whether there was a repair before that, what was done, what was checked, voltage measurements, oscillograms, etc. From a photo of a motherboard, as a rule, there is little sense, from a photo of a motherboard taken on a mobile phone there is no sense at all. Telepaths live in other forums.
Before creating a post, be sure to use the search on the forum and on the Internet. Read the relevant topics in the subsections, perhaps your problem is typical and has already been discussed. Be sure to read the article Repair strategy
The format of your post should be as follows:
Topics with the title “Help fix the Sony TV” with the content “broken” and a couple of blurred photos of the unscrewed back cover, taken with the 7th iPhone, at night, with a resolution of 8000x6000 pixels are immediately deleted. The more information you post about the breakdown, the more chances you will get a competent answer. Understand that the forum is a system of gratuitous mutual assistance for solving problems and if you are dismissive of writing your post and do not follow the above tips, then the answers to it will be appropriate, if anyone wants to answer at all. Also keep in mind that no one should answer instantly or during, say, a day, no need to write after 2 hours “That no one can help”, etc. In this case, the topic will be deleted immediately.
You should make every effort to find a breakdown on your own before you get stumped and decide to go to the forum. If you outline the entire process of finding a breakdown in your topic, then the chance of getting help from a highly qualified specialist will be very great.
If you decide to take your broken equipment to the nearest workshop, but do not know where, then perhaps our online cartographic service will help you: workshops on the map (on the left, press all buttons except “Workshops”). You can leave and view user reviews for workshops.
For repairmen and workshops: you can add your services to the map. Find your object on the map from the satellite and click on it with the left mouse button. In the field “Object type:” do not forget to change to “Equipment repair”. Adding is absolutely free! All objects are checked and moderated. A discussion of the service is here.

A question for lovers of good acoustics.
Now I am at a crossroads. I wanted to take a Home theater type PANASONIC SCPT550E-S. But the speakers in these devices leave much to be desired. Those. for watching movies this is still ok, for music it seems to me to suck.
I decided to take a blank DVD. The sound is sent either through the TV or through the amplifier to the speakers. I still had a pretty good amplifier KUMIR-001 at that time, and I wanted to connect speakers to it. I liked the speakers SVEN MA-332. These speakers are active with a built-in amplifier. This amplifier does not suit me. Can I bypass the built-in amplifier and connect both speakers directly to my amplifier.
But there are doubts that he plays all DVD files.
the class itself was Sven BF-31R (there were TDA 2050 microcircuits which you don't know here), then in 2009 I bought acoustics B5-10 / BT-111 a week ago I gave it for repair for the first time.
What couldn’t turn on normal music? It's not even clear whether you have succeeded or not.
What resistor did you solder? Denomination? Did you take 1 KOhm?
Here is the most necessary, neither in the description under the video, nor in your comments. I am currently having a similar problem with the volume control. It just crumbled and I can't determine the denomination. And the schemes do not all match. I'll try to put it at random. I think 1 KOhm should be.

tell me where you can get a transformer for them? to order? is there a usable website?
well, you can on aliexpress, I think to order
Such columns have been working for me since 2005-2004. The only negative is that sometimes you freeze from the draft from the diffusers. Their background noise is negligible and does not stand out against the background of a quiet room. But if you want to remove it and save a little, nothing prevents you from connecting them through a computer-controlled relay. How, you decide, I built it into the socket. In principle, you can integrate it into columns.

I had such, but not for long. I bought the faulty ones, changed the microcircuits, listened, and was horrified. I made a toggle switch so that the active speaker could be listened to in passive mode from an external amplifier, however, this did not save them either: from birth there were shitty speakers and a cardboard case, there was no smell of quality there.

Test of the top three active stereopairs. Part II
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the second part of the article devoted to the class 2.0 acoustics test. In the first part, we talked about the Defender VOLCANO 1 system, which has earned a high degree of praise. So, we are studying SVEN MA-332 and Microlab SOLO-2 mk2.
