fast acceleration in beko is either the magnet is cracked, or the tacho is in the cliff, or the triac is gone.
well, there is a module (I have never had it since 2007)

A washing machine broke down at home today. BEKO Futureline WMN6510N. The motor stopped spinning. The rest of the functions have been preserved.
Our machine is built into the kitchen furniture, it is used with a removable top cover, so it is problematic to choose a new one. I decided to take it apart.
First you need to remove the top cover (we do not have it, since it is built-in), the counterweights, they are concrete and to remove it you need a pipe wrench, or even better, a hexagon with a ratchet. There are two counterweights, top and bottom, so you should turn the machine over and remove the bottom one if you are going to carry out any large-scale manipulations, such as replacing the wiring or revising the tank. I have, fortunately, the case "claims were" only to the motor.
The motor is fastened with one bolt, after unscrewing it, it is removed along the guides to the side. Hangs on one connector.
Applied motor 2806850500 with a power of 585 W. It can be disassembled just wonderfully, into small parts, SKF 6202-2Z / c3LHT23 bearings with the size Ф35 * Ф16 * 11 mm. The motor uses an end tachometer with a ring magnet. Therefore, it will not work just like that to compress the bearing for replacement. I just took off the clips and put the new grease inside and decided not to bother.
The problem was, obviously, in the short brushes, they were about 5 mm long, the operating time of the machine was more than 10 years, and it was started almost every day, so this is not surprising.
As a result, just lubrication, poking the contacts on the board and the engine "helped", the machine started working. There is a suspicion. that it's just coal stuck in the mine. In any case, it still works, but I will change it as soon as possible.
I will also insert information about the electro-mechanical circuit of the BEKO machine, information is taken from here
Mechanical components of BEKO washing machines
The tanks of BEKO washing machines are made of special plastic (polypropylene). The lid is made of the same material, which is attached to the tank with clamps. The electric motor is attached to the tank by bolts with rubber bushings. At the rear of the tank (left, right and top), there are sockets for transport bolts. There are two concrete counterweights above and below the tank.The tank and the assemblies attached to it are suspended from the machine body on two springs located on the sides. There are two shock absorbers at the bottom. The drum is made of stainless steel.

Dynamic washing machine system BEKO
In addition to the two springs on which the tank is suspended, this system includes two frictional shock absorbers located at the bottom of the machine. The purpose of these units is to transmit tank vibrations to the machine body in order to damp their amplitude, as well as reduce the noise level during machine operation.

Control unit for BEKO washing machines
Depending on the type of KA used, BEKO washing machines can be divided into three groups:
6000 series machines and Cinderella lines (WE6108D, WE 6110 Е, WE 6106 SN, WE 6108 SD, WE 6110 SE) with an adjustable thermostat;
machines of the WBF 6004 XC models and the Cinderella line (WEF 6004 NS, WEF 6005 NS, WEF 6006 NS), which do not have an adjustable thermostat;
7000 series machines.
The most popular 6000 series washing machines use EATON EC 4643 without thermal blocking. The command device assembly includes a control board, an actuator and a contact group through which electrical circuits are connected.
Washing machines of model 5310 E and machines of the new series 8000 do not have an electromechanical controller at all; their operation is controlled by a microprocessor.
Group of push-button switches for BEKO washing machines
The group can have up to four (depending on the model) buttons (ON / OFF button, in 6000 series machines - buttons for half load, select the stop mode before spinning and select the spin speed, in 7000 series machines - buttons for a short wash program and select the mode " add water "). In addition, a separate button is used to open the hatch door.
Thermostat for BEKO washing machines
The gas-filled thermostat is used to control the temperature of the water in the washing machine tub. It should be borne in mind that the thermostat does not have a thermal block. In 6000 series machines, a thermoelectric heater (TEN) and a thermostat are connected in series. The thermostat contacts remain closed until the water in the tank is heated to the temperature set with the thermostat knob. At this temperature, the contacts open, and the supply voltage ceases to flow to the heating element.
