In detail: do-it-yourself shivaki TV repair from a real master for the site my.housecope.com.
It is impossible to imagine a modern apartment or house without video and audio equipment. This equipment is used every day and therefore breaks down more often than others. There are several ways to repair TVs: send the technician to a service center, call a qualified technician at home, or make repairs with your own hands.
Before you start repairing a TV, you first need to make sure what the problem is. This will also help if you do the repair yourself, and then when the master comes, you will be able to explain the situation to him.
There are several types of malfunctions that can most often be found when a TV breaks down.
- The technique does not turn off. In independence, a CRT TV or a modern LCD model has broken down, this malfunction is associated with a blown fuse. Only different models have distinctive details from each other. You should also pay attention to the diode bridge - perhaps it was he who burned out.
- In both domestic and imported models, the potential can often go astray, for the function of which the posistor is responsible.
- If the plasma TV monitor is broken, then the problem, most often, is interference or drops, light or dark stripes may appear, color changes while watching a program or movie.
- The problem may be a broken cord or a faulty outlet.
If we take into account all the troubles listed above, it is worth saying that the most difficult breakdown is considered to be a screen malfunction. For example, light reflections appear on your monitor after the liquid hits the matrix or the TV is hit, then it is better to carry it to the teleservice. Here it will certainly be repaired, and if the warranty period has not expired, then it will be free of charge or at a reduced price.

You can try to fix some malfunctions of TVs yourself. And it doesn't matter here - these are LCD models, LCD or LED, it is not necessary to call the wizard if you are confident in your abilities. But caution never hurts, because such TV models are not cheap, and without having any repair experience or knowledge in this area, you can only harm and aggravate the breakdown.
Before you start repairing LED or LCD TVs, you must carefully read the instructions, and also study the principle of operation of your model. Anyone, even one far from this field, will understand that the repair of TVs such as LCD or LED will differ from CRT models. In the latter case, you are guaranteed not to run into a faulty PTC thermistor. The main thing here is to determine the problem, why does the backlight not work?
If you are repairing LCD, LED models, then the only difference here will be what kind of backlight is used. If it is an LCD TV, then the backlighting is produced using fluorescent or fluorescent lamps. For TVs, LED backlighting is produced using LEDs. At this point, the differences between LCD models usually end.
The breakdown may consist only in the fact that there is no power, in order to check this on an LCD TV, you can do the following with your own hands:
- open the back cover of the model;
- remove the wires connected to the matrix;
- connect the working lamp to the contacts;
- there are also LCD models in which more than one light source is provided. In this case, all sources must be tested. Just dismantle the matrix and plug your TV into the network - you can see which LED is the problem.
When a broken lamp in an LED or LCD TV is identified, it must be replaced.This stage requires maximum care from the master, as well as the manifestation of special attention. In some cases, the lamp is removed without removing the matrix, you just need to move the protection elements with a rubber gasket and pull out the lamp with a soldering iron. Similarly, it is necessary to mount a working light bulb. Now we can congratulate you - you did the repair of the LCD TV with your own hands! Just pay attention to one important nuance - the new light bulb must fully meet the parameters and dimensions of the broken one!
To repair TVs yourself, look carefully at the matrix! If there are "unhealthy" streaks here, then the breakage is in the matrix. Have a new part? Then everything is simple! You change it and turn on the TV, if it works, then you have accurately identified the breakdown.
If the reason for the breakdown of LCD TVs is the screen, then it is best to purchase new models of LCD or LED equipment. It is not recommended to change the screen of LCD and LED models, as it is impractical! This also applies to the LCD matrix.
What could be the problem with a malfunctioning plasma TV? If it is necessary to repair plasma TVs, then proceed in the same way as described above. Just adapt it to your specific case. This description can be applied to any model of plasma TV, just stock up on the necessary tools in advance.
Although today most users prefer to use plasma, many still watch programs on more outdated CRT models. Let's find out how to repair a breakdown in such TVs. Below is a step-by-step instruction that will help you repair your electron beam product with your own hands.