The completeness of the SVEN's stereo system is one of the best, as well as that of the VOLCANO 1 acoustics. We were especially pleased with the supplied wires. No, one cannot say that they are perfect, but by the standards of computer acoustics, they are not bad. The signal cable has good shielding and reliable tulips with a gold plated finish. The cable length is about 1.4 m.To connect a passive speaker to an active speaker, an acoustic wire with an acceptable cross-section of conductors 2 m long is inserted.And according to the list in the box, we found the following:
- two acoustic systems;
- two nets;
- power cord;
- signal cable (2 RCA -> 2 RCA);
- signal cable (3.5mm audio -> 2 RCA);
- acoustic wire;
- instructions;
- warranty card.
I am glad that there is a warranty card, although now you will not surprise anyone with this. Outwardly, all elements of the system seem to be of good quality, but let's try to figure it out in a little more detail.
Appearance and design
To begin with, let's make it clear that there are two modifications of the MA-332 acoustics. They are easy to distinguish by their appearance. SVEN nevertheless succumbed to the fashion trend and installed domed fabric tweeters in the old SVEN MA-332 modification. It is fashionable to modify acoustics now - a vivid example of this is the SOLO mk2 line or the Defender Mercury acoustics with the A index. As a rule, modifications lead to an improvement in the result, although these improvements are often very small.
An interesting fact is that after the modification, no changes in the name of the old columns were added. So be careful when buying, because In this article, we will talk about the new SVEN MA-332 acoustics with fabric HF speakers, not plastic ones, as in the old version. With the exception of this modification, the appearance of the acoustics has not changed in any way. Column cases are made of MDF with a thickness of more than 1 cm, so massiveness is immediately felt. The external pasting was made very high quality, it is quite safe to say that this acoustics occupies a high position in the quality of the enclosures. But let's not jump to conclusions. Removing the small nets made with acoustic fabric stretched over a wooden frame, we were able to reach the holy of holies of acoustics - the speakers. Yes indeed, the dome sounder has a 1 "diameter fabric diffuser. Moreover, the original mounting scheme has been preserved. The mid-range speakers have remained the same.
The rest of the electronics are pretty balanced. A transformer wound on an E-shaped core, with a secondary voltage of 2x15 V and a current of 3 A end-to-end is enough for the declared power. As a filter, two capacities of 4700 uF are installed. Thanks to this filter, the network background does not have a strong effect, its level is low, and it does not cause any discomfort. Also, there is no strong click when turning on / off, only a weak pop is heard, because there is no delay circuit. The amplifier is made according to a simple scheme, and there are many empty places for elements on the board. UMZCH is built on the LM1875T microcircuit. From the datasheet, it can be seen that harmonic distortion just soars up at power close to 20 watts. Up to this value, they do not exceed 0.1%, which is permissible for the investigated range. But the signal-to-noise ratio declared by the manufacturer is generally excellent - 75 dB. In our opinion, the electronics are still rather weak, and the use of a different amplifier and a more powerful power supply unit, possibly, will allow obtaining results much better than those that we have now.
The characteristic has excellent unevenness, and even then it is due to inaccuracy in the setting of the regulators. The depth of LF and HF regulation is also quite sufficient. However, this regulator is assembled according to the standard scheme and has one drawback: when adjusting the low frequency, for example, it still affects the high frequencies.This is not critical, and the applied scheme has long proved its right to exist. But this is only a characteristic of the amplifier - let's see how things are going directly with the frequency response of the speaker system itself. The acoustics reaches the level of -3 dB as much as 90 Hz. The unevenness of the characteristic is normal - (6 dB. A 30 ° rotation gives a drop in the frequency response in the high-frequency region by about 12 dB. In general, everything would be fine if the lower limit did not let down. Again, if ... Still, it seemed to us that the applied amplifier did not reveals all the possibilities of the MA-332 acoustics, because its power is chosen end-to-end. In order to dispel our doubts, we conducted a simple experiment. Having disassembled the active speaker, we disconnected the wires from the amplifier and reconnected them so that the speaker became passive. This is how we got a pair of passive speakers, and then, using high-quality speaker cables 2 m long, we connected the resulting acoustics to the SVEN HR-970 Hi-Fi AV receiver.
The signal was sent from the sound card of the computer. The result surprised us. We managed to get a little more power without distortion (then the speakers themselves began to "collapse"), the detail of the upper and lower frequencies slightly increased. But the changes were quite insignificant in comparison with the expended funds and efforts. Still, to get real Hi-Fi, you need to connect acoustics of a higher class to the receiver than the MA-332.