Solenoid valve for BEKO washing machines
Single-section EC is used in BEKO washing machines. The water entering the machine is directed to the various compartments of the detergent dispenser by means of a pull cable connected to a cam on the shaft of the controller. During programs A and D, water is directed into the detergent compartment for the prewash. During programs B, X, M, F, G and J, water is directed into the detergent compartment for the main wash. During the final rinse phase, water flows into the fabric softener compartment.
Level switch for BEKO washing machines
BEKO washing machines use a relay with one alarm contact. The relay controls the first water level and the emergency water level. Additional filling of water above contact No. 2 occurs due to the opening of the solenoid valve for 45 seconds.
Heating element of BEKO washing machines
A heating element with a capacity of 1900 W with a fuse is used. In the case of turning on the heating element without water, a thin stainless steel thread lengthens, its tension leads to the opening of the pin contact of the switch, and this contact remains open even after the heating element takes its original shape. To resume normal machine operation, push the pin forward. The heating element does not begin to heat up until the water reaches the first level.The heating element is turned off using a thermostat after the required water heating temperature is reached.
BEKO washing machine hatch door lock
A lock with a protective thermostat is used. After closing the lock, the thermostat disc heats up and locks the door. After completing the wash program, the thermostat disc cools down for no more than 70 seconds, after which the door is unlocked. This eliminates the possibility of opening the door when the machine is running. The electrical circuit of the washing machine goes through the door lock. If the lock is faulty, the machine does not start the program.
Main motor of BEKO washing machines
The universal type electric motor is controlled by an electronic module. The rotation speed is regulated by changing the starting angle, which is set by the triac of the electronic module according to the signal from the tachogenerator.
Drain pump motor for BEKO washing machines
A synchronous single-phase motor is used. The supply current is supplied to the engine from the spacecraft at the stage of draining the water from the machine. The engine power circuit is closed through the sunroof door lock.

Upd. Tachogenerator - electromagnetic. hold onto the engine with a plastic ring.
The machine became, I took it apart, the brushes were practically erased to zero. Section 12.3 * 4.8, length can be 40 mm. So far I put a slightly smaller "Makita" from the electric saw, and finished the splint, fastened it with a copper tape and soldered it. In short, the design is still the same, but everything works. But I will immediately order others, more suitable in cross section.
On Ibei, just coals with a wire cost about $ 2. Which is three times cheaper than the brushes we collect.
Help me figure out the BEKO WMN 6510 N machine, the right shock absorber is covered and the bearing is the one behind the oil seal I bought new shock absorbers and put the bearing with the oil seal and a complete nightmare began, the machine began to vibrate strongly at rpm, or when it pushes very hard to knock, help me deal with this problem. I don’t understand what to do next. Thank you for the earlier.
It seems to me that the shock absorbers should be replaced in pairs. Otherwise, there will be a skew under dynamic load. And to begin with, shake the tank, in the off state, to understand what is knocking and where. twist the shaft rim, removing the belt, there should be no overtones.
I suspect you have already done this, but nevertheless ...
BEKO WMN 6508K machine washes wring out as expected,
but occasionally the motor does not start when all programs are executed.
If at such a moment you gradually twist the pulley by hand, there comes a moment when the engine starts and everything works as if nothing had happened.
Tell me what to check
To begin with, remove the motor, solder the plugs in the stator. Check the coals, if they are short or broken wires - replace.
Thank you, you are super. The brushes were worn out, I had to put on the "shamanized" old ones until new ones were found. Information would be good for the programmer of the spacecraft.
There is no information, I have a fully operational spacecraft. Yes, and the machine is alive, if the tank had not flowed, they would not even have changed ...
engine jerked with a hum but won't start? tell me what's the matter
Hello.
Beko WKN 61011 m. When you try to remove the pump filter (twist counterclockwise), the filter rotates only a quarter of a turn.
There is probably something stuck across.
How to remove the pump filter?
