To make such an inspection complete, the following algorithm is followed in the process:

  1. The first step is to turn off the device so that it cannot turn on and retrieve it from the well. In this case, care must be taken not to damage the device against the channel walls.
  2. Inspect the housing and cable connections for rust. If there is rust on the case, then the device is a fake.
  3. Checking the free movement of the working shaft of the device. To do this, the part must be twisted by hand. If the move is free, go to the next stage.
  4. Checking the cable and nodes. The main thing to pay attention to is traces of thermal damage.

If there is not enough oil inside the bearing, it must be replenished. If there is not enough oil in the bearings, the oil seal should be carefully inspected. Replace it if necessary.

Further, a thorough examination of the remaining nodes is carried out. The motor and the armature must have a tight, undamaged winding. There should be no traces of rust.

If the cause of the breakdown is identified, the defective part is replaced with a suitable one. It should be noted that only blades, bearing assembly and device seals can be purchased separately. All other parts will have to be picked up from donor pumps.

After replacing the mechanisms, the device is assembled in the reverse order.