However, along with this, it is obvious that the standard amplifier, which we scolded a little, does not lose much to a rather expensive receiver. Well, it's nice that he is still “sharpened” for the MA-332. In general, the SVEN MA-332 stereo pair made a double impression. On the one hand, there is an excellent appearance, a case of excellent quality, good speakers, well thought-out design, but on the other hand, an electrolyte as a filter, weak electronics, low bass response. Obviously, there is still something to improve in this acoustics, but the process has begun, and it's nice. The modified speakers differ from their predecessors only in more elaborate and transparent high frequencies.
After unpacking a nondescript gray box, inside we found:
- two acoustic systems;
- two nets to them;
- signal cable (2 RCA -> 2 RCA);
- signal cable (3.5mm audio -> 2 RCA);
- a wire for connecting a passive speaker;
- instructions;
- warranty card.
The first thing that, to put it mildly, struck was the obvious discrepancy between the quality level of the speakers themselves and the quality of the wires, and not in favor of the latter. Not only is the signal cable very thin and has poor shielding, it is also supposed to connect a passive speaker to an active one with thin wiring. Even with all the exaggeration, he clearly does not pull the title of an acoustic cable. It is not clear why the rather expensive acoustics are poorly equipped. Therefore, at the very beginning, we recommend that you replace the signal and speaker cables with better ones to obtain the maximum sound quality.
Needless to say, the appearance of the SOLO mk2 series acoustics for ordinary users turned out to be a bolt from the blue. The announcement of the company that the development of drivers for the modified speakers was entrusted to Peter Larsen, a famous designer who has a lot of development behind his shoulders for brands such as Dynaudio, Vifa, etc., was simply shocking. Has real Hi-Fi made its way to computer acoustics? As it turned out in practice; he somehow got there, but, somehow often, it happens, partially.
Those. from the outside, the picture is perfect, but upon closer examination, many defects and imperfections are immediately visible. But let's not talk about it and move on to a closer acquaintance with the SOLO-2 mk2 acoustics (by the way, the postscript “mk2” is a distinctive feature from the marking of unmodified speakers. Speaker cases are made of MDF and, thanks to their good design (in particular, the side panels) look The thickness of the material is not as large (slightly less than 1 cm), as, for example, in the case of the MA-332, but it is also quite sufficient for acoustics of this class.The speakers are covered with nets - by the way, the acoustic fabric is stretched over a wooden frame, in which holes are cut slightly larger in diameter than the dynamic heads themselves. This fact can adversely affect the directional diagram of the speaker. When choosing a place for inserting the speakers, the developers did not become original and placed them in the most common way. The appearance did not suffer from this, on the contrary: there are no ambiguities, as with VOLCANO 1. All modified SOLO speakers use an identical buzzer with a fabric dome diffuser. At the back, to the shielded magnetic system, there is something like a round ribbed radiator glued to it. The mid-range head used is much more interesting.
When listening, the modified speakers proved to be good. They sound enough bass by the standards of a stereo pair. Moreover, the bass is dynamic and deep, without any mumbling. If you compare it with the sound of SOLO-2 at the bottom, then the progress is obvious. Otherwise, everything is almost identical. The mids are well detailed. High transparent, parasitic overtones in the form of hiss are not audible. The power of the stereo pair is sufficient for sounding a small room. Nonlinear distortion does not increase much with increasing volume, so the sound remains comfortable even at high volume. Taking into account the low price, the modified stereo pair is perfect for a home user for listening to music and watching movies. The difference in price from the old SOLO-2 is small and will decrease over time, but the sound quality did not increase much after the modification. That is to say, how much you overpay, the better you get the result. The measurements did not reveal any artifacts. When removing the frequency response of the amplifier, we saw a standard picture: the operating range is embedded in the usual framework, light blockages begin to affect the low frequency (in the region of 30 Hz) and high frequency (
18-19 kHz). The frequency response of the speaker itself itself has a pleasant shape. The unevenness does not exceed (8 dB in the 60-20,000 Hz band. Actually at 60 Hz the acoustics reaches a level of the order of -5 dB. Therefore, the lower limit can be considered a frequency of about 65 Hz. This is a good result for a stereo pair. The characteristics of the system could generally be called ideal If it were not for a strong dip of 8 dB in the 1.5 kHz region, even at HF, the uniformity is excellent. Rotating the column by 30 ° gives a drop in frequency response at HF by no more than 13 dB, therefore, the radiation pattern is acceptable. miracle, but the sound of the new SOLO has become more elaborate and detailed, the bass has significantly improved.Although we did not receive the declared Kevlar, but still the speaker has become of better quality than its predecessor. The gain in sound quality is commensurate with the difference in cost of Microlab SOLO-2 and Microlab SOLO-2 mk2.