It should be removed from the bottom of the car, turn it over on its side and take a closer look 🙂
I put a new engine on the pump, now water is constantly being poured and drained
It is for this model of the machine. the same engine, and now it behaves differently?
Good afternoon. Tell me, is there a collapsible tank on this model of the WMN 6510N machine? Bearings flew, watched a video of their replacement - nothing complicated, it is important to find out information - is the tank collapsible? Thanks in advance for your reply!
Yes, collapsible, with clips. It is very comfortable.
Good time. Tell me, plz. Machine WMN 6510N. Programs suddenly stopped running. No water is supplied.After pressing the "start" button, a couple of weak clicks and that's it. I checked the water valve - it works. I sin on the door lock. The door was repaired and removed in due time. I removed the lock and checked it - the mechanic is working. But here's how to check the operation of the lock thermostat. Maybe it's in him? And what else could be such problems?
And you also need to check what controls the valve, starting from the connector.
And try in other modes.
Find the timing of the car and see which operation hangs.

Two resistors connected to the thermal sensor burned out on the controller board. Help me find out the value. Thanks in advance.
IGOR1784, would you at least post a photo
If you do not have a diagram or block, then how will the photo help?
yes. nothing will help. rudeness is punishable.
Hmm ... mmm, a little too late
Let it hang whileyou are wonderful, if you need help, do what they say, they will help you quickly with a photo of the board and marked burned-out cuts.
fagot9000, and your “like a master” from here https://my.housecope.com/wp-content/uploads/ext/2254/section7/topic148973.html can be seen with absolutely no experience
I wonder why they burned, after all, and there is a small napruga?
probably it will remain "like"
Of course, it's easier to show your arrogance and superiority. Thanks for the help!
IGOR1784, stop your horses.
What resistances exactly burned out? What are we psychics here to guess?I do not have the opportunity to take a picture of the board. I found a similar one in Google. If you look at the bottom photo, then they were in the upper left corner, but I don’t know how to show more precisely. On one under the microscope, 101-probably 100 ohms is faintly visible. That's all that there is.
And that right in this photo it is impossible to show which resistances have burned out?
If not, then wait for someone to appear who has this module on hand. Today is Saturday - many have a day off. Although I doubt that the percent could survive after that
IGOR1784, in the last photo:
“102” is located horizontally on top in the left corner, below it three vertically located from left to right “104”, ”472 ″,” 101 ″, below four cuts, from top to bottom “101”, ”472 ″,” 2941 ″ , "101".
fagot9000, Thanks a lot. Wish you all the best.
IGOR1784, before starting to try, carefully check the tacho and the engine connector.
Thank you! Now while everything is working, and washes in all modes. Only the water does not heat, I unhooked the ten. Because when setting any temperature it heats up to a boil. Buy cutters, replace and hope everything will work.
Many consumers note the reliability of washing machines that were manufactured 10-15 years ago. But even for such machines, the working resource is not infinite and they finally break down. Repair of washing machines Beko, Indesit, Ariston and other brands is far from always justified and you have to buy a new machine.But in some cases, the problem is not so serious, it can be eliminated with your own hands, thereby prolonging the life of your beloved "home helper". That is why we will talk in this article about typical breakdowns and repair of Beko washing machines.
Experienced specialists in the repair of washing machines are able, by looking at the operation of the equipment, to determine which unit or element is broken or is about to break and needs to be repaired. It would seem that if there are problems with your machine, call such a specialist from the service center, and he will deal with the cause of the breakdown, and if you are lucky, he will fix it on the spot. Everything is quick, easy and without unnecessary headaches, and most importantly, in some cases such an act is quite justified.
But there is one "but", the call of the master and his repair services cost money, and a lot. It often happens that repair services are more expensive than the real cost of a Beko automatic washing machine and other brands of machines. It's a shame to give that kind of money for old junk, especially if there is no way to quickly buy a new typewriter. There is only one way out - to try to fix the breakdown with your own hands.But for this you need to correctly identify the breakdown, which will help the "symptoms" of malfunctions of Beko washing machines.
