In addition, it turned out that the polarity of the applied voltage is opposite to the required one, although the microphone leads are soldered to the contact pads of the board in full accordance with the drawing on it.
After soldering the microphone in the correct polarity, the voltage at its terminals increased to 0.7 V (without a microphone, the voltage between the contact pads intended for them reaches 2.8 V).