- If you do not turn on such a device, check first of all the fuses. In these TVs, the back is made up of panels. Therefore, it is necessary to unscrew that part of the panels. Under such panels you will find a board and the power terminals must be connected to the fuse. They are connected to a conventional incandescent lamp, or rather to its base, after which the TV must be connected to the network. In the event that your equipment is in good working order, the lamp will go out after switching on, otherwise, when the fuse has blown, it will either not work at all, or it will constantly burn.
- The diode bridge may also break. It should only be borne in mind that it is necessary to regulate and repair it only after making a dial. In this case, not only a multimeter is used, but also a product passport, which indicates the main parameters of this model.
- The most difficult breakdown in a TV with a kinescope is a posistor. To check with your own hands, you must first turn off the power circuit, and then turn it on. In this case, the lamp must be monitored. If the work lamp goes out, then it can be said that the posistor is faulty. To make repairs, it is necessary to adjust the resistance of the network and only ventures to change this part.
But not only the matter may be in the posistor, transistors and capacitors burn out in CRT models. The diagnosis of this breakdown can also be made visually. If the condensate is blackened or cracked, then we replace it with a serviceable analogue. Now you know why the TV does not work and how to fix it yourself.

- TV screen does not turn on - this can happen with an old picture tube screen and with the most modern television panel. Basically, this symptom is characteristic of a blown fuse. When repairing, it should be borne in mind that the appropriate fuse must be selected for each model. And also experts recommend paying attention to the diode bridge, power supply, wire, perhaps the cause of the malfunction lies in these elements. Read also what to do if Samsung TV does not turn on.
- Faint, barely noticeable picture - such a breakdown happens with LCD / LCD monitors. The most likely cause of the malfunction: faulty diodes, device backlighting.
- There is no sound, the screen "wheezes" - most likely, the sound amplifier or microcircuit is out of order. Also read what to do if there is sound, but there is no picture.
- Monitor is on, no picture - Perhaps the cause of the problem is in the video processor or in the receiving unit.
- Screwdriver Set;
- hex keys (in rare cases);
- pliers;
- soldering station (for repairing modern monitors);
- screen layout (can be downloaded on the Internet);
- multimeter;
- oscilloscope.
- Open the back cover of the LCD TV with tools.
- Disconnect the wires that are connected to the device matrix.
- Connect a working light bulb to the contacts.
- Some panels have more than one light source, in which case they must be tested as well. This can be done as follows: pull out the TV matrix and connect it to the network, it will immediately become clear which lamp is out of order.
- the CRT TV does not turn on - just like on devices of a different type, first of all, you need to check the integrity of the fuses;
- a diode bridge malfunction is a common problem with CRT receivers, you can fix the TV only after making a "ringing", you will need a multimeter from the equipment;
- breakage of the posistor is considered the most serious problem; in order to check, it is necessary to turn off the power circuit of the TV, then start it again. After, observe the lamp, if it goes out, it means that the posistor is out of order. First of all, you need to adjust the resistance of the network, and then replace the part;
- burnout of a transistor or capacitor - such a malfunction can be easily replaced by visual inspection (on black carbon parts), repair is carried out by replacing the part.
- The Rubin TV buzzes loudly when connected - most likely, the photodetector needs to be replaced.
- The ruby does not turn on, the indicator does not light up - voltage surges in the transistor.
- The Horizon TV does not have a blue tint, as well as the white balance is disturbed - this is mainly due to a break in the resistor.
- There is sound, no image - the cause of the problem lies in poor contact of the power connector of the screen board. It is recommended to use a soldering iron to solder the harness into the Horizon TV board.
- The screen does not turn on - there is a problem with the power supply.
- A horizontal strip appears on the monitor - repairing a Vityaz TV consists in fixing a problem in the frame scan microcircuit.
Yes, I really meant it, I just slowed down to write.
I checked half of these elements. Now at work, at home, you will have to try to understand in a new way.
Compound : percent 8897CPBNG6PN9, BP: key + С3807, TDKS BSC26-N1071D, ULF TDA7263,
8897CPBNG6PN9 is not in STV-2999 but in STV-2995
And the described malfunction is the main one for 2995
In these devices, you need to change all four diodes, it is advisable to pick holes and shove in thicker ones, for example 1N5408.