- The water is not heated, and washing takes place in cold water, or, on the contrary, the water heats up very strongly, not in accordance with the temperature set by the user.
- Water is poured into the tank for a very long time or not at all.
- The hatch does not close completely and therefore the wash does not start.
- After the end of the wash, the water does not drain and this is accompanied (or not accompanied) by a strong hum.
- The drum of the Beko washing machine rotates with a strong grinding, clanking and other extraneous sounds.
- It is impossible to start any washing program, because the machine blinks with all the lights after switching on, or the program is set, but does not start.
- The machine does not turn on from the button, although the power cord is plugged into the outlet.
- Beko's machine, which has a display, issues an error code and "refuses" to work.
Note! There may be more symptoms of malfunctions, but most often users have to deal with the above.
As we have already noted above, malfunctions of washing machines give themselves out as external "symptoms" of improper operation or even failure. But the problem is how to relate these symptoms to a specific breakdown? This is where some knowledge and expert advice will be required, let's summarize them in a thesis.
If you see that the wash takes place in cold water, even though according to the program the water should be warm or hot - this may indicate a breakdown of the heating element or control board. The same conclusions can be drawn in the event that the water is constantly overheating, that is, the user sets the temperature to 30 0 С, and the system brings it almost to a boil. In the event of overheating of the water, the probability of a malfunction of the control board is even greater than a malfunction of the heating element, but both elements must be checked.When starting the wash program, the machine should start pouring water into the tub. This happens with varying intensity, depending on the program selected by the user. To see the process of filling with water, it is enough to look through the hatch window. But if you see that 20-30, or even 40 minutes pass, the drum rotates slowly, but water does not flow into the tank, or even time passes and the machine freezes, stopping the execution of the program and giving out a certain error code. There may be four reasons for this:
- there is no water in the water supply system - this fact is easy to check by opening any tap;
- the water filter located at the base of the inlet hose (if any) is clogged, therefore water does not flow into the machine;
- the filler valve has broken;
- defective control unit element.
The Beko automatic washing machine is designed in such a way that it will not start the washing program until the hatch is closed to the end and the blocking device sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control board. If the hatch does not close or seems to be closed, but the washing program is still not activated, it means that either the locking device has broken and does not hold the hatch, because of this, the sensor cannot be triggered, or the sensor itself has broken.
For your information! If there is a problem with the door locking device, try to gently press down on this door with your knee and restart the wash program, perhaps the locking hook simply does not fully enter the counterpart and does not lock.
After the end of the washing program, the washing machine should drain the soapy water and pour fresh water for rinsing. This process is accompanied by the hum of the drain pump. The water is drained out rather quickly, after which the machine starts to draw clean water. If the machine, after a fairly long time, cannot drain the water, and then freezes, or it tries to drain the water, the pump hums, but it does not drain, the problem is:- in the pump;
- in the control board;
- a blockage in the drain hose or drain.
If the machine is operating very noisy, the drum rotates with a terrible clang, rattle and bang, it is very possible that the bearings are broken. or just a foreign metal object got into the tank, got stuck between its wall and the drum wall and wedges. Such a breakdown requires an immediate shutdown of the machine and taking measures to eliminate the problem.
Also, the machine may not turn on at all or, after turning it on, start blinking with all the lights, and this repeats itself from time to time and turning the machine on / off again does nothing. In this case, it can:
- break the on / off button of the washing machine;
- break the control unit;
- break the power cable.
It is best if the Beko washing machine with a display does not just freeze, but generates a system error with a specific code. The manufacturer has provided error codes so that the user can identify the breakdown without contacting a specialist. Description and interpretation of these codes are presented in the table below.