Microlab SOLO-2 mk2 system is inexpensive. But the price / performance ratio is excellent. These speakers boast good speakers (albeit not Kevlar, as the manufacturer claimed), a good case, and an appropriate amplifier. There is a positive difference in sounding between SOLO-2 mk2 and SOLO-2, and in favor of the former. But it is insignificant, which is caused by a slight difference in price. Microlab works well in bass and midrange, but it lacks a little detail inherent in the same SPK-750.
SVEN MA-322 is no less interesting speaker system, the potential of which is not fully revealed. The loudspeakers reproduce well the mid and high frequencies, but their bass is rather weak. Although, for example, no stereo pair gives such low frequencies that can be obtained using a subwoofer. Nevertheless, SVEN is a fairly strong player in the market, since it is slightly inferior to competitors, but it compares favorably with its price. In general, the market of type 2.0 speaker systems is quite saturated today, everyone can choose a stereo pair for themselves. Moreover, guided by verified information, we can talk about the imminent appearance of even better quality products.
Toyota Corolla 1.6 WANT HOME TO JAPAN ›Logbook› Do-it-yourself subwoofer or what to do if there is nothing to do (part 1)
Hello everyone!
After the new year, the holidays began, and a lot of free time appeared in the place with them. Due to the fact that at work I have free speakers Sven MA-332 and they will have to be brought home, and at home there is a 5.1-channel mini-home cinema Sven HA-430t So from this place I decided to try to make an active subwoofer using a home theater ... It will seem to many that this is nonsense ... the collective farm ... But I will say a few words to justify myself: I started building a buffer only to try my hand, to learn how to putty with automobile putty, etc.
And the most important thing is not to get drunk on holidays!
I look forward to criticism and comments from you! Some photos were taken on the phone - do not scold too much))))
Eventually:
-building the buffer gave me a lot of experience and work on mistakes (I will be going to build the norms of the subwoofer, I will take into account all my mistakes during construction, and your comments, of course!)
- the sound in the new case played differently (now at maximum volume, the buffer does not rattle or whistle from a non-sealed case, but plays NORM)
- a note of bass appeared in the car (not strong, of course, but pleasant)
- The restructuring of the sub was supposed to be a budget option, tk. the salary is delayed for 2 months, in connection with the beginning of the new year (this is how the dates are having fun every year)
- the size of the useful volume became 32.5 * 33.5 * 23.5 cm = 25585 cm3, and was 33 * 17 * 28 cm = 15708 cm3. The speaker stopped choking at maximum volume, probably the Sven designers were chasing compactness (after all, a home theater should fit into the interior).
- Sven amplifier microcircuits made inside the sub, which gives additional rattling. I built a separate amp box and redesigned it a bit.

Everyone loves the ball. For example, in repairs, it manifests itself in the form of blown fuses, breaks in network wires, poor contact in the connectors, and so on. In this work, the breakdown also consisted in a penny resistor, but until you get to it. So, everything in order.
A friend of mine brought his computer speakers Sven Stream 2.0 format, which after working for about a year just stopped playing. And so the sound disappeared - that's all. The LED is on, music is heard from the headphone jack on the front panel, timbre and volume are working, and silence is coming from the speakers. Dead.
In general, we disassemble the case by unscrewing 10 screws on the rear panel. A radiator and a BP + UMZCH board are attached to it. Checking the datasheet on the TDA7265, we measure the bipolar voltage on the indicated microcircuits. There is + -21V, which is the norm. Next, we touch the m / s inputs and listen to the same silence.Burned out? It is unlikely - the radiator is a little warm, which indicates a certain current consumption of the standby mode, about 100 mA according to the passport. The burned-out microcircuits would either boil or be completely cold.