I got an interesting effect - at the moment of switching on, the native diodes go into an electrical breakdown => knocks out a key, a fuse.
You measure it with a tester - the diodes ring as normal. He was greedy and didn’t replace at least one - he would return with a key.And in STV-2999 with a power supply, everything is already normal there. There is another problem - the massive overheating of the lowercase.
The Chinese counted the line scan incorrectly.
It is treated by replacing it with a 100 Hz transistor, for example 2SC5905 (the temperature of the heatsink drops by 20 degrees)
And the addition of a 12v fan to the radiator, connected to 8 volts (inaudible).
Yes, and the processor in STV-2999 => 8896-7E63 for clarity.The SHIVAKI warranty is hung from these two devices and these two malfunctions.

Specifications STV-24LED4
Repair of electronic equipment usually begins with its external examination and diagnostics of a malfunction. In this case, you should inspect all the internal components of the SHIVAKI STV-24LED4 TV, as well as the external elements of the case. In some cases, visible external damage to elements can suggest directions for troubleshooting and localization of a defect even before the start of the necessary measurements at the control points of electronic circuit assemblies. Swollen electrolytic or sintered capacitors, charred resistors, ring cracks in the soldering of the element leads - all this can significantly help the master to determine the causes and consequences of the malfunctions in the TV.
If the STV-24LED4 TV does not turn on, does not make any sounds when turned on, as well as no indicators on the front panel light up or blink, there is a high probability of a malfunction in the power module. In some cases, only the regulator or power converter of the control processor may be faulty, which is typical for some SHIVAKI models. Diagnostics and repair of the common power supply should always begin with checking the mains fuse and the condition of the electrolytic capacitors of the secondary rectifier filters. Defective and swollen capacitors should be replaced with new ones. If the fuse breaks, it is advisable to check for breakdown, first of all, all the power semiconductor elements of the converter and the diode bridge of the mains rectifier, as well as the large electrolytic capacitor of the mains rectifier filter.
If a breakdown of the power switch is detected, it should be remembered that in a switching power supply (SMPS) it does not fail by itself without reasons that should be looked for by checking other elements of the primary circuit - electrolytic capacitors, a PWM controller, which can only be checked replacement, as well as other semiconductor elements (diodes, transistors, zener diodes).If, when you turn on the TV, the image appears and immediately disappears, or is absent initially when turned on, but there is sound and other functions work, there is a high probability of a malfunction of the LED driver (power converter for the backlight LEDs of the M240HW01 v.B panel). In such cases, the general power module is also subject to verification, in which the electrolytic capacitors of the rectifier filter supplying the LED driver should be checked.
In most cases, there is no backlighting, it becomes necessary to disassemble the panel in order to check the LEDs, connectors, loops and all contact connections. If one or more LEDs do not work in one line, therefore, they are punctured and should be replaced.
It should be remembered that it is not possible to determine an open circuit in the LED lines without disassembling the panels using a tester or multimeter without an additional device, for example, a current source. To open all PN junctions connected in series at once, a voltage of several tens of volts may be required.We remind users again! Attempts to repair the SHIVAKI STV-24LED4 TV without proper qualifications and experience can lead to its complete non-repairability!
In case of malfunctions in the SPI FLASH software produced by Winbond, we recommend that the microcircuit itself be changed to a new one. Sometimes Winbond microcircuits can recover for a while after high-temperature exposure, for example, warming up with a soldering station or a lighter, which is sometimes enough to read its contents.
MainBoard T.MSD309.61B uses the MSD309B processor, DDRAM random access memory (RAM) in BGA version and SPI Flash ROM of 25Q32 type (4Mb).
It is advisable to start repairing the motherboard with checking the voltage converters and linear stabilizers necessary to provide power to the nodes in the operating and standby modes. The processor core is powered by + 1.5V. Also, the processor requires + 2.5V and + 3.3V voltages.