In theory, all Beko automatic washing machines can be repaired, no matter how many kg their drums are loaded, how old they are and whether they have displays or control panels. But in practice, problems often arise, either the repair cannot be done by hand, or it is not advisable due to the high cost, or there are no suitable spare parts available. In any case, if you find a breakdown and undertake an independent repair, you need to take these factors into account in order not to end up losing money, losing time and money.
Important! For example, replacing the bearings of a washing machine sometimes takes hours from a specialist, calculate how long it will take you, if at all you can make the replacement correctly.
Experts strongly recommend undertaking only the simplest repairs, which, for example, are associated either with the replacement of units, or with the elimination of blockages. It is better to leave the rest to the masters, because there is a risk of spoiling something, and this, again, will result in unnecessary expenses. So, which of the typical breakdowns can you fix yourself?
- Clean the drain filter to remove any debris and dirt that may interfere with the normal operation of the machine.
- Replace the drain pump, but only if you are convinced that the old one is out of order.
- Check and replace the inlet valve. To do this, you will also have to make sure that the problem is not with the control board.
- Replace the heating element.
Teng breaks down on Beko's washing machines quite often, especially for some reason on domestically produced models with a load of 6 kg. Replacing it yourself is not difficult, the main thing is to perform the following actions in accordance with the recommendations of specialists.
- Teng in Veko washing machines is located in the back of the tank, which means the first thing we do is remove the back wall by unscrewing a few bolts.
- Removing the wall, we see a large round wheel - this is a pulley, just below two large contacts sticking out of the tank - this is a ten.
- We take a suitable key and unscrew the fastening element holding the heating element, disconnect the wires from the contacts.
- Carefully, but with effort, we pull out the heating element from the groove.
- We purchase the same heating element and continue working.
- Carefully insert the new heating element into the groove and screw it on.
- We connect the wires to the contacts, put the back wall of the machine in place and check the operation of the new element.
Summing up, we note that Beko's washing machines, in general, are distinguished by a fair amount of reliability, nevertheless, they, like other devices, break down. Inviting a specialist is an overhead, so this should be done only if the breakdown is complex, in all the rest you can try to save money by doing repairs yourself.
A washing machine, like any other household appliance, likes to break down at the most inopportune moment.
But do not panic right away: if your unit is manufactured under the Veko brand, you can easily fix some malfunctions yourself.
And our article will help you, in which we will discuss the repair of the Veko automatic washing machine with our own hands.
To better understand which malfunctions the Beko washing machine is most susceptible to, you should take a closer look at the failure statistics collected by the service centers. According to their observations, the following breakdowns most often occur in these units:
- Accumulation of dirt in the drain line or failure of the drain pump - 30% of cases.
- Malfunctions of the electronic module - 20% of failures. The statistics are spoiled by inexpensive machines of this brand, in which the Invensys board is installed. The inferior material it is made of is fragile and can crack, leading to rupture of the tracks. Most often, the semiconductors for controlling the heating element, filling valves, and an electric motor are affected.
- The temperature sensor or heating element fail in 15% of cases.
- Leaks - in 10% of cases.
- The wear of the brushes of the electric motor or the rupture of the drive belt is 10%.
- The appearance of extraneous noise during operation - 10%.
This phenomenon is most often caused by the ingress of a foreign object, breakage of a shock absorber, or destruction of a bearing.
Not every breakdown of the washing machine can be fixed on your own, but it is quite possible to clean the filter or replace the heating element yourself. Do you own an Indesit washing machine? Then the following article will be useful for you: https://my.housecope.com/wp-content/uploads/ext/740/cancliz/mnogokvartirnyie-doma/santehnika/stiralnaya-mashina-indezit-neispravnosti-remont-svoimi-rukami. html. Algorithm for troubleshooting the unit and ways to eliminate them.
In many cases, the user can reanimate the washing machine on their own, even without special skills. Let's consider several situations:
It is clear to everyone that the waste water does not differ in crystal purity - this is the specificity of the washing machine.To prevent dirt from accumulating in the pump, a drain filter is installed in its path - it is it that clogs up most often.