And now the solution came to mind - the 5th sound control contact Mute. It should have zero potential, and it has 19 volts. We feed mass through a small resistor and the music immediately sounded!
Let's figure out what's the matter. There is a power supply delay system so that there are no clicks from the speakers when turned on. A node is made on a transistor, a capacitor and several resistors. Which one is covered? First, of course, we solder the transistor for testing, then the electrolyte, but for some reason the culprit turned out to be a 47 kOhm resistor, which showed infinite resistance. It is a rarity.

In the world of computer sound, there are many companies that are trying to sell a brand-name product to a potential buyer. Acoustic systems of this kind do not meet the high Hi-FI standard in any way. Most of these parts resemble another highly prevalent Hi-Tak standard. And this is a feature of the modern world. Even on cheap plastic "tweeters" unreliable manufacturers have the audacity to write "power 120 W". Although even an unprepared person who does not understand anything in sound understands that the real power of such “speakers” is 2-3 watts. Who do the manufacturing companies want to deceive? However, such a technique finds its buyer due to the fact that people are electrically illiterate in matters of sound. But there is one manufacturer who treats consumers relatively fairly. This is SVEN company. And we will consider the SVEN MA-332 acoustic system, which certainly meets the high Hi-Fi standard.
SVEN company was founded during the time of the former USSR. Over time, the brand moved to Finland. And now the manufacturer is considered Finnish. However, all products are manufactured at factories in China and Korea. The technique is characterized by excellent quality, but the absence of additional functions. This is not surprising, since the brand is positioned as a budget one. But the main function of the devices is implemented very well. The company is renowned for its entry-level acoustic systems with high quality sound. Speakers SVEN MA-332 also belong to such speakers.
The products of this manufacturer are extremely popular in Russia and the CIS countries. Customer love is explained by low prices and acceptable quality. Against the background of its closest competitors, SVEN looks worthy, because none of them offers such a high-quality system for a reasonable amount of money. The company's products have occupied a budgetary niche in the market and are not going to concede this place to anyone. Let's consider an entry-level acoustic system SVEN MA-332. The review begins.
The SVEN MA-332 speaker system belongs to budget solutions with improved sounding. These are already not cheap "tweeters", but also not full-fledged acoustics of the average price segment.Before us a kind of "compromise". And I must say that this solution is very popular. Not everyone is ready to give a lot of money for a mid-level speaker, but almost everyone can afford to spend a little money on good sound. That is why SVEN products are so popular in Russia and the CIS countries. The developers were able to find the "golden mean" and use it correctly, for which they are honored and praised.
The speakers are delivered in an inconspicuous recycled cardboard box. The set contains several types of connecting wires, the speakers themselves, the user manual (in Russian), the warranty card and protective nets for the speakers. No frills like a remote control. Everything is very simple. With such a set, the company, as it were, emphasizes the budget of the SVEN MA-332 acoustic system.
Wires deserve special attention. They are of much higher quality than those that are usually supplied with computer acoustics. One wire with RCA connectors for connecting a passive speaker to an active speaker. And one of the standard “tulips - mini-jack” (RCA-3.5) for connecting to a computer. High quality wires directly affect the quality of the transmitted signal. So it makes sense to hope that the sound will be beautiful in SVEN MA-332. No revision is needed.
The appearance of the acoustic system does not spoil the user with design delights. Everything is strictly and in accordance with the classical canons. The body is made of MDF with a thickness of over a centimeter. This means that the acoustic properties of the speakers are at a decent level. The column contains three diffusers, which are located quite fancy. Moreover, the high-frequency head is made of fabric, and not of plastic, as in the younger models. This adds "liveliness" to the high frequencies. The sound of high frequencies is definitely pleasing.
On the back wall of the active speaker there is an amplifier and a control panel. This, of course, is not particularly convenient, but the location of the control unit in the front or overhead would spoil the external view of SVEN MA-332. The control unit includes a power button and three controls (volume, tone and bass). Standard settings are enough for high-quality playback. Also on the rear panel there are RCA connectors for connecting an active subwoofer (for those who have little bass). The color of the speaker cabinet is stylized like a light wood. Stylish and beautiful. There are also options in black.