If the display backlight is working properly and there is no image, it is necessary to check the panel power supply (depending on the type, + 5V or + 12V), which is more convenient to measure directly on the LVDS connector. If, with all supply voltages present, the TV does not go into operation, does not respond to the Remote Control and control buttons, you should update the SPI Flash firmware.The appearance of the MainBoard T.MSD309.61B is shown in the figure below:

Be careful! Typos and errors possible!Do-it-yourself TV repair is a responsible business, since today a large number of different models (LCD, LSD, CRT) are presented on the market, each of which has its own technological features. Therefore, the approach to each type of TV is individual; in some cases, special skills will be required (knowledge of electronics, experience with a soldering station).
Before proceeding with the repair of television equipment, it is necessary to find out the cause of the problem.
The most common problems are:
You should be aware that if a darkening of the board or rupture of elements is detected during a visual inspection of television equipment, then it is not recommended to immediately start replacing parts. Since such factors indicate a short circuit that could have occurred in another section of the TV. Therefore, if you do not eliminate the cause of the short circuit, but simply change the failed elements, then the situation will repeat itself.
To repair television equipment, the following tools and equipment may be required:
Many LCD screen problems can be dealt with on your own. But you should know that these screens require more careful handling than, for example, CRT TVs.
First of all, the user needs to study the instructions for his model, and only after that start repairing the LCD or LED screen. You should be aware that LCD TVs use fluorescent bulbs for backlighting, while LEDs use LEDs.
The TV may not function due to lack of power, to check this, you need to do the following:
After the faulty luminaire is found, it must be replaced. This procedure should be carried out as carefully as possible. In most cases, the lamp can be taken out even without removing the matrix - you need to move the protection elements aside and take out the burned-out part using a soldering station. Then a new lamp is installed in the same way.An important rule is that the new lamp must be completely identical to the old one.
Another common problem with these models is damage to the monitor. But in this case, it is not advisable to repair LCD TVs, since it is easier to buy a new screen. This test scheme can also be used to repair plasma televisions of all types. Read also how to fix the LED backlight yourself.
Each manufacturer has its own weak points, so below is a selection of the most common LCD screen breakdowns.
Often, users of this brand are faced with such a problem that when turned on, the device beeps without interruption. This symptom usually indicates that a leak has occurred. It is recommended to try replacing the preout stage diode.
Another common problem is that the monitor turns on and off itself.The main reason for this breakdown is a failed transistor, it is necessary to replace it. It is recommended that such malfunctions be eliminated on their own only by people who have experience in repairing television equipment.
DIY Philips TV repair is recommended if the problem is minor: settings are lost, cable replacement is required.
If the breakdown is complex, then it is better to entrust its elimination to specialists who will not only professionally perform repairs, but also issue a guarantee. Therefore, if the repaired screen stops working again, the user may demand a refund.
LG flat screen owners may have a problem saving settings. Such a problem does not require contacting the masters, you can repair the LG TV yourself. It is enough to switch the device to another operating mode, and all settings will be saved.
As well as in the case of other LCD models, if the problem is serious, then it is not recommended to repair an LG TV with your own hands, it is better to contact a specialist.
Despite the fact that today the majority of consumers prefer the most modern plasmas, CRT screens are still in demand. These TVs have their advantages: they are inexpensive, easy to operate, and the quality of the transmitted picture is still high.
The main problems with CRT devices:
Below is a list of problems encountered by owners of CRT TVs.
Since the malfunction of the power supply is one of the most common problems of all types of TVs, it is necessary to study it in more detail.
Since all models of LCD monitors do not have fundamentally different design differences, therefore, the diagram below can be applied to all TVs (Toshiba, Horizon, Samsung, Sony, Rubin).
Repair of monitors equipped with a picture tube, for example, such as (ruby, sharp 2002sc, sony trinitron, vvk), as well as repair of Samsung TV, Panasonic. always starts checking the power supply.