Deal with this problem as follows:
- First you need to find a drain filter, which is always located at the bottom of the machine behind a decorative hatch or panel.
- Now you need to substitute a sufficiently capacious container under the car, into which we will pour the waste water.
- In some models of Veko brand washing machines, there is an emergency water drain hose next to the drain filter. If there is one, it should be used - it is more convenient to drain the water than through the filter hole.
- The filter should be removed by unscrewing it counterclockwise, thoroughly cleaned and rinsed under running water.
- Using a screwdriver, you can also clean the pipe in which the filter was installed - usually it is also heavily clogged with dirt and silty deposits.
Since I had to take up the tools, at the same time, for the purpose of prevention, you can clean the filter on the water supply, which can be easily found at the place where the inlet hose is attached to the machine body. Sand and rust particles that accumulate in it over time can impede the collection of water.
After cleaning the drain filter, do not rush to reinstall it, first you need to check the operation of the drain pump. In fact, the Veko washing machine, thanks to the built-in self-diagnosis function, in many cases can track the pump malfunction by itself, displaying the "H5" error code on the display.
But there are breakdowns that the machine “does not see”, for example, wedging of a loose impeller (the appearance of a strong backlash can be guessed by the characteristic hum).
To check the pump, you need to start the machine in drain mode, observing through the hole in the filter plug behind the impeller. It should rotate. If this does not happen, the pump must be cleaned or replaced.
Heating element is a very vulnerable element in the washing machine, since due to the high temperature the calcium and magnesium salts present in the water actively crystallize on it in the form of a solid deposit.This plaque (scale) retains heat like a fur coat, so the heating element overheats and burns out.
In the absence of scale, it can also burn out - from the depletion of a resource, like an ordinary incandescent lamp burns out. The machine can signal about problems with the heater with the codes "H2" (break of the heating element) and "H3" (the heating element is constantly on).
To accurately determine the state of the heating element, you first need to get to it. In some models of Veko machines, for this you need to remove the back panel, in others - the front.
To remove the front panel, it is necessary to dismantle the loading door seal. It must be removed very carefully - the slightest damage will lead to leaks.
The heating element is detected by two contacts in the lower part of the tank with wires connected to them. Disconnect the wires and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the heater contacts. Normally, at room temperature, it should be 25 - 35 ohms.
Other readings (usually "infinity") indicate a malfunction: the heating element must be pulled out by unscrewing the nut holding it (between the contacts) and replaced with a new one, thoroughly cleaning the mounting hole from the inside from scale.
It so happens that, contrary to expectations, the heating element turns out to be serviceable. Then you need to check the performance of the temperature sensor, which is located under the top cover (to remove it after unscrewing the screws, you need to move it back a little). At room temperature, its resistance should be approximately 4.7 kOhm, and after heating with hot water, it should decrease significantly.
If the thermostat is defective, it must be replaced. To dismantle, pull out and disconnect the hopper for powder, then remove the control panel, having previously disconnected the thermostat and controller handles from it.
Firstly, the machine is much easier to disassemble than many others, and secondly, it is often not required to completely remove the tank.
Only the front part of the tank is removed, after which it becomes possible to pull the drum out of the rear part, which remains in the machine.
The exceptions are cases when one of the bearings has completely collapsed and its parts have to be removed from the glass.
To gain access to the front of the tank, you must first remove the front panel of the machine and unscrew the lower counterweight. Now you need to disconnect all pipes and wires from the tank.
Before disconnecting the tank from the wires and pipes, photograph it with a camera with sufficient resolution, especially the wires. Peeping in the photo, you can avoid assembly errors.
The front of the tank is secured with 12 clips that must be removed. Then it can be detached and pulled out. It remains to unscrew the back wall of the case, remove the pulley from the drum axle shaft and pull out the drum itself. The bearings on the axle shaft are fitted with an interference fit, so it has to be knocked out with careful blows of a rubberized hammer.
Do not reuse the screw that held the pulley to the drum shaft.