Let's move on to the most interesting part of the story about the SVEN-MA 332 acoustic system. Characteristics are exactly what makes it possible to understand how good the acoustics are. The speaker impedance is 8 ohms. The frequency range ranges from 30 Hz to 20,000 Hz. These are the standard values for all acoustic systems of this level. The declared output power (RMS) is 60 watts. Is it a lot or a little? Let's just say that for home use this is quite enough. The acoustics will behave perfectly at a small party too. The signal-to-noise ratio is 75 dB.
As we can see, the characteristics are pretty standard, but the system sounds great. This is the merit of the high-quality connecting wires. If you screw professional-quality cords to these speakers, the sound will be even better. The tone, bass, and treble controls change the values by plus or minus 10 decibels. These are also standard parameters. But the sound is really beautiful. The high-quality housing of the SVEN MA-332 acoustic system also played an important role here.
What is a review without reviews? This is a very important part, because they help to better understand how the product behaves in real conditions. There are also reviews about the SVEN MA-332 acoustic system. They range from overwhelmingly positive to unhappy. But before we proceed to sorting them out, you should understand that before us is a budget acoustic system, which in no way can provide Hi-End sound. Therefore, the posts of those who are dissatisfied with their quality should not be taken seriously. They knew what they were buying.
Most of them. The new owners of SVEN MA-332 note an excellent sound quality with a rather compact size. Many are pleased with the high and medium frequencies (which is not surprising, given the specificity of the speakers). Most also have enough low frequencies.Users praise the wooden case (although, in fact, it is made of MDF), noting that it is thanks to it that you can get a quality sound. However, they somehow ignored the presence of high-quality connecting wires. And because it is the most important component of any acoustics. The owners of the themes also note the good integration of the speakers with PCs and laptops. Some “craftsmen” even managed to connect this acoustic system to a high-quality receiver. They were able to get full Hi-Fi. Although the built-in amplifier provides almost the same sound.
Of course, there are few of them, but they exist. Therefore, they have to be reckoned with. The most common reason for complaints about this acoustic system is the location of the control panel on the rear wall. Yes, it’s not very convenient. But on the other hand, the appearance did not suffer. For the imaging speakers, this is the most important thing. There are also complaints about the speaker cabinet dripping. But there are only a few such reviews. The overwhelming majority of owners have everything in order with this. So here the thought of a factory defect creeps in. This happens. These are the most common causes of complaints. The rest of the negative reviews do not deserve attention. Some set on insufficiently powerful bass. The answer is this: this is not a subwoofer. If you want deep bass - buy a separate active sub and connect it to the acoustics. SVEN MA-332 supports this option.
Is it possible to make SVEN MA-332 speakers sound better? Yes. But for this you need to have certain skills in radio electronics. The point is that the built-in amplifier uses electrolyte strips. Exactly the same as in the lowest level computer "beepers". So, replacing these very electrolytes can give a more high-quality sound. It turns out that these are the universal speakers SVEN MA-332 can be. Completing them with your own hands is completely possible if you know how to use a soldering iron and know the basics of radio.
To ensure even more high-quality sound, together with the replacement of electrolytes, you can change the connecting wires. Replacing the cords with professional solutions will further affect the sound. And it will be noticeably "unarmed" ear. But here again you will need to know the basics of radio electronics, because RCA connectors will have to be re-soldered. But what can't you do for full Hi-Fi sound?
If some parts of the speakers are out of order, then there are two ways out: try to repair it yourself or give it to professionals. The design of SVEN MA-332 allows you to carry out repairs with your own hands, but with caution. It all depends on which component fails. If these are electrolytes or capacitors, then you can change them yourself. But if something more serious has been “covered”, then there is no way to do without a visit to the repairmen. However, even a repair in a workshop will not burden you with unforeseen expenses, since cheap components are used in the composition of the columns.

The entry-level SVEN MA-332 speaker system is perfect for home use. She will perfectly cope with both movies and music. If someone is not satisfied with the sound, then you can purchase an additionally active subwoofer or change the electrolytes in the built-in amplifier. But revision is not necessary at all, because the system provides high-quality sound even with standard settings. And if you look at the price of these columns, the conclusion suggests itself. Definitely worth taking. Do not regret it. Competitors have everything, either expensive, or more of a low quality.