Testing is carried out using an incandescent lamp, but before performing the procedure, it is necessary to disconnect Sharp c2002sc, Samsung or another screen from the load (horizontal cascade). The horizontal scan voltage can vary from 110 to 150 V, it depends on the size of the picture tube. It is required to find a sweep filter capacitor in the TV circuit. Next, you will need to connect a light bulb, in order to remove the load, it is necessary to unsolder the choke and the fuse through which the JV element consumes power.This scheme is used for sharp screens since 2002sc.
After that, connect the power adapter to electricity and measure the voltage, if the values exceed the norm, you will have to check the feedback circuit of the power supply. If the power supply unit is in good condition, then the light bulb is removed and all the elements are soldered into place. This is the basic information on how to repair a TV yourself.
The main feature of Shivaki TV repair is that it is a little more difficult to repair other modern TV manufacturers. Malfunctions of devices of this type have a variety of types, because the device is quite complex, and changing the functionality of even an individual element (or their chain), and disrupting the system of their interconnection lead to complications in the work of the ReMobi master. That there is only one feature of the remote control. If you have broken (or lost) the remote control, operating the TV in “custom mode” is often quite limited by the technician's diagnosis. Therefore, try to find and keep such a remote control to speed up service and maintenance.

The problems of the components of such a TV can often manifest themselves in different nuances (for example, cost). Periodic failures with a very regular frequency of their manifestation, as well as unique atypical problems - all this an experienced telemaster can easily diagnose for devices of any model. First, you need to focus on the obvious problems that were noticeable in the last weeks of use, even before the critical state, if this happened. Often, such urgent information (for example, about spilled water on the TV, or about power drops in the house - this can complicate the repair of power supplies) allows the telemaster to more quickly understand the problem and make a quick repair of Shivaki TVs.
How well your TV works often depends on the signal that the device itself receives. If there is interference on the monitor, or there is noise in the soundtrack of the video, it almost always depends on the tuners and satellite tuners that generate this signal. Therefore, first, before calling the center, make sure that everything is installed correctly.Of course, our specialist will help you correct such shortcomings, since you should not try to change complex internal settings yourself. Often careless handling of the "insides" of the TV from inexperienced craftsmen and users only aggravate the situation. From the experience of our craftsmen, even intensive cleaning from dust often leads to more difficult breakdowns. Better to call a courier from the service center.
First of all, pay attention to the location of the TV itself. Most often, its location in places of high humidity, or near a microwave oven leads to severe damage to the "filling" (often after this, a replacement of the matrix is needed).
One of the most common failures in work is the inability to turn on the device on the first try. A power-on delay may indicate a power failure. If you continue to turn on such a device, then be prepared that very serious breakdowns may occur. Therefore, the sooner you contact the ReMobi service center in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, the higher the chance of repairing the Shivaki TV at the lowest prices!
1.) SHIVAKI 143 In principle, the malfunction is the same as in Funayah, Rekor and Akai. In the power supply, the loss of capacitance of the capacitor (it seems C-508) is 47 μF x 25 V. Because of this, the voltage is too high and as a result: exploded capacities of 100x160V, a knocked out line transistor, today even a broken personnel TA8403K.
2.) SHIVAKI skips stations when tuning, does not hold APCG. Contouring doesn't help. Defective capacitors inside the circuits (capacity decreases). Repair: evaporate the circuit, remove the capacitor, solder the circuit in place and select the capacitor capacity empirically. The second option: if space permits, you can put a contour from our SMRK (this is so as not to suffer with a selection of containers)
3.) Shivaki STV-209. At the maximum volume level, the sound is weak, barely audible. Resistance between 13 pin. is. TA8701 and mass = 5 Ohm. Break through the diode of the amplitude limiter inside the IC.
4.) SHIVAKI STV2810 After switching on, the screen displays a key image and four strips for entering a code (Watchdog function). After turning on the TV, press simultaneously on TV (P + P -). Each time you press the bar is crossed out, after the last one turns on the TV. ST6387B1 processor
6.) Shivaki STV-2110M4. The power supply unit starts unstably, if it starts up, then the voltage is about half as low. Checking and replacing the strapping of the STRS-6707 microcircuit, replacing the microcircuit itself did not lead to anything. The reason turned out to be in the optocoupler, through which the feedback comes from the secondary windings of the BPI to the STRS-ku.
7.) TV Shivaki STV-140M4 MK2. The standby indicator is on, but the device is not removed from the control room or from the keypad. The reason turned out to be a breakage of a low-power 100 kOhm resistor - it stands in a transistor switch that switches 112 V from the power supply to the TV circuit.
8.) TV SHIVAKI 209. The voltages of the power supply are jumping with all the consequences. The raster breathes, volvulus, etc. On the light bulb, the voltage does not change, but 80 instead of 103 is underestimated. I change the TDKS the same. I change STRku no voltage. I think I got a beaten one. I put another one, the lamp is on, the voltage is normal, after 2 minutes it turns off. It turned out that to stabilize the power supply, the voltage is removed from the line, a special winding, straightened and used for control
STRkoy. We replace the capacitance of 1 microfarad x 160 V in the circuit of this winding and everything comes back to normal.9.) I got into the repair of a Shivaki TV in a lifeless state. After the autopsy, it turned out that the power supply was defective. The scheme turned out to be standard, it was repeatedly told in the repair secrets (30). The circuit is reliable and is used in many TVs (AIWA, RECOR, AKAI, etc.) The fuse turned out to be no output voltages, and the key transistor heats up as if in working condition. It turned out that TPI (turn-to-turn circuit) was out of order. There was no such or similar in the workshops either. I had to get out of the situation by adapting in its place TPI 8-1 from TV ALFA. The main problem is in the installation. TPI 8-1 is more native, but this problem is also solved by making a transition board from textolite. By connecting the conclusions of TPI 8-1 according to the scheme, the TV has been working and has been working for more than a year.
10.) In several TV "AKAI", "SHIVAKI" and in some Chinese there was a malfunction: after 5-15 seconds of operation, the device stopped responding to any buttons on the panel and remote control, turned off spontaneously, TDKS whistled terribly, and so on. Quartz generation, power supply, ROM polling, etc., everything was normal. Replacing with a new processor would be too expensive for the client's pocket. The TV started up by supplying power to the control processor through a 1N4001 diode, that is, the power supply was not 5V, but about 4.4V. In the same way, sometimes it is possible to launch “glitchy” vidaks.
11.) Shivaki CTV-143M4. The power supply does not start, the fuses are off. The voltage at the base of Q504 (2SD1545) is 0.4 volts, which is clearly lower than it should be for opening Q504. When checking the details, a faulty capacitor C510 (internal open circuit) was found connected to the autogeneration winding 10-9. After replacing the C510, everything is OK. This advice applies to PSUs. TV.AKAI, CONTEC, RECOR, etc. with well-known drying capacitors 47 / 16v. in the key base.
12.) Shivaki STV202 The voltage at the output of the power supply is more than 150 volts. If replacing the containers did not help, check R504-6k8 - it can increase to 12k
13.) SHIVAKI STV-143M4 When turned on - squeak, breakdown of synchronization page, after 5-10 minutes. works fine - cause C435.
14.) Shivaki STV-206M4 There is no sound and there is no color in the SEKAM system, but there is color in the Pal. After a rather lengthy troubleshooting, it turned out that the voltage on the TDA1940 microcircuit is 5 pin. overestimated, a capacity of 0.22m * 50v is connected to it. After the replacement, the performance was fully restored.
15.) SHIVAKI STV208M4. These TVs often come across to me due to the drying out of the containers in the power supply unit. In this case, there was such a manifestation: the raster has the shape of a trapezoid - it is narrowed at the top and wrapped along the line, noticeably strong non-convergence, CP and BP squeak from overload. In addition to the capacitors in the power supply unit and the broken BUT11 transistor - standby mode (replaced by KT854A), the deflecting system turned out to be faulty. Moreover, all TVs of this model have a kinescope with a wide neck, and this one was with a narrow one! I did not find a suitable OS, I put some kind for a wide neck, winding up a cloth tape.It turned out not very well - a large dilution of green and purple lines at the edges of the raster, but the client was satisfied.
16.) SHIVAKI STV-141M4. When turned on, the TV goes into standby mode. Output voltages are greatly underestimated. When checking the voltage on the TDA4601 microcircuit, only 7v was found on the 9th leg, which is not enough to start the power supply. The reason, as always, is bonal, C807 has dried up. Also, in this TV, the power supply of the VU was reduced to only 100v instead of 180v, the C431 dried up.
17.) TV Shivaki: there is a bright horizontal stripe in the center of the screen, above and below which a highly distorted (in the sense of vertical linearity) image is viewed, while the vertical size of the screen is reduced, when you try to adjust it, it turns up. There are no distortions horizontally, the size is about the case (a little large). According to the owners, the defect arose suddenly during the operation of the TV. When checking the output voltages of the power supply unit are normal. The defect was not in the KR: the microcircuit and the strapping are working, the 100mf X 160V capacitor is faulty (in the open circuit), which is directly at the “+” input of the TDKS. The voltages removed from the TDKS: 12V - 12V, 25V - 21V, 40V -36V, 180V - 230V.
18.) Shivaki STV-2012M4. Processor - M34300-230SP. In addition to secrets 1069, 1072. Not controlled, gives 1 channel indication. The reason is that several diodes have leaked near the processor in the button chains. Leakage of diodes of the order of a kilo-ohm. (water has entered the device).
19.) Daewoo, Shivaki. Radio channel on TA8701AN.
1 - The sound is either absent at all, or at the maximum. Replacement of TA8701AN.
2 - the reception deteriorates periodically on all channels. The reason is ring cracks on the AGC trimmer.20.) Shivaki STV1459. No sound, bad image, no signal identification - the capacitance in the L1 circuit is faulty. Change to 22 pF

Image without sound
Increase the volume. Make sure the sound is not muted. Press the MUTE button to turn on the sound.
Remote controller remote management not working
Make sure the power switch is in the On position. Check if the batteries are in good condition or are installed correctly in the remote control. Make sure there is no strong light source shining at the remote control sensor window.
Make sure there are no obstacles between the sensor window and the remote control.
No TV signal
Make sure antenna is selected as source.
Check if the antenna is properly connected. Check that the TV is set up correctly.
There is no external video signal
Check if the TV is set up correctly. Check that the source button is set to AV.
Insufficient chromaticity images or too dark image
Check if the color, brightness and contrast settings of the image are correct.
All channels periodically lose color
Check if the antenna is connected properly. Check that the antenna is not damaged.
Bad receptionloss of color on some channels
Check that the antenna is correctly tuned (See “Fine Tuning”).
In the image appear diagonal stripes
The TV receiver is affected by radio interference (for example, from a nearby broadcasting transmitter from another TV receiver).
Image
Check that the antenna is not broken. Check that the antenna is connected. Check that the antenna is not damaged.
Appear collateral Images
Video (click to play). Check that the direction of the antenna has not been changed by thunderstorms or strong winds, etc. (ghost images are caused by the antenna receiving two signals, i.e.the signal received directly from the transmitter and the signal reflected from a large building. The direction of the antenna should be chosen to minimize the effect of ghosting).

Hello, dear telemasters and not only!
Before the New Year, my old Shivaki 14 ″, which served flawlessly for almost 20 years, “got stuck”, and then stopped showing altogether. I called the master - he was young, but, to put it mildly, not cultured. I freaked out and decided to figure out the breakdown myself. On close inspection, I noticed a cracked TDA 1170N microcircuit, personnel, as I understand it. I changed it. A bright horizontal stripe has appeared. Naturally, if the microcircuit burned out, something pushed it to this. I changed the electrolytic capacitors, "close" to her. Nothing has changed. I searched the Internet.It turns out that one friend, in a similar situation, had 7V on the 9th leg instead of 12, he changed C 807 and everything fell into place. I also measured it - 7.5V. Replaced С807 - nothing, replaced also С808, С806 - nothing. Tell me where to start looking for a malfunction, what to look for?
For some reason, the editor does not even allow me to insert even a fragment of the diagram. Who is interested, you can look at the link PC04A bus. t / view / 1766/29 /
